Super schönes Hotel, ruhig, sauber, zentral gelegen und der perfekte Startpunkt, um die Stadt zu Fuß dazu erkunden. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und sehr lecker, sodass ich direkt das Fitnessstudio (klein aber fein) ausprobieren musste, um noch mehr Platz im Bauch zu machen.

Die Lage ist sehr Zentral und fast alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Leider zu wenig Parkplätze und mein Wunsch für Parkplatz Reservierung ist nicht gelesen worden. Am ersten Tag habe ich sehr viel für Automaten auf der Straße bezahlt. Paar mal immer nachgefragt und meinten die Männer am Rezeption erst morgen ab 12 nachfragen. Reservierung geht nicht. Abends als ich nochmal nachfragen wollte sagte der Herr gerade 1 Minute vor dir habe ich weiter gegeben. Erst nächsten Tag um 9 Uhr eine Dame am Rezeption sagte mir natürlich haben wir und man kann reservieren sogar gestern könnten die für mich reservieren. Außer die Männer am Rezeption sonst alles ok. Sogar die Damen aus der Küche und Reinigung waren super .

Fantastic location, about 10 mins walk from a train station and right at the centre of the Old Town. Super handy for the city. A stone throw from Bulwary/Odra River. Fun and modern interior. Comfortable room, very clean and not too small. Nice bathroom with powerful shower, big mirrors etc. I love the idea of water dispenser in a corridor, both still and sparkling. Absolutely delicious breakfast with the widest variety of food I've ever seen in a hotel! Including smoothies, fresh lemonade and cakes! To finish off - very helpful and friendly staff. + Großes Zimmer, kleines doppelt Bett (1,60m breit). Interessant eingerichtet. Sehr gute, ruhige Lage. - kleiner Parking, schwer ein Platz zu bekommen. Trotz bezahltes Parkingplatzes musste ich wild und querr in der Garage stehen, denn mein reservierter Parkplatz war besetzt von anderem Auto. Etwas chaotisch die Zuordnung und Kontrolle über die Parkplätze

Hotel in bester Lage. Altstadt und zahlreiche gute Restaurants fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. 5min von einer zentralen Haltestelle für Bus und Bahn gelegen. Frei verfügbarer Wasserspender in den Etagen und ein Kaffeeautomat in der Lobby der jederzeit ebenfalls kostenlos zur Verfügung steht. Highlight war jeden Morgen das Frühstück, welches sehr vielfältig und lecker war. Es besteht außerdem die Möglichkeit sein PKW in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage gegen Aufpreis zu parken, was allerdings mit knapp 20€ pro Tag sehr teuer ist. Alles in allem trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

Ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus mit einem besonderen Ambiente. Die Lounge lädt zum verweilen ein. Tolle Zimmer. Gute Lage des Hotels und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in einem Ibis Style übernachten.

Zimmer sehr gut, alles neu, Betten extrem komfortabel. Leider wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt obwohl das Bitte-nicht-Stören Schild ab 11.30 Uhr nicht mehr hing. Bei Beschwerde an der Rezeption keine Entschuldigung - schade. Dafür immerhin frische Handtücher erhalten. Frühstück gut, entsprechend 3 Sternen. Parkplätze im Parkhaus extrem klein und nur wenige vorhanden. Mit breitem Auto weniger geeignet. Insgesamt Aufenthalt absolut in Ordnung, trotzdem würden wir es nur eingeschränkt empfehlen.

The staff were great, the hotel clean. Now, there’s no safe in the bedroom, and the shower temperature kept oscillating, from warm to scalding hot, it burn me a few times.

Clean, big rooms, very good breakfast, good location in the city. Rooms badly soundproofed. The dog next door or the group of teenagers can the heard very clearly. The teenage group made such a noise that we had to get the security man who said that the night time peace begins at 10 pm until then he wouldn‘t do much about that.

Wir waren 4 Tage dort mit der Familie. Das Zimmer war leider klein und ohne Kühlschrank Das TV Angebot war sehr beschränkt. Leider haben die Zimmer keine Badewanne. Das Frühstück war ok. Leider muss man dort erhöht Parkgebühren bezahlen, da man sonst jeden Tag aufgeschrieben wird. Das Hotel wollte extrem hohe Tagesgebühren für Ihr Parkhaus haben. Die Lage aber ist sehr ruhig und man kann gleich überall dort essen gehen. Zum Zentrum mit dem Auto ist es sehr kurz. Das Personal war soweit freundlich

Die Lage ist sehr Zentral und fast alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Leider zu wenig Parkplätze und mein Wunsch für Parkplatz Reservierung ist nicht gelesen worden. Am ersten Tag habe ich sehr viel für Automaten auf der Straße bezahlt. Paar mal immer nachgefragt und meinten die Männer am Rezeption erst morgen ab 12 nachfragen. Reservierung geht nicht. Abends als ich nochmal nachfragen wollte sagte der Herr gerade 1 Minute vor dir habe ich weiter gegeben. Erst nächsten Tag um 9 Uhr eine Dame am Rezeption sagte mir natürlich haben wir und man kann reservieren sogar gestern könnten die für mich reservieren. Außer die Männer am Rezeption sonst alles ok. Sogar die Damen aus der Küche und Reinigung waren super .

Ibis hotel is only for one or two nights stay My room when I got there was cold and I didn’t know how to turn on thermostat. The receptionist was not helpful at all Bed has very thin uncomfortable mattress. Hard pillows but nice warm covers. No coffee machine or kettle. Free coffee machine downstairs but that coffee was too bitter for my taste. Only one kind of tea. Bathroom and towels were clean. The problem was shower. Water temperature change too often. I was getting cold shower or burn with a really hot water. Because there was only one toilet paper I asked for extra one. Cleaning lady told me the hotel doesn’t allow extras. Same thing with the box of tissue. Air in the hotel room had very weird funny smell all the time. Chairs in the room are plastic and very uncomfortable to sit for a long time. I did decide to have breakfast once. Foot didn’t look appetizing /taste wasn’t good. Like every hotel, it was buffet style. The problem was the way they spread the dishes. To reach something behind your sleeve could easily touch the first row of the dishes. Stuff in the hotel wasn’t friendly or helpful. One time they move somebody next to my room. This man had the party to 4 o’clock in the morning. When I complain next morning, they told me security was checking on them. It wasn’t true because nobody came. I ask Expedia to reach out to property to see if I could get the refund and move out but nothing could be done. I choose the hotel for it location.

Zimmer sehr gut, alles neu, Betten extrem komfortabel. Leider wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt obwohl das Bitte-nicht-Stören Schild ab 11.30 Uhr nicht mehr hing. Bei Beschwerde an der Rezeption keine Entschuldigung - schade. Dafür immerhin frische Handtücher erhalten. Frühstück gut, entsprechend 3 Sternen. Parkplätze im Parkhaus extrem klein und nur wenige vorhanden. Mit breitem Auto weniger geeignet. Insgesamt Aufenthalt absolut in Ordnung, trotzdem würden wir es nur eingeschränkt empfehlen.

Hotel is in tip top condition. Shower felt roomy and aircon was nice. TV had a good selection of network channels and service was friendly. I forgot my charger and came back for it after check out and I was allowed to go back and retrieve it with no issue. Location is very central too.

Comfortable room, very clean and not too small. Nice bathroom with powerful shower, big mirrors etc. I love the idea of water dispenser in a corridor, both still and sparkling. Absolutely delicious breakfast with the widest variety of food I've ever seen in a hotel! Including smoothies, fresh lemonade and cakes! To finish off - very helpful and friendly staff. Frei verfügbarer Wasserspender in den Etagen und ein Kaffeeautomat in der Lobby der jederzeit ebenfalls kostenlos zur Verfügung steht. Highlight war jeden Morgen das Frühstück, welches sehr vielfältig und lecker war. Es besteht außerdem die Möglichkeit sein PKW in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage gegen Aufpreis zu parken, was allerdings mit knapp 20€ pro Tag sehr teuer ist. Alles in allem trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

Had a very good 1 night stay. All the staff where friendly and helpful with the extra request for a pillow. Was allowed to leave bags at the hotel after check out to be picked up later. Hotel has a very fun and funky circus theme.
