Four stars not five on the property and area only because they use a bank teller window both when I arrived at 7 pm (after dark, ok) and 9am (daytime, necessary??), and the pool was padlocked. Still, I felt like my car and room was safe. Room was very clean, not just "Florida clean". Good water pressure and temperature.

It was exactly what we paid for. It's an older building that they do their best to keep clean and safe. My only complaint would be there is no outdoor seating for smoking. The pool was not accessible (locked because there was no water), but we were not there for that. Top, if anyone else is going to stay: bring cash. They take a $50 cash deposit. When you arrive. You get your $50 back when you return your key to the front desk. Good price, clean. Would stay here again.

I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. If I could not give at least one star, I would definitely give it a zero. The floor is old, the sheets and pillows are stained, the wash basin and shower room are visibly yellowed, the paint is falling off, the small refrigerator and microwave buttons are not working, it is simply a large disaster scene. I am sure and I definitely hope that others can stay away from this hotel. I say it three times: stay away! Stay away! Stay away!

The Redfinn Hotel is decent, but somewhat rundown, but was pretty expensive for what you get. The water in the shower was impossible to get to work, and the cable TV constantly glitched even though the weather was fine. The beds were not particularly comfortable. The manager was extremely nice and helpful though.

Absolutely the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. Got eaten up by bed bugs the noise and smell from room over was terrible. The ppl who run this place are scammers. They tried telling me sometimes people get bite up from outside. I didn’t spend anytime outside, I asked for a refund due to the amount of bites on my body I was told no. Etc. very rudely and unkind folks running this joint. Avoid avoid avoid ! Also pool doesn’t work and is out of commission and they have no plans on fixing it.

Not bad for a couple nights away on a budget. Room was fine and did the job! I felt the staff made great effort to please me and were very kind. Have your $50 Cash deposit ready when you check in to avoid delay. They give you the cash back upon satisfactory check out so no worries! Overall I feel like I got my money worth for sure!

The place and property weren’t very clean. It was late and there was nothing else available. I got in the room and wash my face, brushed my teeth and went to bed. I left at six am the next morning. With in a couple days I have an extra 450 dollar charge on my credit card. I called to ask what the charge was for. The women I spoke to had to look up the room to see what they were charging for. She said it was for the tv I smashed. Total lie. I never even look at the tv let alone touched it. Then the women started yelling at me over the phone and calling me a lier. The only lier is the gang of thieves running this place. Beware and stay away. I look over all the reviews after this episode and saw many times where they were trying to scam people for cash. I guess this is the new way to do it. Just charge up someone’s credit card. There word against mine. I called the police and there is nothing they can do. Stay away from these scammers.

Stayed at this property for 10 nights. Not my usual type of hotel to stay at. But stayed because the rate was lower here. The room it self needs an update like yesterday although it was pretty clean. It was also very quiet not a lot of traffic which was a plus! I would definitely stay again if property is updated.The Owners ( Husband and Wife) was friendly!

The lady in the front desk what very rude in the beginning when I went to check in. They are very strict for unnecessary reasons. Like you can’t even enjoy your neighbors that are there as well. Then toward the end of my stay I believe that the lady at the front desk threaten my sister bc my sister was an unhappy guest at her motel. I mean I paid a $50 cash deposit on top of an $80 something for the room. The situation that happen wasn’t big enough for threats and the way I was getting talked to. My sister has a mental health issue and my sister was in distress about something and the lady at the front desk made it worst. I don’t know why that motel still there.

The location was close to downtown but I was on a bike and there was no easy way to get down there due to industrial development. Not the properties fault but the whole town is very industrial and stark and this area was that. Not unsafe, just vacant of life. Seemed lime there were a few dramas in the complex but also not the owners issue and more i dicative of the local residents of the town. The room was nice and had been remodeled.

Great for a night or 2 . Old hotel but was clean and great location for near downtown. The price was way worth the stay. Everything was miles away and at least double. Just needed a clean place to sleep and freshen up.

Nice and clean hotel for the price! They were super friendly and made sure we got checked in without a problem. Not too far away from downtown where they have some good coffee, shops, and restaurants as well!

This and older, run down property. Just dreary. It seems to have been cleaned pretty well, but the bed cover had holes and stains. The microwave didn't work. And no coffee, which I think is just a basic.

Where do I start. We got there after a long 3 hour drive to find out deposit is cash only so we had to go back out and find an ATM. Clerk said if we need anything to let them know. About 2 hours later my daughter needed a shower, double beds room with only 2 towels so we went to the office, after 5 minutes knocking on the window finally someone came out and said no towels housekeeping in the morning only, they don't even keep basic stuff near by for guests. And asked her if they have coffee in the office in the morning she said no with a stinky attitude. And our biggest disappointment was not able to spend some time together in the pool because it wasn't work, this amenity was the main reason in this location close to the beach why we picked this hotel. And omg the beds, you can feel the springs, it was an uncomfortable night sleep. I will definitely not stay there again. I give it 2 stars because it was clean, we only found 1 hair in the sink.

Very run down. Plaster repairs to walls and doors that aren't painted over--or even sanded down. No lobby. Check in through a heavy window with narrow slot for credit card. No vending machine or food available. Air conditioner so noisy impossible for conversation when it's on. In their favor rooms were clean.

Front office locked 24/7. No breakfast even though tables and chairs were setup with chairs upside down on tables. Handicap knees had to walk up two flights stairs.
