What a hotel it could be if: Your staff were more friendly and helpful. If you have maintained the rooms and hotel areas such as pool, floor walls ect. Cleaning was poor, hair and dirt around the bed. On the pictures it looked majestic, but in reality It looked like an old tired lady with flaws. The elevator was truely a joke.

Terrible service, terrible Elevator system - because the Reception is based on the 2nd floor, i waited 12 minutes for the Lift (there are 8 Lifts!!!). But the really desaster is the fraud of "sound proofed" rooms: they are super noisy from outside traffic!

The swimming pool is amazing, well worth the visit but you are only allowed to go to the top pool once a day. The lifts were a bit busy and difficult to get into. Breakfast buffet was disappointing for such a large hotel. One coffee machine meant a long wait for a drink. The fruit juice was very watered down and the choice of fresh fruit was terrible.

Nice location, very clean, close to the ocean. I went during the Tet Holliday, it was so crowded! So it was a challenge to get the elevator to go the 21st floor!
