I was satisfied

I hated it. My window faced a concrete wall for starters. The woman is reception was surly, unpleasant and down right rude at times. It's well known that Turkish women dislike female tourists and so are unkind or unhelpful to them therefore. The hotel was sold out to the German market, and in the lobby getting hit on by German and Turkish older men got tiresome as they mistook the "adults only" for meaning a pick up place and not just no small children. The redeeming feature was the restaurant food which was great. The service staff were fabulous and made the hotel easier to tolerate. Without them this place would be unbearable. It's location is good for the beach, but there are many places much better than this grotty one, that's jaded and old.

This hotel way beyond our expectation. The whole staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, from check-in to the restaurant and bar. Meals were plentiful and tasty and the open bar also offered a great range of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. There were premium drinks to be paid extra, but honestly, we did not feel the need to. The whole all-inclusive expecience was a very honest one, especially considering its price. The ambiance was also very comfy and inviting by the pool and the bar. The oom and bathroom were spacious,comfortable and clean.We could find safe street parking right in front of the hotel.The location was excellent to visit Alanya. I would definitely recommend it.
