Nice room. Washing machine capacity too low for big Hotel. We were aggressively pushed away by a guest who wanted to have both machines. Attendants tried to help but we retracted ourselves as we did not feel safe

We stayed for a sporting event, and it was perfect. The pool and gym were very new and nice. I wish I knew there was a Peloton bike - I would have brought my shoes! The breakfasts were great, and the rooms were very clean and new.

I wish we would have been informed that the restaurant/bar was closed both nights we were there (June 17th and 18th) for a wedding. Was very disappointed as we did not have a car. We were on the 3rd floor and could hear all that was going on upstairs! The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Will return if in the area again.

Our stay at the Oak Creek Milwaukee Homewood Suites was amazing. From the lobby to the room, outstandingly clean and pristine. Wonderful warm breakfast selections; coffee available 24/7; clean and spacious eating area too. The room was very clean and so spacious; beds were very comfortable; kitchen area surprisingly stocked with what we needed. Full sized fridge was great. Outstanding hotel for your stay in the Wisconsin area. Thank you for the memorable stay!

We chose this suite because of the kitchen area but unfortunately the refrigerator was broken so we lost about $100 dollars worth of groceries on top of needing to go out to eat because of the lost meals. The grout in the bathroom was really dirty and definitely needs a deep clean. The hotel is new and in a pretty area with a convenient location to get around. The staff was friendly.

Hotel was very clean and modern, pool was nice. People were friendly and the free breakfast was awesome. The only thing I would suggest is fixing the doors. Every time someone came in or left their room you can hear the door slam so loud.

We had a great stay, definitely would return if we are in the area. Room was more spacious than expected. Nice bathroom, very clean and decent toiletries. Quiet which was great since we didn’t get in until midnight and were exhausted. Easy ride from the airport. Staff was nice.

Not a friendly personnel at the hotel. I had to pay for an extra night when my flight got delayed and I only needed a late check out. Abusive and not accommodating to client especially when the hotel is empty and they have the possibility to accommodate. Personne very robotic and not humanly understanding of a delayed flight during government shutdown and instead of offering late checkout for extra money they make you pay for an extra night.

The man who did the airport shuttle (john?) and the front desk girl kaziyah were both incredible. Making sure I had everything i needed and were very friendly. The room was incredible and comfortable. Honestly the best hotel experience I have had in years.

Grom the moment I stepped out of the car my experience was great! The driver greeted me. Ryan was the person at the desk when I checked in. He was very friendly and helpful. I got to "pick" our room which was very nice. Once we got to the room the TV said "Welcome Wynter"; I thought that was a very nice touch. They have everything you could need; from cups, plates, to the pots,and pans.We needed something to drink around 11pm. I went to the "Suite Shop"and the person on night shift was so kind. She gave me complimentary bottle water and a coke. The pool was nice and they kept the towels full. We went to breakfast in the morning and it was very nice. They had a waffle maker in two sizes and all the topping. They had a cereal bar,bagels, bread, and muffins. Coffee, both ,orange juice and cranberry juice as well. I will definitely be back. And if I'm out of town I think I only want to stay at Homewood Suites.

Unfortunately It was a bad experience staying at this Hilton unlike other locations I had stayed. I stayed for two nights and the room was not cleaned for the second night at all and when I came to the front desk to report it , the young lady was very unpolite and not helpful Also the phone was not working in the room and she told me I have to call the manager next day and ask for it., I think the management on this branch needs to be reconsidered.

The hotel is brand new! Decorated beautifully, extremely clean and did I mention NEW! Hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming including front desk, staff at breakfast, and cleaning staff. Entire facility is clean and well appointed. Room was very comfortable and had absolutely everything you’d need including full size fridge, stovetop, micro, pots, pans, dish soap, wash rag and towel, paper towels, plenty of towels for the bathroom, body wash, shampoo, lotion, etc. etc. King size bed very comfortable and had the most comfortable pillows I’ve ever had in a hotel. Convenient location, right off the expressway and close to restaurants, shopping, all that you need. I deducted one point for surrounding area only because there’s construction. However it was very quiet there. Highly recommend!

Fairly new hotel and it’s noticeable, was easily accessible and not too busy, very clean, and ALL hotel staff were extremely friendly and service focused from guest services, to those in kitchen/at breakfast, to housekeeping. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel to anyone. Value for price was extremely fair. It’s highly likely we will rebook our future stays at this location over others I may have considered based on proximity, as the accommodations, service and amenities offered were excellent.

Service by the front desk worker was amazing. She was quick, friendly, and helpful. My room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable, and I loved the convenience of having a kitchen and couch. The food for breakfast was as expected, but the breakfast area was very messy and there seemed to be only one very hard-working person in charge of refilling food and cleaning the breakfast room. There was not enough staff to clean off tables, refill food, and keep the breakfast area tidy.

Staff was so friendly and welcoming when you first enter the hotel. A very clean and pleasant stay. The rooms are very large with extremely comfortable beds. The breakfast is phenomenal as they served breakfast burrito items, eggs, oatmeal, overnight oats, and a bunch of pastries. They definitely go above and beyond. You get all that for such a reasonable price. This is our fifth time staying there while we are in Milwaukee. Highly recommend.
