Sängen var skön, kuddarna perfekta och badrummet fint. Men luftkonditioneringen var avstängd av miljöskäl trots att det står på hemsidan att rummen är luftkonditionerade. Sänglamporna var inte avsedda för att läsning, alldeles för svag belysning. En av dagarna fungerade inte frukostserveringen. Mycket tog slut och fylldes inte på utan att vi sagt till. Bartendern var arrogant och otrevlig, men receptionspersonalen var trevlig.

The hotel was just ok. Although it was located in convenient location it had quite a few missteps. Access to the room required an elevator ride one floor and then an exit to the outside, through the pool area and up 2 flights of stairs. Very inconvenient and unexpected. Parking was available for a fee but the logistics for getting into the garage were unnecessarily complicated and stressful.

Good hotel we’ll located. Staff helpful. However, don’t rely on getting parking. They only have 14 spaces-we had to use street parking. Not all rooms have lift access. Ours was a walk past the pool & climb two flights of windy stairs.

Excellent location in historic Orange. Everything was walkable. Our parking was safe and convenient. L’Occitaine amenities. Comfortable bed Great stay. We will look for it in our return to France.

Room was big and bed was comfortable, however we were given a room on 3 rd floor with no elevator only circular tower stairs, very odd. The woman at check in was very flustered and didn't mention this to us, did not offer help with luggage up 3 flights of awkward stairs. Luckily my husband and I are in good shape..

La terrasse ombragée est agréable, pour prendre un verre ou son petit déjeuner. Nous avions une chambre joliment décorée avec une salle de bain immense. L'hôtel est très propre et le personnel serviable. Il dispose d'un parking payant à proximité ,qu'il est fortement conseillé de réserver à l'avance.

By far the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The bed was super comfortable, the room was clean, the sheets were fresh and the staff was very helpful! The only thing is that room service didn't come back later when we were asleep so they did not clean the room, even when we phoned the reception.

A lovely, well executed, homely hotel. A very comfortable and spacious room with some cool furniture and a big dressing area that made me wish I was staying longer! The bathroom was a good size with a big shower and a bath, the fittings are dated, but all function and everything was mostly spotless. Staff were efficient and friendly. I ate in the restaurant, the food was great, I had the fregola, and a glass of local wine. The service was welcoming and lovely. I would definately stay there again.

This is a really good property that needs minor adjustments to make it great. The room is large and comfortable, but it needs a couple of extra electric sockets, a larger safe and a laptop space with a small desk and a chair in front of it. The location is perfect. You can't be more central and still be as quiet. Service is excellent and responsive.

The only thing Grand about this hotel is its superb location in the heart of the old part of Orange. The room was adequate but quite dingy, without much light. It’s an easy walk to the Roman Theatre and a longer walk to the Triumphal Arch. The continental breakfast definitely wasn’t worth €17

We only stayed one night and didn’t eat dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is easy to walk into town from the hotel. Breakfast was good with plenty of everything. Sorry we didn’t stay longer.

Træet på terrassen trænger til at blive renoveret og der burde være et ekstra trin fra værelset ud på terrassen, da afstanden op til udgang ligger noget højere oppe. Personalet i receptionen var vældig kompetent og flinke. Morgenmad er fin, lidt i den dyre ende. Der opkræves et energi tillæg som hotels.com ikke har oplyst. Hotellet ligger godt i bymidten, hvilket også betyder parkering ikke er muligt, der er dog mulighed for at køre ind og læsse bagage af.

Excellent hôtel, très calme car idéalement placé dans le centre historique d'Orange, sur une petite place réservée aux pietons. La terrasse ombragée est agréable, pour prendre un verre ou son petit déjeuner. Nous avions une chambre joliment décorée avec une salle de bain immense. L'hôtel est très propre et le personnel serviable. Il dispose d'un parking payant à proximité ,qu'il est fortement conseillé de réserver à l'avance.

The only thing Grand about this hotel is its superb location in the heart of the old part of Orange. The room was adequate but quite dingy, without much light. It’s an easy walk to the Roman Theatre and a longer walk to the Triumphal Arch. The continental breakfast definitely wasn’t worth €17

Excellent location in historic Orange. Everything was walkable. Our parking was safe and convenient. L’Occitaine amenities. Comfortable bed Great stay. We will look for it in our return to France.

Great location close to restaurants and sites. Parking is a little problematic as not at the Hotel, but approx a 3 min drive down some very narrow streets. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Das Hotel war Ausgangspunkt für unsere Rad-Rundreise durch die Provence. Daher immer wichtig: Wir konnten unsere Räder sicher unterstellen! Die Zimmer waren gut und ausreichend für eine Nacht. Das Frühstücksbuffet lies keine Wünsche offen. Im Vergleich mit den anderen Übernachtungen im Anschluss sogar sehr positiv. Seife, Duschgel, Shampoo und Bodylotion von L'Occitane - ein Genuss. Ich würde auf jeden Fall noch einmal wieder hierhinkommen, sollte es mich nach Orange verschlagen.

L’hébergement était très bien situé dans Orange pour pouvoir visiter la ville à pied. La piscine n’est pas très grande mais suffisante pour le nombre de personnes. Le petit déjeuner était simple mais bon, en revanche il manquait du personnel pour remplacer ce qui est vide.

Over all an okey stay but with a/c not working correctly in one room we would have expected a better compensation. Paying 549 euro for two rooms was quite pricy to start with and then one expects that everything is working properly. When we told the staff they told they could only get service coming monday. We asked for another room but they where fully booked. An other hotell was not an option either we were told. We asked for a fair discount since a/c was not working correctly. The reception should take this to management and the manager should be in next morning. At check out we had to ask for what settlement could be made, nothing that reception themselves brought up, we where told that the only compensation that could be given was free parking (17 euro). The manager had not given and information and hence no more could be decided from there side. That was not what we had expected and it reflects poorly on management/reception. We would not rekommendation the hotel on theses grounds even of it otherwise was nice and tids.
