Staff is superb, the large beach, and the nice shade trees are wonderful!!!

Very good at a good price. Friendly staff, easy check in, easy parking, pool was clean, room cooled well. I wouldn't recommend eating at the restaurant downstairs, but that's not the hotel's fault.

staff is very welcoming. grounds are kept clean. beach area groomed. restaurant food is very good. wishing that the bar staff worked more efficiently, yes it is possible to take two beer orders at one time. working efficiently could save the server time and energy. go to the beer cooler once for two orders instead of back and forth.

Although it is an older property, it is directly on seven mile beach. It is excellent value for the money an has all basic amenities. The landscaping is spectacular by the the pool. They have live bands and a fun bar that attracts a sunset group nightly. Facility is partial condos, partial hotel.

Beachfront property with good restaurant and convenience store attached. Room was properly made up each day. Would recommend to anyone vacationing in Negril on a budget.

The property had a sizable beach area in comparison to the properties on either side & kept very clean. The life guard & staff were very helpful. Enjoyed having a great view from the room's patio. Lovely flower gardens surrounded the pool.

I just returned from at stay at Negril Beach Club.... It is in the perfect location on 7 Mile Beach! It is very safe as there is security at the front gate. The room could have been a little cleaner. Great patio to enjoy the outdoors. Great pool area. There is also a great bar and restaurant on property. This is a great place to stay for a long period of time, as they have rooms with kitchen facilities. I would definitely return to Negril Beach Club.

Because of multiple owners of the condo units there are no set standards for linen’s & maintenance of units. Our bath towels were greyish & worn out. While other rooms have descent to really good ones. Wifi is very weak in several rooms. The grounds are nice & well kept green space & garden. The beach is spacious & very well kept with a lot of loungers & chairs. The pool & area are good.

It’s was not so much the property. It was the dingy, dirty looking, sheet, towel, and pillows cases. Old furniture. And false advertising on website.

I love the staff but the sheets are dirty and there were cockroaches in my room. I requested the room at least be sprayed and no one ever came.

My room was really dirty and the sheets had stains. I was a solo female and so they gave me the crappiest room in the hotel. There was also a cigarette bud on the table so the room was definitely not cleaned prior to my arrival. The food at the restaurant was absolutely disgusting and gave me stomach issues.

The location is excellent. The staff can be a little more friendlier. The housekeeper can do a little more cleaner we had to keep asking for towels. They were rude and then when they will bring us a towel, they were only bring us a towel with no washcloth or even a map to step on when you get out of the shower The room have a musty smell the bed linens have stains on them even when they changed them. They still had stains. I was very uncomfortable. They were like brown stain blood stains. I don’t know what the heck they were and if you were ass, they would get a attitude.

The floor looked clean but was dusty. I checked in late at about 7 pm and had to head to meet friends and next morning check out, so didn't bother with cleaning. I did point out to the receptionist that it didn't look clean, but she insisted it was clean. The bed sheets, towels had a strange smell to them. I am assuming it was of bleach or some cleaning agents but it was a bit too powerful. Any clothes that I kept on the bed, caught the smell as well.

Prima (basic) kamers, word dagelijks schoon gemaakt. Heerlijke locatie direct aan het strand en op loopafstand van Personeel alleen wisselend in vriendelijkheid. Sommige medewerkers waren super vriendelijk, anderen weer erg onvriendelijk. Wifi code wist niemand me te vertellen de eerste drie dagen. Nadat we die eindelijk bemachtigd hadden merkten we dat het een erg slechte verbinding was.

Love the friendly staff, beach area big.favorite spot in negril. The whole beach area should be raked everyday but never raked past outdoor shower. They sprayed espesitis at 630am Friday which was very loud woke us up since our room faced parking lot Friday at 630am the spray was all in our rooms.. which when looked up was toxic to humans as well.but i guess they have to spray for bugs..but was very disappointing sonce gave me headache and felt nauseous afterwards. Rooms noisey and loud by the parking lot. Will stay again just not on that side again i hope.

Stayed with my family of 6. Staff was very friendly. We felt safe on the property. Upon check-we we’re given the wrong room. Staff apologized and quickly righted the situation. Stayed in the lower jungle unit. Plenty of space. Not much hot water. Kitchen pretty bare bones. Beach is beautiful. It is more towards the end of 7 mile beach. Can walk for miles on the Sandy beach. A wind storm unfortunately came through during our stay and made a mess of the beach. The staff did there best to clean things up. Property is less than a mile-walkable by sidewalk- to a small grocery shop. Would not want to do the walk at night. We did walk the beach at night to restaurants. We did enjoy the restaurant on site for a few dinners as well. Taxis are plentiful and expensive in the area. Takes about 1 second to be asked if you want a ride. About 2 hours to the airport with traffic.

The air conditioning in my room did not work. It was running but it could not cool my room down

The hotel is clean but our room was facing the street and extremely loud even with ear plugs, no wall separating balconies either.

Everything was great except the internet. There was no working internet in my room. I could get limited service on the veranda but nothing in the room! Rooms are clean, great for price!

The beach was amazing. The property was in desperate need of repairs. Big gap in door entry. Water pressure was like 3 streams out of the shower head. We stayed 8 nights. I was ready to leave after 1 night.

Rooms near the road super noisy and uneasthestic / poor balcony view. There were loud cars passing and loud late night parties keeping you up. Outdated wooden windows and doors didn't allow for adequate sound proofing.

We loved the location and the property. The only issue we had was the water. There is apparently a water shortage on the island, and we woke up without water 4 out of the 6 days. It wouldn’t have mattered but we needed to be able to flush the toilet. They said it was due to the water shortage and we would constantly have to go tell them and they would have to do something with the pumps. The water pressure in the showers was like a trickle also. On day 5 they got a water delivery and it was a total 180. No water issues and immense water pressure. I just wish we would’ve had a heads up. Otherwise, the staff was amazing, and the location was to die for. We loved the ocean house.

I booked for garden view and originally was given a room ground level in the parking lot with large trash cans couple doors down and there was no window covering in the bathroom. After complaints of how unacceptable the room was I moved to a much better room the following day. Unfortunately, I will not stay at this facility. However, the staff were really nice and accommodating. If it wasn’t for them I was going to cancel my stay and stay elsewhere.

Price could be lower for what you get. Staff do not show up to work early so if you have any issues from the night before it would be a long wait. No blow dryer, the plunger was dry rotten. I could go on and on but the beach area was good.

I have just returned from my second stay at Negril Beach Club! This truly feels like you're home away from home! The staff are great and very attentive! The rooms are always clean and very spacious. I always have a lovely balcony with a view. The property location is excellent. You are able to walk to many places in neither direction. I do feel that the common areas could use some love and the office should be more visible, but other than that its a great hotel and I will definitely return soon!

Had great service. The property is well cleaned as well as the rooms. It’s to noisy when near toad do ask for a room away from the road. All of the staff our very kind and pleasant. Some rooms could need some renovations for doors and windows. I had a great time during my stay. I will definitely stay there again.

The manager did not have a room for us when we got there! They put us in a STUDIO for the 1st night and we had to move the next day........ Then, all they had was a room (nice room) right next to the busy, noisy road 😬🙃😢

Upon check in the ac did not work in the room. Couldn’t get a room on the ground floor due to an injury. Do not book grom them better off calling them directly and booking. I’ve been coming here many years and the other parts that have a different owner will accommodate you much better. It’s just this part booked through this site at THIS Location that do not provide adequate Service and air conditioning.

The staff was amazing! So friendly and accommodating. Beautiful property and incredible location. Any questions or needs were met with urgency and smiles. I would return immediately if i could. It felt like family. What an experience. We will see you soon Negril Beach Club. Nuff love 👍🤗

I always stay here when I come too Negril, the staff is very friendly and helpfully, I aways look forward too my next visit. I usually walk into the town and back, but you can take a route taxi, the beach is a minute walk from you room

We absolutely love the Beach Club Condos location on the beach, it is second to none. Kitchen stove didn’t work well, but we just rolled with it. Overall, our stay at the Beach Club was as anticipated, no major complaints. Through Expedia we also purchased return airport shuttle as part of our package, provided by Destination Services. They were absolutely horrible and caused us a LOT of unnecessary stress. We will NEVER use this service EVER again and will warn others not to use them. When we checked in at their kiosk, they gave us a sheet and stressed the importance of registering for our pick-up the next day, but when we tried they had hotel pick-up at the wrong location. I finally got customer service, they told me they would let the driver know our pick-up location and said to check back again in a couple days. When we checked in again, they still had our location incorrect and couldn’t provide a pickup time. I spoke to customer service and again said they would let to drive know. This back-and-forth continued throughout our trip. We ended up having to call to confirm our pick-up location and time. Our friends used the same service and an error, the service came to pick them up at 5 AM instead of the time indicated on their reservation, and instead of fixing their error they cancelled the reservation altogether. We were all at the Beach Club. Unfortunately, our friends ended up having to pay for a taxi to take them to the airport. Just awful service!

Good place to stay. Privacy, safety and great beach experience. Everything is within reach.

Beautiful location and view. Very nice staff. Food was good, even the night the city lost power they still cooked for us. Reason for the 4 stars is of course theres hagglers but i did not like that when 1 sat at our table the security was like 10 feet away said nothing and we just finally gave the guy $ to leave as we were talking to our daughter back home and about to eat.

They are like family there. This property is right on the beach.

It's location is in the old part of negril, which is very laid back. right on the beach and has the basic comforts. for its price it is good value

Nice and friendly staff, room was spacious and clean. However the small cook shop to the left of the lobby was AWESOME, the cook Annette was super nice and she cooked the best authentic jamaican food, we especially loved the porridge in the morning, i highly recommend checking her out for breakfast and lunch . Overall experience is 9.5

There were only bath towel The bar was under stocked the service was terrible, we were sitting for over 20 minutes for breakfast with only 2 other occupied tables, we eventually went elsewhere.

The food was great at the sandbox restaurant even though my order was incorrect each day. Property needs to be updated, bed sheets and towels were all stained. There is a lifeguard on duty.

Easy beach access. Amazing sunset views! This place is NOT luxury so you’ll be disappointed by the room amenities if you enjoy hotel rooms. Hotel restaurant is overpriced and underwhelming. Better food options are within walking distance. Friendly staff.
