I have only one issue: the free all-you-can-eat breakfast is always cold. Apart from that, you need to book the spa two weeks in advance, as the spa staff doesn’t speak English. However, the rest of the staff does.

A great hotel to frequent for a visit; unfortunately the last two stay - there needs to be check-up on replacement towels. Also, was looking forward the SPA / Massage area as part of the VIP special; only to find out that it was operate on Sunday so then the VIP special doesn't apply if guest stay from Saturday to Sunday.

The property sits in the centro of tijuana only steps away from all the action on revolution. The staff is always great and helpful. The room was clean a little outdated but still has a unique look to the room with the swiveling tv. The view from the 6th floor was nice enough for me. Ine thing that i didnt notice was they have tesla charging on the property which i wasnt aware of as it took me some time to charge right before crossing the border. So I will definitely be returning because of that.

Valet service was extremely helpful. Breakfast buffet qas nothing fancy but it hit the spot. The bar had a killer drink special and my wife loved the margaritas! Walking distance to my dentist, to the club pulgas, and the rest of revolution. Need to try the spa next time!

I stayed here for five days and it was an amazing experience. I ordered room service every night. Everything came promptly and it was fresh and delicious. Hotel is very clean and private definitely a bonus with a Gym. I will definitely be staying here again not to mention free breakfast in the morning.

We love this hotel and usually choose Ticuan. Great rooms, wonderful staff, excellent restaurant. The only issues is the club on the east rooms (the bass pulsates until 4 in the morning) and there are no in room refrigerators. They have plenty of ice in their machines though. Highly recommended.

The room was on the side of the hotel next to a nightclub so it was pretty loud. They immediately moved us the next day when I mentioned the noise. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff are courteous and professional. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel. I stay there twice a year when in town. Unfortunately the tv no longer has anything other than a few local antenna channels. I know most people just put their nose in their phone but I think there is nothing better at the end of the day than relaxing in your room with some netflix or hbo.

Nos gusto el cuarto. Buen tamaño,el jacuzzi también. Muy limpio. Solo que no tenian mini bar, y en la especificación de la habitación dice que si. Y también, tengan en cuenta que el hotel esta justo a un lado de “Las Pulgas” entonces hubo música muy fuerte hasta altas horas de la noche.

I booked the largest suite. Unfortunately they are on the side of the hotel next to a live music venue with the room thumping till 4 am. On my last night I switched to a smaller deluxe room and was finally able to sleep. Not the hotels fault but if quiet is important to you, avoid the jacuzzi suites.

The hotel upgraded the pillows since the lat time I was there. It is still really loud on the East side of the building on weekends. There is nothing they can do about their proximity to Las Pulgas but pumping bass shaking the windows until 3AM makes sleeping impossible. Beware of rooms on the East side on weekends. No bueno!

Hotel ticuan is our go to place when we visit Tijuana, which is 3 or 4 times a year. It's walking distance to a lot of different places, such as the famous Caesar's restaurant, Museo del Taco, Avenida Revolucion a short walk east with all the restaurants and shopping, and Ave Constitution a short walk to the west with it's own fair share of shops and restaurants. The hotel also has an excellent restaurant, bar and happy hour, as well as a free breakfast that we always appreciate. Highly recommended!

Hotel ticuan is our go to place when we visit Tijuana, which is 3 or 4 times a year.
