Stayed 3 nights

Stayed 3 days & never recieved maid service even after requesting it on day 2. Initially given a room that had an enormous stain on the carpet. Had to wait 15 minutes on hold before front desk staff would change our room. Received significant attitude when we asked to be moved. Staff was extremely dismissive and came across as not caring at all. Property had stuff everywhere that needed swept up or vacuumed. Only staff member we enjoyed was the bar tender. Great old fashioneds. Please get on your game Marriott.

The hotel is lovely, but while check-in is 4:00, our room wasn’t ready until 6pm. It really inconvenienced us and made our evening difficult.

Refrigerator had food from prior guests left in it, contained something with onions so when we put our cheesecake in there by next morning our cheesecake tasted like onions. When we woke up, husband pulled drapes back beside bed to see weather outside and on window sill was either a cup of apple juice or urine, unsure. There are no vending machines and regardless of floor you stay, ice machine on 8th. Have to purchase parking at $40 a night. Coke product fans beware, there is only Pepsi available if you find bar/restaurant ever open. I won't return here however location to The Dome is literally down the street.

The hotel was nice and the staff was helpful. Only problem was trying to get room service. I would call and call with no answer. I finally went down and they were not busy at all. Not sure what the problem was.
