Este lugar no fue nada agradable . Si no les gusta caminar en el sol no lo recomiendo. Este resort tiene varios edificios con cuartos. Pero algunos quedan más retirados de la playa, piscinas y restaurantes que otros. Muchos cuartos están de subida y aún con transporte fue mucho caminar del que nos gustaría. El resort no deja que escojas tu estancia, más bien se basan en disponibilidad, y nos tocó el edificio mas lejos de la playa. Siempre hay que esperar por transportación para ir a todas partes y aveses va muy llena y tenemos que esperar a otra,aparte que no te deja afuera de tu edificio ellos nos llevan a la paradas o estaciones y de ahí hay que caminar asta el edificio de alojamiento. El lugar está en una colina o en un cerro. No tiene mucha variedad de comida. Ningun edificio esta al lado de la playa todos están en una subida o al costado de un cerro HORRIBLE ESTADÍA NO REGRESÓ JAMÁS NI GRATIS NO GRACIAS

Originally given the wrong type of room. Property overall was great, but the beds were really hard and so were the pillows, which made it hard to get a good nights rest. Food was very repetitive, Best was El Faro. Air conditioned game room is needed with pool tables, ping pong, lotería. Evening entertainment was good. Pool and activities ended too early especially for young adults. Property is beautiful, does not lend itself to walking, but transportation is available.

Very enjoyable resort. If you have mobility issues, I do not recommend it for you. It is built into a cliff side. Beautiful views but lots of stairs and uneven surfaces.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The property is extremely outdated, with furniture in poor condition and a general lack of maintenance throughout. The quality of the rooms and food was well below expectations particularly troubling for a resort advertised as all-inclusive. Shockingly, the “All-inclusive” package included only one coffee and one piece of bread per day, which is unacceptable by any standard. The only redeeming aspect of the stay was the El Faro restaurant, which provided a much needed contrast to the otherwise subpar experience. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this property. The service, amenities, and overall value were severely lacking.
