For the price of this hotel and the pool and Jim being closed, I feel that it should’ve been discounted. I would not stay here again due to the fact that other hotels have these amenities and are at the same price . I would’ve had a better rating if these amenities were open since I have kids I like to swim and I like to work out at the gym every morning.

The pool and hot tub area is closed for renovation. It does not show this on the listing. It is not posted at the front desk, staff did not mention it was closed. I almost walked down in my bathing suit to go for a swim, luckily I checked the pool area (construction area) out before going down. This should be mentioned on the Expedia site. It still shows the hotel has a pool and hot tub

Only 1 elevator working, pool and hot tub are not open but we didn't find that out until we prepaid a non refundable hotel stay. There was only 1 nightstand beside our king size bed, very inconvenient. Breakfast buffet is only soso. Overall the hotel is nice and clean, staff is very friendly!

Room was clean and quiet. However there are no plug ins anywhere near the beds. Only 1 decaf coffee (3 regular coffee) in the room and the restaurant had no decaf coffee at all. I was not the only person asking. For someone who cannot have caffeine vut still enjoys a morning coffee thats tough. No bottled water in the room so were forced to drink tap water in the plastic cups provided

The front desk lady was honestly one of the best I’ve encountered in my 45 years in this world. I’ve travelled for work at least 25 years and have stayed is too many hotels to count. All this is to say that in all my years, I’ve never sent a review…good or bad. But this particular lady went above and beyond. She took a concern I had with the wellbeing of a person staying above me seriously, and I wanted to recognize her for that. We were storm stayed and asked to check in a little early. Was told it’s not busy and room is ready but would not accommodate an early check in. And told me $10 per hour for early check in ? Wow. The ladies went over and above for us! We had to book a last minute stay. Booked through Expedia, and it wasn’t showing up properly on their end. They called Expedia for me to get it figured out so we could check in and go to bed lol. Super nice ladies thank you so much!

Front desk staff were very good. Asked for daily housekeeping and all we got was more coffee and shampoo. Little pieces of garbage was left in bathroom on the floor and on the carpet in front of the bed. Bed wasn't even made again - didn't epect sheets changed but thought the bed would have been made up. Very poor case of housekeeping.

I liked being able to have a birthday drink and dinner with a friend and not having to worry about driving. Casino was great and room was very clean and big. We were on an overnight road trip and they didn’t mention we were a couple hours late getting there. Will definitely stay again next time in area!
