Overall, we had a good experience and we would definitely come back. The staff that welcomed us was very friendly, and the place feels peaceful, quiet, and comfortable. The room was also nice, and we really liked that it’s pet friendly. As an area for improvement, we think they could pay a little more attention to the cleanliness inside the room, especially the bed sheets and towels. The only thing that felt a bit strange was the service at the restaurant on the property. After the rest of the experience had been very pleasant, the service there felt somewhat unprofessional. The staff seemed to have little knowledge about the menu and food options, and they were not particularly friendly during the service. Other than that, we really liked the place and would return.

A unique property in our beloved Valle de Guadalupe, where you stay in treehouses. The jacuzzi was closed on the last day, which was disappointing, and only one was working from the beginning, but hopefully that was fixed. The breakfast and breakfast area was nice. The property is not entirely accessible; best to check and inform them of your needs.

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The views are absolutely stunning—perched in the hills with panoramic scenery that captures the true beauty of Valle de Guadalupe. The atmosphere is peaceful and romantic, perfect for a relaxing getaway or a special celebration. The staff was incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming. Every detail, from the stylish design of the rooms to the breathtaking skypool, was thoughtfully curated for comfort and luxury. We especially appreciated the quiet ambiance and how well-maintained everything was. The location is just a short drive from some of the best wineries and restaurants, but it still feels secluded and serene—like a hidden gem in the valley. We will absolutely be coming back and highly recommend this boutique hotel to anyone looking to experience Valle de Guadalupe in style.
