LOISIUM Wine & Spa Hotel Champagne

Stayed for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time! Hard to come across modern hotels in this area, the Loisium is a gem! Well design common areas, lovely spa and cozy rooms with vineyard rooms. Would recommend booking a Deluxe room with bamcone and vineyard views! Overall great value. We had dinner twice at the in house restaurant - the food was not a highlight conpared to the rest of the stay - feels like they should lower price point or significantly increase food quality. While they have a spacious gym, it feels like a few more machines are needed to cater for the weekend crowds - it was always busy and could really make use of at least one cable machine for diversity of equipment. Overall though highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed spa and wine tasting weekend

Absolutely beautiful place. Second time here. Where to start......breakfast super large selection of freh food, heated pool open from 8am, lovely wellness suite with solarium, steam room, sauna, etc. Room design amazing, views out perfect at all times. Note hotel is in the middle of nowhere, you need to drive to it. They have a great cycle store onsite and you can cycle to the nearest town in about 15 min in ( all down hill).

Sehr schönes, neues und stylishes Hotel. Empfang und Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Das Hotel war sehr voll, daher war es am Pool und auch beim Frühstück leider etwas unentspannt.

Struttura moderna e curata. Camere confortevoli. Spa funzionale e non affollata.

On arrival we did not have a very good welcome from the receptionist who started to serve us but then blanked us when another guest arrived and served him! We couldn’t believe it so went and sat in some nearby seats. We think he was being trained as when he finally came up to us the man with him apologised and our room was upgraded from comfort . It was a lovely room overlooking the vineyard. We headed for the spa in our dressing gowns. There are two saunas and one steam room and an outside pool that wasn’t warm enough to swim in as temperatures outside were -2 . Shame there wasn’t a hot tub. It’s probably a lovely place in the summer. We relaxed in one of the double beds overlooking the vineyard, the views are stunning . They supply free tea and water but no other options to purchase . Our experience at dinner wasn’t great, the staff were very attentive but the food was very standard for the price and we wished we had eaten at the bar instead. We personally did not think it was as exceptional as other reviews have said and have stayed in spas with way better facilities.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel, le personnel est très sympathique et le petit déjeuner est excellent. Le Seul petit bémol serait la taille de la piscine par rapport à l’établissement, on se retrouve vite très nombreux dans un petit espace (ambiance piscine de camping dans un 4 étoiles).

Es ist ein tolles Hotel. Alle sehr freundlich. Das Wasser angenehm warm. An der Poolbar gibt es kostenlos getrocknete Früchte und ein kaltes Wasser mit frischen Früchten. das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Das frisch gemachte Omlette schmeckte köstlich. Es ist nur 15 Minuten nach Epernay, wo man verschiedene Champagnererzeuger besuchen kann.

Our stay was great overall. Hotel is very beautiful and very well kept. I would highly recommend The staff was friendly enough. The spa area is very nice, and the massage and masseuse were incredible. Food and drinks are little bit pricey (specially the nachos, I wouldn’t recommend to order them). We stayed from Sunday to Wednesday, and the pool was only heated the first day (Sunday) which was a bit of a disappointment. They said it was heated, but you could tell the difference. Cleanliness was overall good, expect for the fact that we found a pair of dirty socks of previous guests.

This was our third stay at the hotel, as we were so impressed the first time. Unfortunately we felt a little disappointed this time for several reasons. There was only one staff member in the spa, so treatments were fully booked most days (I recommend checking first if this is an important part of your stay), the staff were very disinterested - there was no engagement and generally poor service - it felt like they weren’t happy and there was no sign of leadership, and finally the general areas were not very clean. Having said all that, the room was very comfortable and clean, the included breakfast is very good and the design of the hotel makes it a really nice place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

We had an excellent stay, the room was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff, especially on reception could not be more pleasant or helpful. We can highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel within a quick drive of Épernay. The pool was lovely, the room was spotless and the staff were so friendly. You are surrounded by vineyards of some very famous champagnes.

Accueil sans plus … un robot pourrait faire l’accueil Piscine avec de nombreuses mouches et guêpes à la surface de l’eau. De trop nombreux clients avec des verres en verre ds piscine à 18h et déjà éméchés en fin d’après midi. Chambre petite et trop sombre avec des toilettes peintes en noire …. Pas très heureux Bon petit déjeuner En résumé, hôtel surcoté et très cher, déception

Lovely nights stay, great room, nice fresh sheets and towels. Very modern and contemporary Lovely touches for our dog that we were travelling with, with bowls, bed and toys left for his arrival, beautiful scenery, would love to come back and visit again

Très bel hôtel, dommage que le service ne soit pas au rendez-vous. Pourtant bon accueil, personnel très agréable et le lendemain tout se gâte. Chambre non faite pendant notre absence, réveil de ma sieste à 14h par une employée mal aimable pour faire la chambre... et ne même pas remettre une bouteille d'eau. Quel dommage !

A very nice spa hotel but some details needs to be worked on. No organized shuttle service to Ay or Epernay and rather steep taxi feeds. It is impossible to get an uber from there. Clearing needs improvement. Closets were not cleaned inside and the balcony furniture were never cleaned.

Très bel établissement très récent. Très bien situé dans les vignobles en lisière du parc naturel de la montagne de Reims, proche d’Epernay et de ses grandes maisons de Champagne, mais aussi de plus petits producteurs de qualité. Pas facile a trouver car très isolé au-dessus des vignobles et sous le sentier du vigneron (visite et dégustation à ne pas manquer !). En béton et bois, il est bien intégré à son environnement, il offre de belles vues depuis toutes les chambres, mais au détriment de leur taille ! Les décorations intérieure sont très belles, mais les architectes à l’origine de cet établissement ont du oublier qu’il y aurait des clients dans les chambres (salle de bain peu pratique, pas de fauteuil ni chaise dans la chambre, éclairages indirects jolis mais éclairent peu ! Maîtrise des éclairages difficile, …) ! Un styliste n’est malheureusement pas toujours un bon designer ! Les parties communes sont plus généreuses et plus agréables. Piscine et spa très agréables. Le restaurant est superbe et le diner y est agréable, mais service très lent avec erreur par rapport à notre commande ! probablement par manque de personnel en cuisine ! Personnels très accueillants et très serviables.

The hotel is new and very well built. I loved the modern details. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The shower was nice although the water pressure was a bit lower than I like. It was super convenient to Epernay and the small houses we wanted to explore. The breakfast was really wonderful with amazing views. The only complaint I had was that it was a bit pricey (including the drinks).

Endroit calme et restauration correct , salle pdj avec une capacité un peu juste . Spa et piscine parfait . Lumière dans la chambre un peu faible, certainement voulu pour un esprit cosy mais pas pratique pour la salle de bain .

The room we got is next to reception, very noisy and we can hear people walking up and down the stairs. Otherwise, the room was great.

Only negative was that the room was too dark. Needs better lighting. Other than that fantastic.

Everything was good: the room, the location and the breakfast! The only thing that could have been better was the view from our room (towards the parking lot & some forest instead of the beautiful wineyards on the other side of the hotel.

Vom Check-in bis zum Check-out wurden wir von einem überaus freundlichen und aufmerksamen Team betreut. Das Frühstück war unglaublich vielfältig und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Auch das Abendessen überzeugte mit hervorragender Qualität!

A luxurious accommodation in the heart of Champagne. The room we booked was quite spacious and comfortable for one night. The staff at the bar and reception were very friendly. We went for a dip in the pool on a hot day. It was almost predictable that the other customers would reserve sunbeds by placing a towel. Selfish! We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant. You know the feeling when food is lousy and service is sluggish? At L'Horisium, the food was almost worth the price, but the delivery from the kitchen to the table took an inconceivable long time. For example, after the main course, we waited almost an hour for the dessert. How did the staff react to it? Very shy apologies was the best they could do. What a waste of time!

stay was horrible since check in was delayed by 2 hours. Front desk appeared understaff and one of my rooms was canceled. Hotel manager was stressed and impatient dealing with the situation. unable to eat in restaurant because 2 week reservation is required. hotels.com did not mention this requirement. Your customer service rep was completely unhelpful & did not offer a solution to the problem. My grandson was upset & crying & thought we would be sleeping on the street because of all the chaos.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Emma at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Great location, ample parking and beautiful view. Service slightly slow and uninformed. Not enough sun loungers for hotel capacity. Room lighting and resturant lighting were terrible. Food however was excellent and the spa itself was really good.

Our first impression was very underwhelming with the room not ready at 3pm, blaming us for showing up too early, making a remark saying that many guests seem to show up at 3pm and not allowing us to use the pool even though on the booking website the check-in time is indicated as 3pm. Check-out is at 11am - so staff have 4 hours to prepare, no idea how they struggle with this or not update their booking website if they can’t have rooms ready. We spoke to the general manager thereafter and they found a room for us, however overall the encounter was unfriendly and they were not making us welcome. Next let down: we are informed that they have no towels for the pool available for guests - neither for the sauna, nor the pool and advice us to use the bathrobes for both which obviously get wet in the process of a few sauna cycles. How a hotel can not have enough towels ready when they know how many rooms and guests they have staying is beyond my comprehension. Sauna facilities are gorgeous - however, another let down here as well. Super low water pressure in the showers which make cooling down impossible. For a newly built hotel an absolute shambles. Also: no free refreshments, warer dispenser or anything of the likes in the rest area outside the saunas. Apparently the hotel expects guests to go to the champagne bar and order a drink there? Thankfully I did bring my own water bottle. We loved the design of this place - the management is doing a terrible job at running it though.

Very nice facilities. Very modern, nice rooms. The guys at the reception are super friendly. But… the service in the restaurant & bar is really bad.

Super hotel. On initial thoughts it was expensive but with breakfast included reasonable when you factor in the really nice spa. Staff were superb, helpful, friendly and managed to find my watch which was taken from the spa in the wrong dressing gown. Breakfast good, dinner tasty if expensive. All in all a good stay and one to add to our list of options on our spring and summer trips to the alps. Finally a big thank you to the excellent staff - a real highlight. Peter

This is a beautiful modern hotel with stunning views over the vines. You will feel relaxed especially after a glass of champagne. Short drive from Epernay / Remis. The pool area is lovely and it’s heated! The restaurant/bar and seating terraces and very comfortable with good service. And all tables have the most wonderful view. I would say the drinks are very overpriced as is some of the food which is nothing special for the money. You must book the restaurant a few weeks prior to arrival otherwise you will be stranded with no where to eat.

Great views of the vineyards, fabulous room and facilities, and just 5 minutes drive to Ay, 10 to Epernay

A fantastic hotel, perfect for a bit of rest and relaxation. The hotel is quite secluded but only a €20 taxi ride into Épernay which is a bit more lively. Loved the spa facilities at the hotel. Breakfast was also great.

Set in the vineyards in Mutigny, outside Epernay and Äy, this retreat hotel offered kind staff, great food, a beautiful setting and some great Champagne & wine selections!

The position of the property can’t be better, in a picturesque wine yards, but only 15 min from famous avenue de Champagne . The hotel design is amazing and have relaxing atmosphere. You don’t feel you are in France it is more Nordic feel. I can’t recommend more. The restaurant is amazing as well. Overall 5 star.

The best location at Champagne!

Serene country setting overlooking vineyards, made the stay unbelievable highly highly recommend. We will going back in fall.

The room was well appointed, really nice and quiet. The hotel was lovely. We didn't use the spa but I used the gym which had the basics. If I were to visit again I would book the restaurant in advance as on Friday we couldn't get a table. Also this place is popular with rich people

Perfecte accommodatie maar spijtig van het restaurant. Kleine kaart, weinig keuze indien je er verschillende dagen verblijft. Porties veel te klein. Prijs kwaliteit teleurstellend. Voor deze prijs verwacht men wel wat beters. Opmerking gemaakt ivm de lamskoteletten en deze werden dan ook meteen in mindering gebracht. Dit is correct en verdient een vermelding. Heel vriendelijk personeel.

hotel and room was amazing. Hotel staff is friendly but does not seem to enjoy working there. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was bad. Cold food and for sure not fresh! Stay at the hotel but avoid the food there. Only 7-8 minutes by car to the next village, go there for food instead!

The hotel was beautiful architecturally, from the reception to the restaurant and the bar. The room and facilities was very clean. The highlight was the pool, and the Sanarium. Pro tip: there aren't any restaurants nearby unless you drive to the town, so book the hotel restaurants early as it gets booked up quite fast.

Tout était parfait ! Le cadre était magnifique et calme. La chambre très spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner très gourmand et le personnel vraiment très accueillant. Sans oublié la partie Spa de l'hôtel. Nous avons passé un excellent moment. Ps : privilègier un séjour en automne, les couleurs des vignes y sont extrêmement belle.

This is a fantastic hotel, super clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed, amazing views all around, great pool and spa area. Buffet breakfast is one of the best we ever had and the dinner was exceptional as well. We were upgraded to a balcony room which was great, spent some evenings there enjoying the views of the vineyards with a glass of Champagne!

Excellent sejour, superbe hôtel, décoration magnifique, les chambres sont très bien équipées, literie très confortable. Le Spa est très bien, peut-être un peu petit si l'hôtel est complet. Petit dejeuner excellent très complet. Seul bémol, le restaurant, trop cher pour ce qui est servit.
