Stannade 3 nätter! Supernöjd, fantastisk frukost med utsikt över viken, litet men fungerande gym, ångbastu och vanlig bastu, härlig pool uppe i en bergssluttning... 🏆 Överlag mkt nöjd! Ont om parkeringsplatser men det löste sig. EasyPark appen fungerar i byn.

Adult only hotel makes this a serene experience. The views are incredible. The pool is very nice and bigger than it looks. Food for breakfast is outstanding. Very good service from start to finish.

El hotel está totalmente renovado. Nuestra habitación con vistas al puerto de Soller y terraza era muy agradable, tamaño apropiado y con diferentes amenities (albornoz, zapatillas, cafetera, tetera, etc). El desayuno muy bueno y el personal muy agradable, especialmente Carlos que estaba pendiente de todo el mundo. El único pero la piscina, muy agradable pero poco espacio de hamacas. También deberían resolver el tema del bar en la piscina, primero por el bienestar de sus trabajadores (algo mas que un toldo y mínimo un ventilador) y facilitar cómo la comida se sube. También seria conveniente que la carta reflejara la disponibilidad dado que algunas bebidas no estuvieron disponibles en los 4 dias de estancia, por ejemplo el batido de plátano.

I’ve just come home from at 3 night stay at the Pure Salt hotel and overall it was great. Unfortunately the day before we arrived there was a heavy downpour of rain and the hotel had flooded but the team had worked quickly to sort things out and it was lovely. The hotel is modern and fairly recently fitted out and the pool area is lovely. The staff were all lovely and very accommodating, breakfast was delicious with Cava included. Pool towels were available, bathrobes and slippers were complementary and the location of the hotel was at the end of the bay so it was lovely and quiet. The only areas of feedback are: The lift wasn’t working while we were there and there are 3 flights of stairs to the reception with an additional 8 up to the pool area so. Whilst you can get the lift up to the 3rd floor access to the pool I didn’t see a route other than the stairs to get up to the pool so not great if you have accessibility issues. In the rooms, the door to the bathroom is next to the bed and is a sliding door, this meant you could hear everything, which isn’t ideal. There was also only one mirror in the room which was in the bathroom.

Really nice stay. Reception and staff were really helpful friendly people that could speak multiple languages. We stayed on level 3 in the outdoor house section, we didn’t have a good view out of the window as we were near where the walkway to the stairs to the pool were which was behind the hotel really and payed for the standard room, but we still had a private balcony area with two chairs and a table. Our room was nice, had everything we needed, however the air conditioning didn’t work which wasn’t that much of a problem as wasn’t too hot in April time in the evening but would’ve been an issue during the summer. Shower was way too small though, I am only small but could barely lift my arms up to wash my hair which was a bit annoying! Toilet seat kept falling down too which was also a bit annoying. Fridge didn’t work, however we weren’t that fussed as it wasn’t prime summer heat. Me and my boyfriend weren’t that bothered but I can imagine an old couple complaining about the amount of things that didn’t work in the room we had stayed in. However, the pool was absolutely stunning, comfy loungers to lay on too. Breakfast was really nice lots of healthy options and additional cooked omelettes or eggs benedict if wanted which was nice! Overall really nice stay for 2 nights. I had a look at the menu prices for dinner and drinks and was quite expensive, but is as expected for such a nice hotel and area to stay in! The view is incredible.

Great location, lady in charge of breakfast from Saturday to Wednesday was fantastic, service standard definitely dipped when she was off on Thursday and Friday. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Please put decaffeinated coffee beans in one of the machines at breakfast. Not enough parasols at pool and generally not enough space in pool area for everyone who wanted to use it.

Very pleasant hotel in excellent location. People should be aware that the pool is up steps that some might find a bit awakened. Rooms very comfortable and staff pleasant and helpful.

Lovely location and staff were accommodating. But some wear and tear around property and not suited for those who don’t like heights and or stairs! I would probably go again though. Thank you

Rengøringen var i top og personalet var både hjælpsomme og smilende. Pool området kunne godt få en lille hånd. Der manglede parasoller til flere liggestole og baren var ikke altid bemandet. Det var desværre også lidt trist at reglerne fra hotellets side ikke blev overholdt i forhold til at der tit lå håndklæder på liggestolene i flere timer af gangen imens folk var væk. Det er ellers noget hotellet skilter med på deres hjemmeside at det ikke sker. Maden og cocktails var også virkelig dejligt. Alt i alt et dejligt ophold med få svipsere ved poolområdet.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Having visited this resort many times, this was the first opportunity we had to stay at this hotel. It’s located at the quieter end of the bay and it’s generally really peaceful. It has a beautiful Veranda overlooking the bay, which is where breakfast is served. Staff are lovely and welcoming. Pool area is on the small side and overlooked by rocks, which means that some beds are often in the shade. On the plus side, the beds are extremely comfortable and each one comes with a pillow! On check in you are given a card to exchange for beach towels. Our room was at the back of the hotel and definitely one of the smallest we’ve stayed in. The shower and bathroom were extremely small, but the beds were very comfortable and the pillow menu catered for everyone. We had a really lovely stay and would highly recommend 😀

Unfortunately - the hotel had just gone thru a big flood event and the ground floor and first floor of the hotels were completely destroyed. Causing the hotel staff to try their best in accommodating the guests slated for those rooms. Because of this, it was incredibly difficult for the staff to properly accommodate everyone as they were supposed to. We had to take a room that was not as “premium” as the room we paid for.

Beautiful hotel, perfectly located. Spotlessly clean and aircon worked a treat. Shower was brilliant and lots of storage space. The views over the port were 10/10. Bed was comfy but not as luxurious as hotel beds normally are, and needed more pillows. Pool area was lovely, though get there early for beds! Food was great though we chose to eat out most evenings. Would definitely come back! Loved it.

Mycket nöjda. Bästa läget (vi hade balkong med utsikt mot havet), trevlig personal, läcker frukost, rent och snyggt. (Digitaliserat i överkant, när man förväntas ladda ner en app och kolla menyn i liten skrift på mobilen... Gillar att bläddra i en matsedel och prata om matvalen med mitt sällskap)

Hotellet stod ikke til forventingene i forhold til pris. Vi hadde rom med sjøutsikt. Utsikten var flott. Renholdet på rommet var ikke bra. Servicen på hotellet var variabel. Vi kommer ikke tilbake til dette hotellet. Men byen Port de Soller var et flott sted.

Lugnt och skönt, hotellet var helt och rent, restaurangen mycket bra med trerättersmiddagar varje dag.

Super hyggeligt hotel. Meget serviceminded og hjælpsom personale. Udsigten fra restauranten var fantastisk med udsigt ud over vandet og byen og bjergene på den anden side. Og så var morgenmaden også suveræn god. Poolen havde også den flotteste udsigt. Jeg vil gerne tilbage til dette hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel in August. The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms were spacious. Air conditioning in the room was perfect and. Dry much needed as we were there during a heatwave. Fabulous views over the bay from our room and at breakfast. Food was plentiful for breakfast and all tastes accommodated. Would 100% recommend and stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent - easy access to beach, shops and cafes. We booked a mountain view room on the second floor which had a pleasant outlook and a large terrace. The beds were very comfortable and the room was cleaned to a high standard every day. Fabulous power showers, robes and slippers made the stay feel very luxurious. We booked the half board option - excellent ! Fantastic breakfast buffet with dishes cooked to order. Evening menu was sophisticated and had lots of choice. The pool area was stunning and was a wonderfully tranquil space to relax and enjoy the incredible views. All the staff , without exception , were wonderfully welcoming, friendly and thoroughly professional, - superb, consistent service for the whole week. We will definitely return ! Thank you for an extremely enjoyable, relaxing stay.

Rained during our stay, hotel flooded from every direction. Water to our mid calves, water coming thorough the ceiling. Mud everywhere, ceiling beams falling off! Completely terrible!!!!

Very pleasant, modern, chic hotel. Everything looks newly decorated in both the rooms and lobby areas etc. Lovely views from dining area/bar. We were originally given a very small room but were moved on request. Breakfast was tasty but could do with more veggie options. Rooms could do with more storage space. Great location to wander to restaurants and bars etc.

Nice hotel but the room was smallish

Hotellet ligger perfekt. Alt spiller i fællesområdet. Personalet er hjælpsomme, imødekommende og profesionelle. Restaurant og bar er i topklasse. Vi var udfordret af at værelset var upraktisk. Vi følte at vi var på camping Der er ingen knager eller hylder. Skabet var lille og der var en kuffert bænk. Vi måtte kante os rundt om sengen. Sengen var for kort til en på 185 cm. Sikkert af nævnte grunde var rengøringen af værelset mangelfuld og der blev ret beskidt i løbet af en uge.

Beautiful public areas overlooking the bay. Great location, service and breakfast. Rooms a little bit dated and on the small side but adequate as most have a terrace area.

Parts of this property were great, others were just average. We came here for our honeymoon, and asked for a double bed in our room. We were given 2 twins with no option to change. Additionally, the hotel turns off the AC from midnight to 7am - not sure if that is normal in this area, but each night we woke up in the middle of the night overheating with no option to cool off (not cold enough outside). We also needed to do some laundry as we were on our 2nd week of traveling, and our laundry was a full 24 hours later than originally promised and they still charged us the full amount. The pool area was fantastic and the food is decent as well. Patricia at the restaurant was delightful. The property is truly gorgeous and it’s in an amazing location. Overall, this hotel appears and markets itself as luxury, but it seems they are still trying to figure it out. For the price point we paid I really expected more compared to the other hotels we booked during our trip.

Schön und ruhig gelegen am Ende der Bucht (ein kleiner Nachteil, wenn man mit dem Bus anreist). Super Frühstück, freundlicher Service. Die Toilette unseres Zimmers war nur mit einer (mattierten) Glaswand vom Zimmer abgetrennt. Kein echtes Hindernis für Geräusche und Gerüche. Aber eher ungewöhnlich als wirklich störend.

Lovely hotel in a good location on the port. Views from the terrace are really beautiful and the pool area is very relaxed and pretty. Staff were all very helpful and polite. Our room was fairly small but the bed was comfortable. There was a strange green light in the room at night (think it was part of the fire alarm) and it was very annoying. Despite blackout curtains it meant the room was very bright, they need to fix this as very annoying to sleep with.

The people who take care of you here are absolutely wonderful! We were made welcome from the first moment we arrived - the reception team are all excellent! The restaurant was also great and we had several celebrations while we were there! The breakfast team also made sure that you had a great start to your day.

Arrived early + decided to have lunch on terrace. Extremely strange woman with short black hair, likely in 60s, may be Mallorquin, but who often burst into French and displayed very strange + eccentric behaviours including inappropriate mannerisms was serving me. When I asked for ketchup for my pork + mashed potatoes, she made strange, disapproving facial expressions for about one minute, before finally going to get some ketchup. Also when I asked for salt and pepper, she made annoyed facial expression and then when she brought them to my table, she did not put them on the table, + instead handed them to me! In fact, when she first came to take my order, she kept saying,Ókay! okay! okay! okay! many times in a whispering voice! It was very strange. Later, I asked her if she could put some fresh pasta I had (unopened pack into a refrigerator as I woudl not get my room for 1-2 hours. She immediately said no because it´s not from the hotel. As her English is not good, she thought I was asking her to heat it up (in microwave) so that I could eat it! Then woman from reception joined + told me, ´No, it´s not possible´. I said, ´why not? It is unopened´, so then she said to other lady, ´keep it in fridge til 3pm´.Male waiter at breakfast cleared my table despite little black block left on table. Day before, same man loudly banged on my room door despite do not disturb sign clearly displayed.Man at reception was very rude and passive aggressive towards me regarding calling a taxi!

Terrible experience with smallest room ever and NO air conditioning all night. We were up all night sweating and no one to call at front desk. Was so disappointed because we love the town of Soller and hotel is in a good location. When I shared this at check out I was not even offered an apology and was actually charged 10 euro for a cava from check in that was supposed to be a free welcome drink. Never again. Next time will stay at Hotel Miramar or Esplendido.

This is a very nice and quiet hotell on the beach of Port de Soller. The staff is very kind and helpful. I will especially mention Jeffery in the reception, he is so nice and serviceminded ☺️ The breakfast is also very good. I hope to sometime visit this place again.

Dejligt hotel til prisen. Beliggende i den mere stille ende af Port de Soller. Fantastisk poolområde. Meget stille. Personale og muligheder for drikke. Loungemusik sidste på eftermiddagen og livredder. Super imødekommende personale. Fin morgenmad. Gode frokostmuligheder. Spiste ikke aftensmad på stedet. Pæn indretning. Standartværelse (401/hjørneværelse med smuk udsigt) til den lille ende. Men helt fint. Ville booke dette hotel igen.

Easy to access the beach and good restaurants, breakfast nice, lovely sea view from our room and dining area. The staff were all really friendly and attentive. Noon checkout is great. Would’ve been good to have fresh drinking water in the room each day rather than just the first night. Would recommend, thanks for a great holiday.

My husband and I loved our stay but wish the fridge would have been a bit bigger and have ice available. No ice machine so we’d have to go buy ice and by the time we would get back to our room it would be half melted and then no place to keep the ice frozen. Also, our package included breakfast and dinner. The first night into our stay we had our included dinner and the waiter was abrupt and not friendly. We chose to not eat dinner there again.

Great hotel. Bed was very squeaky, staff weren't very helpful or attentive. They should implement some drinking water points, we spent a fortune on bottled water. Otherwise a brilliant stay with a great breakfast and pool area.

Staff were all lovely, food was delicious rooms were clean & great layout. Port de Soller has some lovely bars & restaurants & the tram to Soller was great trip out.
