Everything was absolutely great..!

Overall a wonderful trip. The staff was very helpful starting from check in. I enjoyed the view from our room. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. I wished it was cheaper. The bad and the staff was amazing. We enjoyed the room. I didn't like the fact that a lot of locals went and did the pool. They need to have better security. The beach view was amazing!

I was a little disappointed because the description said that it was on the beach, but it was really on the bay. The sand was horrible. It had very sharp pieces of shell and they did not provide chairs or awnings. They had to be rented. Also, while my husband was getting ready to take a shower, the vent cover fell on top of his head and we were not offered any compensation.

Room was clean, and staff was humble

Staff was rude and room phone didn’t work everytime I asked for a cookie due to being a honors rewards member they were out and they were rude
