Barefoot Hills

Steps are very dangerous as I didn’t know the bottom landing was so dangerous especially for my mother. Thermostat upstairs wouldn’t come on as it looks like it is not attached properly. The place is beautiful outside but overall not for me.

Nicely appointed room, easy check in. Beautiful property and surrounding area. A short drive outside of Downtown Dahlonega thru a curvy drive up the mountain. It is very quiet with nice outside amenities.

The Deluxe Cabin lets you lie in bed and enjoy the sunrise. We had a fantastic weekend and the staff couldn’t have been more hospitable. We brought out little pugs and they had so much fun. The place is so clean and beautifully kept.

No heat in room 37 and rainy outside first night. Realized this after checking in around 6, no staff after 5. Told heat was set at 70 for all rooms by Sharon General Manager online. Next day staff member said AC was set at 68. Brought us a space heater and turned on heat for second night. TV on streaming service so news is old/the day before. Wi-Fi free and good connection, beds great. Quiet and good location.

Very nice staff! There was a glitch in the phone number when we tried to assist a guest checking in late. A person was there but the phone cinnection didn't work. She gave us an alternate number. Everything worked out just fine in the end.
