Comfort Suites Cheyenne

When we got to our room part of the trim in the bathroom was lose on the floor, there was no blackout curtain in the room (you could see where it had been removed). The worse part we had to go ask front desk for toilet paper because there wasn't even a full roll in the room when we checked in.

Clean and comfortable room. Helpful staff.

The hotel is located in a nice area and close to shopping and dining. The hotel seems to be in good condition and I noticed there were renovations going on like new flooring! The room was clean and bed very comfy. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. I used the laundry facility (washer/dryer) but my clothes did not seem to get very clean or dry. Perhaps an upgrade on the machines would help. Overall, my experience was good.

Clean room. Clean hotel. Wouldn’t mind staying there again.
