Toliet was dirty, food left in fridge, shower didn't drain great but otherwise ok. Not much parking especially with a trailer. Pillows not great. Limited channels on TV. Not impressed overall. Staff was friendly.

The bathroom in our room was filthy. The fake eggs for breakfast were weird but they tasted okay. The staff were nice. The laundry facilities and the gym were dirty. It was disappointing. Some one had tracked water from the pool into the lobby and I had to draw the staff’s attention to it. Does anyone clean here. If they do they need to be better trained. The carpeting from the lobby to our room was stained so badly I bet it needs to be replaced.

Check in was easy. We booked 2 nights on separate itineraries. They allowed us to keep the same room, we just had to check out and check back in. It was quick as well. No hot tub was a downer. The pool was packed with littles, i am sure the hot tub would have been also.

The elevators did not work the day we left!!!! We were only on the 2nd floor thank goodness. The walk in showers have NO SHELVES of any kind. This is just WRONG - I had to place shampoo on the FLOOR. No grab bars in the bathroom of any kind - this is dangerous, especially since the soap & shampoo had to be put on the Floor! This place needed more than 1 cart. Their excuse is people took carts to their rooms & Kept them there. Do they not clean the rooms & find the carts? I wanted to talk to the manager about another reservation problem - Nick G. will not return my calls or answer his phone. I even left a message at the front desk for him to call me & he has not done so. Very disappointed in this particular hotel & in the manager. At least he could talk to me.

I would have given this property a 5 star rating had it not been for housekeeping. Upon first glance the room looks clean. Further inspection there was food particles on the floor from a previous guest. A used towel on the floor under the vanity. Also from previous guest. The room smelled of stale smoke like a smoker had been in the room which leads me to believe the room overall wasn’t cleaned properly which honestly gave me the feeling we were staying in a DIRTY room which is flat out gross by anyone’s standards.

The room was good size with good layout. The couch in the room was full of dog hair. It is not super clean. The bed and bedsheets were clean tho. I didn’t use the couch.

Front desk folks are fantastic!! Housekeeping a train wreck. assigned a room not ready as relayed by housekeeping. Two elevators only one working, long waits. laundry room dirty, no place to hang clothes, no chair to wait. Breakfast ok but sour milk,,black bananas. no shelves in shower to put items same dirt in hallway after 24 hrs, housekeeping blocking hall with their carts. restroom by laundry room and pool filthy poop on seats in 3 of 4 stalls. hotel has potential if these things are solved. Again i feel for front desk who appeared to be overwhelmed but trying hard

Staff was helpful and responsive. I sure it was just a fluke: our room obviously had not been properly cleaned. Hair in the shower, towels not fully stocked, empty soda can left near coffee service, someone’s food, cold coffee and leftovers from a restaurant left in fridge! Floor had pieces of pretzels, and Velcro pieces of fabric left on it. Staff offered to move us to another room but we were traveling with 2 cats and had been driving all day. Jessica, from the front desk, came in and personally cleaned and sanitized the shower for us. Thank you, Jessica! Room 125 is near laundry room and ice maker…very noisy MOST of the night!

I am actually quite shocked at the lack of cleanliness in these rooms! The first room I was given had massive amounts of hair all over the floors and shower. The shower had pink mildew which I was told was due to the caulking? Um… no…that was a straight out lie because pink mildew wipes off with very little efforts. There was splashed in the mirror firm precious guests as well as ring marks from bottle of glasses, handprints all over the bathroom and entry door. There was hair and filth on the platform that the mattress sets on. There was even a cut off straw with white residue in it laying on the floor. The floor in the unit was disgusting and when I ventured to look under one of the chairs, it was thick with dirt and hair and bottle caps. I was disgusted. For $200 a night??? Really? Terrible housekeeping and terrible housekeeping management to simply never check rooms when the housekeepers are saying they cleaned. took video and pics of all of this just in case I got a hold of someone that cares and took pride in their job. I went to the front desk and they gave me another room. I was excited to get out of the filth an into a cleaner room. Wouldn’t you know….it was just as filthy. So I don’t know what happened to standards, but this place has none. Never again.

Breakfast had waffles, eggs, ham, bagles/toast/English muffins and cereal. It was great. The room wasn’t awesome, walls are super thin, was up all night because our neighbor had his tv blasting. We had a very long road trip and just needed a place to sleep. It was good for that. Comfortable beds and room. Breakfast was not good. I had paid extra for the jacuzzi bath because that sounded good with the long trip, but the jets didn't work and the person at the front desk had no idea how to make it work.

Property was clean and staff were great. We had an end room #301 and there was an extra window in the room. Which at first seemed great but it did not have a blackout curtain and the lights from adjacent parking lot lit up our room until the same came up to really brighten things up.

A nice convenient spot in Cheyenne and very modern with fashionable furniture rooms. The only reason i didn't give it all stars is the walls must be thin, we could hear someone snoring next to us.

The stay was fine. Check-in guy was friendly. Room was large. Things were (mostly) clean--there's always some hair in the bathroom but that seems to be true wherever you stay. I couldn't get the A/C unit to keep the fan blowing the whole time, which left me very able to hear everything else from the hallway and neighboring room. I asked the front desk for a portable fan to make noise and the best they could do was suggest I leave the window open so the unit had to turn on more. It was fine--just not optimal.

New hotel. We think they forgot to finish the black out blind in the room. Remote control wire and motor wires are there, no blind to roll down. Had to hang a blanket to make room dark. Left sink drain inop, needs simple repair. Need a couple more luggage carts. Attempted to cancel second night at least a full day in advance as plans changed, and was told to contact Expedia direct as no refund was available. Had already called Expedia and told nothing could be done. Only wanted to cancel second night, not first night. Stupid policy that will cause me to no longer arrange through Hotels.com. Not happy, lost $150.

We had a couple of issues and had to change rooms since we needed a pull out couch, which I thought was what I requested. Anyway, Brandon was amazing and switched our rooms. The power went out 2 times in our room and Brandon had come up and flip the breaker 2 different times! Again Brandon was amazing!!

Luke the manager is a gem of a person. He went above and beyond helping me with our accommodations since our flight was canceled. The room was big clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast just what you need to start your day. Very clean staff very nice always smiling.

The hotel itself was good. Nice room and clean. Front desk worker was rude. Had to wait 20 minutes for him to come check us in. Son asked for towels after swimming and he told him he should have thought about that before swimming. There was no towels in the pool area. 4 people staying in a room and only 3 towels and wash clothes. Watched the front desk help hiding from people coming to check in while we sat in the lobby.

We may have stayed on a night that had a total anomaly, but we got to the hotel at 9:30pm, and our room was not ready despite check-in being at 3pm. There are many other guests in the lobby in the same situation. We were given the key to the room at 10:10, but when we got upstairs the cleaning team was still cleaning it (didn't get in our room until 10:35pm). We were disappointed by how the manager handled the situation, which was to be defensive and tell us they're doing everything they can and to wait indefinitely. I get that things happen, but then you need to focus on service recovery - which in this case could be empathizing and offering a way to make it right for us in some way. It was late, and this was 1/3 of the room time we'd paid for, not a few minutes late... The cleaning team was lovely - polite and apologetic and running around frantically trying to get the rooms cleaned. They told us they'd been sent home earlier but were called back to clean more rooms when the hotel unexpectedly filled up. It seems that a better plan would be cleaning all rooms or not saying they're available for guests to book if they're not clean... The room itself was well-appointed - great space and set-up.

We arrived Saturday night. We had 4 rooms paid for. Part of our party, 2 of the rooms, arrived about 9:00pm after dinner. They told us they couldn't refund our rooms since we booked through Expedia so we were on our own getting that back. The night clerk was ridiculously rude!!! He gave a bad taste of the place before we got inside. There was not a nice greeting what so ever!!! Ok, what do you need? I said I was checking in. He trashed the place before we got a chance to judge. Our room is wonderful. The bed I am sleeping on is a bit too soft for my bad back. The place was clean and spacious…I checked the ratings before we stopped. That’s why we are here. Thank you to all those hard workers that make this enjoyable for us. But….GET RID OF YOUR NIGHT CLERK!!!!!

Our rooms were clean, pillows and bed were comfortable. The night clerk was absolutely amazing, she went out of her way to help us with a situation. We would definitely stay here again because of her, I just wish I would have asked her name.

Every time I travel back to my Home Town of Cheyenne, this is the place I choose. I am very familiar with every area of town and I always choose this hotel because it is quiet, safe, and walking distance to Lions Park, Little America Golf Course, F.E. Warren Air Force Base, and is surrounded by neighborhoods with strict HOA's, so belive me they are also paying attention to the grounds of the Hotel. In my opinion and experience, it gives it a little extra layer of safety and security. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

This hotel is close to the Greyhound station by car. It’s not really walking distance to anything. I found the location and hotel room to be very safe. There was a deadbolt on the door. Shower started out warm but got colder shortly after beginning to shower both for me and my husband both mornings we stayed. Stairwell was dirty when we checked in and got worse by Sunday. No breakfast cook showed up Saturday but front desk staff did the best they could when they found out no breakfast was ready at 7:00. Eggs the second day were very cold - probably leftover from the day before taken out of the fridge. Very disappointing stay. Will not stay here again. Nice hotel but very disappointing services!

After traveling throughout the night, we arrived a couple of hours before check-in but the staff was able to accommodate our request for early check in. Staff was friendly, responsive to requests, and the free breakfast exceeded expectations.

Great for a quick overnight stop. Comfy, had what we needed, and overall clean (just a bathroom drawer that hadn’t been cleaned - very minor). Staff was super friendly, and had a cozy Christmas vibe in the lobby. Excellent breakfast, even with gluten free options! They had eggs, ham, potatoes, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, pastries, fruit, yogurt, and gluten free bread/bagels! Will definitely stay here again!

We really liked our room as it was spacious and extremely comfortable. Also, all staff member were extremely helpful and courteous. Was was lacking in regards to competitor locations we have stayed at was the continental breakfast. Selection of available breakfast items was extremely limited. As an example, the only juices offered were apple and orange where competitors usually offer at least apple, orange and cranberry juice. And rather than having coffee available in large containers brewed in the back and brought out, there was a machine that you selected a size and type of coffee, and then the machine made the cup. Although it was a bit more sophisticated, it seemed like it was brewing a K cup.

Way understaffed for the day. There was no food at all for breakfast and the breakfast area was a complete disaster. I felt bad for the person. They said they had no food to make. Very frustrating as we book hotels with breakfast to save money and we had to leave to get food

Booked and paid for room in advance after verifying that the room would have two queens and a pullout sofa, after checking in, went to the room and found that the sofa was not a pullout and it was too small to sleep on, called the front desk and asked for the room that I booked and paid for in advance with the pullout sofa, I was told they have no other rooms and not all their sofas are pullout, I then asked for sheets and blankets and pillows, and was told that since there’s only two beds in the room, they cannot supply me with any more linens. Sofa was heavily stained and not suitable to try to sleep on.

Not enough carts for luggage, I have a bad hip, my husband just got out out of a boot from a broken ankle, no carts when I checked in, waited 15 more minutes as staff said people had just checked in, never saw anyone else in the lobby, so we carried everything in, it took 4 trips, still no cart. I did find one in the morning, it made checking out much easier, everything else was great!
