The room was very clean and looked very new. The staff were very friendly and went out of there way to ensure our stay was very comfortable. The restaurant downstairs was very nice, food was also very good. The only downside was the smoking in the pokie room

Our stay was straightforward and the hotel was easy to find. The parking, however, was less than ideal because their parking lot is under construction. The available four spots were taken up by construction or company vehicles. The night we arrived, the restaurant was expecting 200 guests. Parking was not available close by and we needed to move closer after they left. The room was super quiet and the bed was comfortable. I would have appreciated a hairdryer in the room. Redhead Beach was gorgeous at sunrise. We would likely stay again, but would have appreciated a forewarning about the parking.

Very comfortable large room with huge bed, nice recently renovated, lovely shower big tv quiet. Stairs to upstairs accommodation may be difficult for people with knee problems such as myself, narrow steep steps. No lift. Nicely renovated bar and gaming facility. Typical pub food menu of average value. Kfc next door.

Newly renovated with a very comfortable room. The pub was also a very nice venue for a quiet drink and nice meal. I’ll be back with my wife for a few days and explore the Hunter region.

Great place, been here before the renovations and back then it was great. Now, even better. Foods great, the entertainment, outdoor sports bar, the food. Wouldn't consider staying at any other place in a 50k radius from The Belmont.

Don't stay here. Staff terrible, room dirty ,air con dangerously filthy , blinds broken so people on the street could see in and light from main Rd shining in all night so very hard to get any sleep.

Belmont hotel has a homey feel, relaxed atmosphere, good vibes. The balcony rooms are awesome and come with a king size bed, stayed for a week an it was great😃...now staying a week in the single twin room, has no balcony but still great. I recommend to stay here.

Had to check in at the bar. Waited 5mins until someone could check us in. The young girl didn’t really know what to do. Didn’t explain why they needed my drivers licence. The building is still undergoing renovations, and they started drilling at 7am waking us up. I would suggest they start around 9am as hotel guests are likely to be sleeping…

This is a basic hotel, zero house keeping no face cloths. Staff for hotel are not trained or very friendly. Hotel is dated and needs maintenance, we had a balcony with a chair that was unusable due tonits condition. Thsre are better deals in thd area for a better hotel, do not be fooled by the pictures.

The staff were amazing from the moment we walked in. Was easy and efficient for access accommodation and our meal, then in the morning the room attendants were lovely and welcoming. Would definitely recommend spending time here to stay or just enjoy a meal/ catch up!

good central location in Belmont, unfortunately the bistro was under renovation when I was there, so I had to eat out which wasn't a problem as there was heaps of choice within easy walking distance

Had a netball carnival along the road from the hotel, so the location was perfect. Despite the staff saying the music would go on until 10pm in the bar below, the room was quiet and the room felt newly renovated and the bed super comfy. Would definitely stay again.

A nice overnight stay. Bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Bathroom had nice water pressure and water was nice and hot. Room and bathroom was clean. Room had its own reverse cycle AC and Heater so was warm. Pub downstairs has lots of food options and well priced. Parking was very easy
