Canadian Resort Vallarta

Todo el hotel es muy grande, incluso las habitaciones. Sólo le falta darle un buen mantenimiento de pintura pues ya se ve viejo el lugar y eso es lo que le da aparente mala imagen, aunque no sea malo el lugar. En cuanto a limpieza está muy bien, sólo cambiaría la cortina de la regadera, me parece antihigienico que sea de tela y no la cambien con cada huesped. Nunca vi bichos ni nada parecido. La alberca es enorme y bastante tranquila. Uno se puede relajar bastante bien. Juegos de mesa para entretenerse. Nada de ruido. Pica señal pero hay wifi en tooodo el hotel y nunca falla.

We loved the Golf course space ! It was so quiet and relaxing ! The surrounding nature was amazing ! 😍

I only stayed at this resort for one night. The gentleman working in Reception was amazing. He was very helpful. The suite was clean and comfortable. I didn't use the pool but it was very inviting looking.

Terrible. Booked for four nights only stayed one as two many issues to recount here. We put a claim in the next morning to try and recoup the three days we had paid for and we're unable to use. Some issues:no toilet paper or towels when we got to our room, no coffee pot and none available, one cooking pot and nothing else, no hot water, sink falling off the wall and leaking water onto the floor, bed is made of concrete with a 5" old coil spring mattress, my side had broken springs so basically tried to sleep on a concrete slab without any success. We tried to resolve the issues in the morning, but staff was unable to remedy any of the issues. We had to leave and what a sham because the location is beautiful. It has been 96 hours since we contacted Hotels.com and we have not heard a peep. Very disappointed.

Atención de primera, personal sumamente amable, el lugar verdaderamente hermoso, los alimentos sencillos pero muy sabrosos, area muy natural. La alberca deliciosa, en fin me encantó
