It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. It was a wonderful space to return and relax after a full day of visiting with family and the lengthy traffic runs we are not used to. Staff were friendly and our room was so comfortable. We were impressed to see a rather full size fridge over the mini ones most hotels have, and the half-size dishwasher and range. All were wonderful convenience we didn't fully utilize since we were only in town for 2 nights and 3 days. However, next visit, we will make better plans. Did not use the pool or gym but nice to know there were options. The location was conveniently located about 10 min from our son's home. The decor is simple, modern and arranged to feel spacious and still cozy. I recommend this place and look forward to staying longer next time we are in town. I hope they maintain their standards of housekeeping upkeep. I would like to add, it would be nice if in the dining area, they had a microwave and water dispenser for those who don't drink juice or want to reheat some of the breakfast items that have cooled or need warming up.

Perfect in every way. Staff is elite and sweethearts. Breakfast was great, room was very very clean, parking was easy. Location is only 3.8 miles away from the motor speedway. Pool was clean, gym was clean, I would live there if I could lol.

good stay nice new hotel great room great service no parking near entrance, only a small number of spaces near entrance and many of those reserved. so you had to park behind hotel and walk around, back doors are understandably locked. this makes check-in very inconvenient when it is raining because the hotel is long and narrow with the entrance in the center of the front side

Everything is brand new, staff was really nice and the room was comfy. location will require a car, but there are many lounge areas at the reception area and outside. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this location away from the bustling strip.

very nice stay in that hotel , safe area , in 30 min in downtown LA, one thing we could just recommend is to have breakfast till 10 am. in the fitness room , it would need also a fountain and some towels .

The room we stayed in was spacious and clean with inviting deco. The full kitchen was impressive, even though we didn’t need it for this trip. We had the room at far corner so it was quiet as well. Overall we were satisfied with this stay and we will stay here again if we are in this area in the future. There were other people enjoying outdoor pool and hot tub too.

Amazing Vegas weekend. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. After a 10 hour drive we were able to check in early and catch up on sleep before enjoying the Vegas nightlife! Only 15 min drive to the strip. Hotel was very clean, my daughter usually gets itchy with sheets but she had no problems. Our dog was also welcomed with treats and a sign for the door to inform housekeeping not to enter. There was also a grassy pet pooping area with a full supply of doggie poop bags to clean up after your pet. Breakfast was better than continental- there were protein options, oatmeal, and a waffle maker. We will definitely come back to this place. Oh also there is a gas station and a “Dotty’s” Gaming & Spirits across the street but not any restaurants. We door dashed food without any problems.

This must be a new hotel. It was absolutely spotless, with new furniture and decor. The staff was very professional and friendly (including CiCi at the front desk). The breakfast was varying, with eggs, sausage, small quiches, DIY waffles, cereals, hearty oatmeal, pastries/breads, bananas, etc. We were exceedingly pleased with our stay.

Room seemed clean only thing that happened is that my husband 6 month old and I got attacked by bed bugs I called and contacted the hotel and they seemed unconcerned about it said that they clean the room daily. I don’t know what that has to do with bed bugs but okay just beware of that before booking

Solid hotel. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Blackout curtains very effective. Water pressure and temperature of shower were excellent. Free parking. Delicious breakfast included in the price -- kids loved the waffles and chocolate milk. There are hotels with lower prices for a room, but if you have to pay for parking and then go get breakfast on your own, you're not saving money. I thought it was a great value, and I'd definitely stay there again.

TownePlace Suites in North Las Vegas is conveniently located off I-15. We picked it because it would be an easy shot to the Las Vegas airport for our noon flight home after our visits to three National Parks in Utah. Check-in was fast and easy; Cece was super nice, cheerful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice desk area. Plenty of room to lounge on the sofa. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We just stayed one night, but the kitchenette would be perfect for longer stays. It was stocked with real (not disposable) glasses, cups, dishes, etc. There was a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. The only minor issue (for housekeeping, not us) was that the glass shower door only enclosed the first half of the shower stall. You had to aim the shower head toward the side, not straight back, or water sprayed out onto the floor. But that’s was the bath mat was for, I guess. The complimentary breakfast was very good…lots of choices for both light and hearty eaters. Great coffee.

The pull out sofa bed was just that. The sofa cushions pulled out, flipped over and rested on the floor. The top was hard rubber, there was a hard support beam of some kind down the middle and it was extremely uncomfortable. Also, there’s only a half “door” on the shower and the whole bathroom floor was flooded after showering. We had to mop it up with towels so we could walk in there afterwards.

Quick trip to the Smith Center and wanted something away from downtown and the Strip, this fit the bill. Clean, newish, quiet and quick freeway access. No restaurants visible so not a real neighborhood, just a glorified gas station and motel that was hassle-free.
