It was good, very peaceful and welcoming

Large room with cooking facilities, but not much in the way of utensils. Room seemed reasonably clean, but let down by mould in the shower grouting. If cleaning services could get some mould magic or something similar and really have a good go at the mould in the bathrooms it would improve the overall image of the properties. Getting initial access to the property was a bit stressful especially when carrying heavy bags in the heat as the pedestrian access wasn't very clearly marked as was the high security entrance gate which somewhat gave the impression of entering a high security prison. However once inside, pretty good facilities for the price. Gym well equipped. Pool served it's function although not the most picturesque location, however you would be unlikely to get a pool in most establishments at that price point. Location a little bit sketchy, felt safe enough walking around it during the day, did not go out in the evening as not part of my plans, although did see the odd local character who looked as if the may have a somewhat edgy lifestyle. But as someone who is happy to go out in Camden Town area in London on a Saturday night, nothing I couldn't handle, but may explain the high security. Other residents of the studios seemed nice enough. Most of staff helpful and pleasant. No kettle, but was able to borrow one plus a hairdryer, so was able to have my morning cuppa! All in all good value basics covered, but don't expect 5 star luxury for the price.

+: near the sea, spacious studio, good matress, with access to the gym and pool. Room has AC. -: a big let-down: the room was not clean: bathroom had still hair in it, the floor was very wet with parts of it not cleaned, and the worst of all was seeing a cockroach crawl under the little sofa... Also my key card was deactivated the day of check-out way before schedule (tried to get back in my room at 11h after a walk, check-out was supposed to be at 12, had to go down twice to have my card activated again). Overall a good experience but was really bothered by the lack of cleanliness of the room.

The location was why I've booked the Livensa. The place remind me University dorm. If you are a light sleeper, that might not be the place for you, as everyone scream in the corridor, slamming doors non-stop, loud music. If you walk in the corridor you can even hear the shower when someone is using it... Walls are paper thin I guess. They haven't broom the unit prior to arrival, so floor were dirty. Bathroom needs some love too. But for me it was ok for 2 nights. Location was great with the metro at 3 min walk! I just didn't expect a dorm style for the price. Other than that, front desk people were great, quick and efficient.

If you like the beach....it's a 10 minutes walk. If you like the old city...bus, tramway, subway almost in front of the door. Clean, excellent location, quiet. A very good stay
