We had to unexpectedly stay another day. The staff was so helpful & kind to our situation. It has been a long time since a hotel chain has gone out of their way to be accommodating & compassionate to problems that may arise. Many thanks to your wonderful staff!!

I booked this hotel because I expected the level of quality and service that Hilton is known for, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The room had several cleanliness and maintenance issues. The carpet appeared dirty, there was old gum stuck to the room décor, the water had a strong sulfur odor, and the refrigerator was not working, causing my food to spoil. The most concerning issue was the room door. After leaving my room, I discovered that although the door appeared to be closed, it had not latched securely and had swung back open. I only noticed because I returned a few moments later. Had I not come back, my room would have remained open and unsecured. That is a serious safety concern that should be addressed. I also shared my concerns during my stay after being asked for feedback, and was told that a manager would contact me. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up. Overall, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay at this property again.
