La struttura si trova vicino al capolinea della metropolitana, perciò comodissimo per andare in centro. Nelle vie vicino si puo lasciare l'auto in strada senza pagare. L'hotel offre comunque il parcheggio a pagamento. La camera è un po piccola ma non è un problema visto che si usa solo per dormire. Nelle vicinanze c'è un centro commerciale.

La struttura si trova vicino al capolinea della metropolitana, perciò comodissimo per andare in centro. Nelle vie vicino si puo lasciare l'auto in strada senza pagare. Für zwei Konzerte im Olympistadion hatten wir nach einem Hotel in Laufreichweite gesucht und das B&B ist ein ordentliches und bezahlbares Hotel. Es entspricht dem Standard der Kette und die Lage und die Parkmöglichkeiten waren perfekt für diesen Zweck. Nur ein Bier im Automaten (damit meine ich nicht das alkoholfreie Becks) wäre toll gewesen!

Es ist eine gute und ruhige Lage. Sauberkeit, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ich fand es nicht gut, daß der Preis für Tiefgarage und vor dem Haus gleich ist und das in dem Zimmerpreis kein Frühstück enthalten ist.

We like this hotel. It is in a good location. The grocery store is next door. The hotel and room is clean. Car parking garage is available. They should have the ice machine or front desk could provide ice to customers. The front desk is helpful. We would stay in this hotel again next time.

Grund des Aufenthalts war ein Konzert im Olympiastadion (Laufweg ca 20 min dorthin). Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel zzgl (10euro) oder Tiefgarage (preis der Tiefgarage ist mir nicht bekannt). Zimmer war ok (Doppelbett, Fernseher, Dusche, Wc, Waschbecken, Fön, saubere Handtücher). Checkaut (bis 12? Uhr)läuft automatisch. Frühstück war bei uns nicht dabei, kann man jedoch in der Bäckerei/Kaffe genau nebenan für ca 22 euro (sehr gut und reichhaltig für 2 Personen) kaufen.

We traveled to Munich for the weekend and wanted a nice place to stay one night. This hotel was sufficient. Although it was small and minimal (sort of like an upgraded hostel room) it was adequate for one night. Check in was easy and they had a parking garage. It's also near a mall and we had a nice dinner out at an Italian restaurant nearby. There's also a grocery store next door. This is a great place if you're looking for an affordable and sufficient hotel.

Hotel und Zimmer sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war um kurz vor 22 Uhr leider kaum noch zu motivieren gewesen. Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Kaum mehr als das Bett hat herein gepasst. Wie der Name sagt, ist ausser dem Zimmer und Frühstück nicht mehr zu erwarten.

Schönes modernes Zimmer; für kurze Aufenthalte völlig ausreichend. Jeden Tag wurde gereinigt; dass kenne ich gar nicht mehr. Sehr erfreulich. Die Lage in Nähe des Olympiaparks für mich als Frühsportler ideal. Ich komme gerne wieder.

It was ok for the price but this time I found my room dirty, not cleaned properly (also the drain was blocked and the shower head was twisted - these two things were immediately repaired) and I reported it to the Front Desk so it can be corrected as I stayed in a B&B before and it was not as dirty. It has the essencial stuff for the stay, but normally is clean.

The property was clean, the location was near Olympia Einkaufzentrum metro. The room is too small for this price, with a view to some construction place. I didn't like the moving sliding door between the toilet and the bathroom-you either can be in toilet or in the bathroom. Plus the door from inside the bathroom was not possible to open, good that I was not alone in the room. Also there were no toothpaste, so we needed to buy it at reception. It would be nice to have some cups or glasses in the room opener for the bottles because all was quite minimalistic.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sehr sauber. Es wurde mir angeboten das Zimmer zu wechseln da die Klimaanlage nur eingeschränkt funktionierte und das Fenster nur gekippt werden konnte. Ich habe allein im Doppelzimmer geschlafen. Zu 2 wäre es mir zu eng gewesen.

すばらしいロケーションのホテルです。隣に２件のスーパーがあり、眼の前にはショッピングモール裏手にはお酒の量販があり、買い物に関しては色んな面で完璧です。反面、施設というか運用面などに関しては疑問がのこります。コップが、エコなリサイクルの紙コップだったのはサービスの面は別としても、むしろ普通のコップのほうが再利用できるのでエコな気がします。また、窓が開けられないのも減点です。個人的に特に残念だったのが冷蔵庫がなかったこと。日曜日・祝日などは近所のショッピングモール・スーパーなどは休みなのであると飲み物や水の買い置きができたと思います。レストランは近所に豊富にありますが、どちらかというと現地人が買い物ついでで食べるところが多く、現地人の普段の味を楽しむ店は意外と少ないです。旅慣れた人が準備をしっかりしてくれば便利だに感じる。そういう宿だと思います。

It was near a mall and right next door to a couple of grocery stores, one was a healthy grocery store. It was a few minutes walk from the subway station. There was a faint odour on the pillows. Not sure if this is common: The toilet and shower/sink are separated but share the same sliding door with the room. Two people can't use both in private at the same time.

Wir waren zum 3 mal in dem Hotel und sind grundsätzlich sehr zufrieden. Es ist sauber, hat eine hervorragende Bahnanbindung und sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Das einzige was zu bemängeln wäre, das Hotel wirbt mit Sky TV in ihren Zimmern, was bei uns, bei allen 3 besuchen aber nicht funktioniert hat. Trotzdem kommen wir gerne wieder.

Unterkunft an sich OK, Zimmer war bei Ankunft jedoch auf 25 Grad hochgeheizt. Im Erdgeschoss ist es sehr laut, Straßengeräusche und Lärm aus den anderen Zimmern auf der Etage und von der Etage obendrüber sind auch bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr deutlich hörbar.

Great location near a shopping mall and tons of dining and shopping options in the mall and around the entire area. Good value for money on the rooms, though they are small (which is normal for Europe in general). Walking distance to Olympiapark for concerts and events, which I was there for. Note it did take about 30-40 minutes to walk to the venues, but it was a lovely and very comfortable and easy walk through the park. I would go back. The front desk was very helpful with whatever you needed.

Note it did take about 30-40 minutes to walk to the venues, but it was a lovely and very comfortable and easy walk through the park. I would go back. Wir waren zum 3 mal in dem Hotel und sind grundsätzlich sehr zufrieden. Es ist sauber, hat eine hervorragende Bahnanbindung und sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Das einzige was zu bemängeln wäre, das Hotel wirbt mit Sky TV in ihren Zimmern, was bei uns, bei allen 3 besuchen aber nicht funktioniert hat. Trotzdem kommen wir gerne wieder.

Zu gebuchtes Frühstücksbuffet für 13,90€ pro Person war reine Abzocke. Es gab lediglich Café nach Wahl, 1 Brezel und 1Apfel. Das man vor Ort für 2,50€ bekommen konnte. Nebenan gibt es eine Bäckerei.

Grund des Aufenthalts war ein Konzert im Olympiastadion (Laufweg ca 20 min dorthin). Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel zzgl (10euro) oder Tiefgarage (preis der Tiefgarage ist mir nicht bekannt). Zimmer war ok (Doppelbett, Fernseher, Dusche, Wc, Waschbecken, Fön, saubere Handtücher). Checkaut (bis 12? Uhr)läuft automatisch. Frühstück war bei uns nicht dabei, kann man jedoch in der Bäckerei/Kaffe genau nebenan für ca 22 euro (sehr gut und reichhaltig für 2 Personen) kaufen.
