This place was absolutely great and just perfect. Outside.. it’s right exactly at SBahn and UBahn stops and is next to an amazing breakfast and pastry shop. Inside.. the lobby has internet connections, charging stations, food and drink. Oh, the daily parking garage only 5 euros! Rooms.. clean, neat, tidy with very comfy beds.. super happy with this accommodation!

The room was cozy, quiet and clean. I would also like to mention that the hotel adjusted the air conditioning, so while the control was set to the minimum, the actual temperature was much higher, as if there were no air conditioning at all. It could be just a coincidence, but the exact same thing happened at another B&B hotel in Naples a couple of weeks later.

Toilette war vollgeschissen, Bett war noch benutzt, Decke Lauf auf dem Boden, eine Chips Packung offen in der Ecke und so ein Getränk. Ich hätte gleich draußen schlafen können, statt dieses Zimmer zu nutzen. Und wehe man geht davon aus, dass ich das Zimmer so hinterlassen habe, ich habe nach 23 Uhr am Sonntag das Zimmer erst gesehen, ich hatte nicht die Zeit mich zu beschweren, weil ich am Morgen direkt wieder gehen musste. Katastrophe wirklich.

Sommer in München ist sehr warm, deshalb habe ich mich für dieses Hotel entschieden, weil es auf der Webseite stand, dass Klimaanlage im Zimmer verfügbar wäre. Leider hat sie nicht funktioniert. Obwohl uns der Mann an der Rezeption geholfen hat, ein neues Zimmer zu finden, war das neue Zimmer genauso warm wie das erste. Dieser Mann war auch sehr unfreundlich zu uns. Ich würde diesem Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen!

I selected this location because it was close to an S-Bahn that takes you to the Munich airport. The rooms that face the tracks can hear the S-Bahn run every 10-20 minutes. It was nearly impossible to get any rest before my flight the next morning. It would be good if B&B could do something to reduce the noise.

Die Übernachtung war sehr enttäuschend. Leider hat die Heizung nicht funktioniert, man hat gefroren im Dezember. Die Rezeption war nicht 24 h besetzt. Der Notdienst versuchte vergeblich ein anderes Zimmer zu organisieren. Dieses war aber leider auch nicht warm zu bekommen. Das 3te Zimmer roch zudem unangenehm. Nach einer kurzen Nacht wurde man dann um 7 Uhr früh durch Handwerker unschön geweckt, da die Fassade derzeit renoviert wird. Bei Kosten über 100 € die Nacht erwarte ich etwas mehr als einen Notdienst und dass man offen kommuniziert, dass gerade renoviert wird.

The hotel is a bit out of the centre but right next to subway so quick and easy to use. Hotel is fine but no facilities for sit down breakfast. Just a quick snack bag. Not ideal. Also advertise sky TV in room but they don't have it.!!. Staff friendly and helpful.. Rooms compact but really good shower with clean towels provided every day.

Llegué a media noche, no había ningún personal para hacer el check in y el sistema que tienen de self check in no reconoció el código de reserva que tenia de hotels. En la recepción aparecía un número de emergencias para estos casos y nadie atendió en ese número. Al final tuve que buscar a media noche con mi esposa y mis hijos otro hotel.

Das Hotel liegt am Bahnhof Moosach. Vom Flughafen wie auch von der Stadtmitte oder Hauptbahnhof ist es gut zu erreichen. Ansonsten haben die Zimmer alles was man braucht. Die Toilette ist von der Dusche getrennt, was für mich jetzt nicht ganz so toll war, man musste immer die Schiebetüre betätigen, um sich die Hände zu waschen. Die bodentiefe Dusche war angenehm. Den Teppich fand ich allerdings recht verschmutzt an den Seiten. Hier müsste m.E. Mal gründlicher gereinigt werden. Trotzdem ist das Hotel für mich eine gute Option für einen Besuch in München.

Das Hotel liegt am Bahnhof Moosach. Vom Flughafen wie auch von der Stadtmitte oder Hauptbahnhof ist es gut zu erreichen. Ansonsten haben die Zimmer alles was man braucht. The location is good since you can reach the center of Munich by the train for approximately 20 minutes and to Munich Airport directly. There is supermarket near to the hotel. (Supermarket opens early morning and close early evening. I think that it is normal in Germany)

This place was absolutely great and just perfect. Outside.. it’s right exactly at SBahn and UBahn stops and is next to an amazing breakfast and pastry shop. Inside.. the lobby has internet connections, charging stations, food and drink. Oh, the daily parking garage only 5 euros! Rooms.. clean, neat, tidy with very comfy beds.. super happy with this accommodation!

La chambre avec une seule porte coulissante de wc qui servait également pour la douche ( soit vous fermez la porte pendant la douche soit wc!) Notre serviettes etait sale, une grosse tache marron dans le wc… mais encore pire le petit déjeuner qui n’était qu’un goûter sans pain, confiture, beursac avec un croissant et un bratsel

The hotel is a bit out of the centre but right next to subway so quick and easy to use. Hotel is fine but no facilities for sit down breakfast. Just a quick snack bag. Not ideal. Room was very clean and comfortable. I only gave it 3 stars as the hotel is very close to a train line that has very loud trains at 3am and the windows don’t block the noise
