Hotel was amazing it is in a little bit of a weird location but not too bad. We did experience a rough situation with parking but they ended up accommodating us for it so it worked out we loved everything about the stay and definitely will come back and stay

I greatly appreciated the convenience of bus usage around the area. $2 fare per person one way, not bad. There were grubhub delivery options sponsored by hilton which made them more affordable as well. I loved the convenience of their market in the lobby with 24/7 hot chocolate, coffe, and apples. We enjoyed using our kitchenette and the grill by the pool. The hotel was very gracious in allowing us to use their grilling tongs. They were very attentive even with our using do not disturb. Was able to get soap when requested and the other visitors were very nice as well. Breakfast had great variety. Staff knew the area very well. I love choosing Hilton!

The property had no power when I arrived for check-in. Very unsafe. The front desk staff were operating with flashlights and one occupant was stuck in the elevator. The power was out from 8pm till the following morning. No back up generator

Away for a tournament weekend. Easy check in, easy access to pool, gym, game room. Overall great stay. Room was clean, breakfast was ehh but not horrible.

Would not recommend. Weak Water Pressure, equipment not working (bathroom vent and facility washer/dryer), and $20 a night to park your vehicle on property. We are a family of five that checked in on Sunday and we checked out on Friday , and I had to call several times to get housekeeping to grab the trash and towels. It is noted that there are several flyers throughout the hotel that states that housekeeping will service the room every other day of the guests stay. This did not happen in our case, I was even told that we should pull our own trash and place in the hallway due to housekeeping leaving for the day at the time of the call. Our room was finally serviced on Thursday after several phone calls and a staff member claiming that housekeeping reported we denied service twice. I asked for the camera footage of housekeeping coming to our room (which never happened ) but I was told that she did not have the authority to review footage. Out of order signs on washer/dryer and we were directed to a laundry facility down the street. We stayed on the 5th floor and for some reason it was extremely humid and muggy in the hallways. I called to report feedback to Home2 Suites on Monday of our stay and was advised that the hotel manager was going to reach out . I never received a call or a message from the hotel manager to discuss our feedback. In fact during our stay we witnessed several guests report their unhappiness with the hotel and their amenities.

Only one elevator was working requiring 10-15 minute wait. Electricity was shut off from 10:00pm-3:00am making it uncomfortable to sleep. We were advised that the electricity would be turned off but should only be an hour or so. Water in shower only reached warm temp. Patio furniture cushions needed cleaning. Difficult getting in and out of hotel was difficult due to traffic.

My Ropm was perfect. Nice, clean and well organized with its arrangement. The bed looked soft, but it was a weird lumpy spring effect. Didn't get much sleep to due to not getting comfortable. But i am a person who prefers firm mattress over soft. The hotel was beautiful and charming. The front desk staff was great. The continental breakfasts was ok. Basic foods and selections were present such as. Juices/ coffees. Cereal with two types of milk just missing some type of dairy free choice. Toast variety and a muffin w1s available. Some bowls of fruit were nice. And there was a yogurt machine. Which i had to skip. The waffle machine was ready to go. The kitchen staffing seemed pretty busy preparing food. No eggs, no potatoes no breaded chicken chunks. We must of arrived after a rush. The second round I did get some eggs later and a few potatoes i scraped up and the last of chicken pieces. Poor people behind me didn't get anything. The third time thru i got some potatoes and chicken for my spouse. I do say this thise small portions were very good and tasty just wish i had a proper portion. The lobby and eating area was spacious and clean. Checking out was very easy. The parking lot was decently easy to move about. Never understood the parking fees policy. Since not in an actual parking structure or valet parking being available. I am assuming its to ensure a safe spot and preventing a accident tow. This hotel is in a city atmosphere, access to stores is easy.

Enjoyed the breakfast that was included with the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Only issue we had was with not being able to find parking at night. It was limited but overall great experience.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was solid. Nice gym, felt safe in the area. Overall not bad but I would pick other hotels I’ve stayed at before.

Shower floor very dirty. Towels were not replaced after first night. No cleaning service done. Carpet in room not clean. The bathroom faucet was plugged. Water was slow to drain. Parking is too expensive. Why does hotel guest have to pay 20 dollars per night. Guests should have free parking

Excellent stay! Easy to find, ample amount of parking, clean rooms, professional staff. I liked how you needed to scan room key to enter the building being it was late at night when I checked in. 10/10 will stay again!

We never could get any toilet paper in our room , on our 8th night there someone came into our room at 4 am, I let the staff know and they were supposed to get back to me about who it was a didn’t. We used the pool a lot and they wouldn’t unlock the bathroom out there. The outside area had a lot of trash and dog poop. Most of the staff were nice.

The amenities are wonderful. The kitchenette is quite convenient. Large spacious rooms. Area is not terrible. My only complaint is the hair left in the shower. Other than thay the roomnwas clean. No smell. Nice and new with everytbing you need.

This hotel is very clean.

I had a comfortable stay but I will say that some towels are stained and there was a used utensil in the corner of the room under furniture that was there when we got there. It’s in a convenient location but it is hard to get out onto the road depending on the time (3pm-7 pm)

I see hairs at many corners and towels are dirty Hot water for shower is not hot, just warm First night with noisy dog barking Second night loud music Kids ran around at night as well as noisy upstairs No shampoo refill due to out of stock I was told room service will happen every 2 days but it is actually not until I requested on my forth Night Toaster and coffee maker were down for 2 different mornings during breakfast hour BUT you cannot beat the price of this hotel

New,clean. Nice place to stay

Our stay here was great, everything was nice and clean and parking was very easy. Only thing is you can hear everything that’s happening next door so we often heard the others guests next door every morning at 6am talking and walking around. But really, other then that we had a great experience and can’t wait to go back when we visit again.

Sound-proofing should make better

the only thing was the pressure of the water in the shower wasn't good and the sink stopper wasn't working so the water wasn't going down. Room 326

Checked in, got into the room, tv was broken. Asked for a new room but cant be switched and no way to change the room rate due to me booking through Expedia

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. Only issue in the room was the bathroom door in 320 was so heavy and difficult to slide open or closed. Grateful there was always complimentary coffee and hot water for tea selections. We asked if okay to checkout late and Derola so kindly approved a late checkout at 1:00pm.

This hotel was very new, clean, and spacious. I love having a full fridge and microwave. Just ask for a burner from the front desk. The staff was nice and friendly. I stayed here with my family including 3 boys. The breakfast was good, hot quick jimmy dean meals, and make your own waffles. The 24 hour coffee and tea in the lobby is a nice touch. My only gripe was that the shower water pressure was not great, and it didn’t get hot enough.

No wifi in 5th floor. TV is not working (no signal and no channel). Heater/AC is too noisy when it running at night. I requested room service at 11 AM when I going out but nothing was done. Front desk said they switched us to a better room on the system but forgot to let us know to get the new key to switch to the better room. Hence, we have to continue staying the room until we check out.

It wasn't bad at all, until the staff at breakfast let me know i was bothering him. Then checking i had mu dog was told nothing about a charge. It would of been ok,but the girl that checked my out said i didnt need a reciept because its would be emailed. Still havent received it. Then i called about a 75.00 charge (unexpected) she said the eas for my dog, i said why didnt you tell me ? She basicly said if i didnt like it i can make a complaint about it. And hung up.

Staff were very rude not informative very upset about this stay

This is my second time staying at this hotel and both times it has been a pleasant experience since I frequent Orange County several times a year. On this trip, Johnny who was at the front counter provided excellent customer service to me during my stay!!! I will definitely stay here again the next time I come to Orange County.

This was probably the worst experience we have had at a hotel. The staff was giving unnecessary attitude and was unhelpful throughout our 10 day stay. Even though our room was meant to be serviced every 3 days, they never did. After requesting multiple times, we received subpar servicing. Out of the 2 beds, only one was serviced, the dirty towls on the floor were not taken, and the room was barely even cleaned. The breakfast was okay besides the fact that they ran out of milk as soon as breakfast started. When we went to the front desk again, we were told to find something else to eat.

Hotel rooms were very clean and spacious. My room was changed two times with just one call from staff letting me they over booked and promised me 2 rooms. When I checked in I was told they called me multiple times (which they didn’t) to let me know they only had 1 of the rooms they promised me and I either had to wait till 2 am or find another hotel. Luckily some nice man gave up his room for me. I was told they would comp me a room for my troubles and once I checked out they confirmed but find out when I asked for my new receipt, they couldn’t because “I booked thru a third party”. I was also promised a call from the manager which never came. So BEWARE if you book from a third party, they will provide no help and you will be on your own.

John Olivera was amazing! Multiple times, I witnessed customers issues solved in a timely manner and executed professionally. Great attitude and super helpful.

The property looks new and in great condition. Excellent parking. Useful kitchenette. Good lighting in bathroom. The bed was comfortable but the sheets were very thin. No separate blanket, just the bed cover on top (that I like to remove). The neighborhood looks a bit rough. Location is convenient to highway.

This qas a great place to stay. A little bit away from the main hotel areas near DLR and the convention center but still a good choice. Really clean, staff was great, room was spacious, parking rate was reasonable. Will be staying here again.

Upon arriving the person at the front desk (honestly forgot her name) was really nice and helpful. The place was nice and clean. I did like that the room had a mini kitchen. The thing I didn't like was the traffic and how hard it was to go to the store (can't help it though, especially near the freeway).

We love this property! It's clean with a kitchen area, free breakfast and coffee! The location is convenient and close to the Highway. The only take away was on our first night there was no parking at all and we had to park literally by the front door to not risk parking somewhere else and getting towed. The staff was very accommodating and handled the situation well. Everyone is friendly and we would definitely stay again!

Hard to enter property from southbound Harbor Blvd, and heavy traffic makes it hard to exit. Front desk lady on Thanksgiving Day couldn’t be bothered to look up from her phone to greet customers, unprofessional. Otherwise, very good value and comfortable stay.

Clean and convenient room with plenty of amenities! The kitchenette is stocked with utensils, plates, cups, a fridge and even a dishwasher. Great breakfast spread that is definitely worth making it to in the mornings! Great snack bar options as well. Overall a great stay and great hotel.

I would have given this property five stars because the staff is super nice, the rooms are clean and the right amenities for the price. But the breakfast is terrible. Unique idea to make sandwiches but the eggs looke they’re from a future where everything is freeze dried, they only have fried chicke (which is ok by me, and to get to the food seems like you’re going to get hurt. Pulling drawers out. Using tongs and trying. It to get burned seems high risk. Change the breakfast and you’ll have a solid entrant in this price range.

The breakfast food selection is not tasty or enticing, same boring, tasteless stuff. Timing of elevator repair was not well planned nor were we informed ahead of time. Paying for parking seems a little unreasonable

Room was cleaned and the staffs were wonderful. Wished breakfast was just as great. There was breakfast sandwiches that were microwave and served in food warmers. Who knows how long it's been sitting there?? Mine was cold once open and hard. It could have been better for the money paid!
