Easy parking

Not i free machine and not staff on night or early morning

No ice, front desk not good, deposit money but you can check out early before 8:00am, if you check out early your money is gone if you're stay far from hotel

Hotel was clean but it stunk really bad we didn’t have air freshener so I told my son to spray cologne all over the place and it still stunk! the AC did not work. One of the beds was so sunked in the middle and it’s squeaked like on the verge of collapsing. Boogers on the bathroom door. Smh. I have to really not like a hotel to complain, but this one was pretty bad. i’m all about reviews. That’s how I decide on my hotels and food. Good thing was… parking is free and service is amazing. Good job to staff!

You get what you pay for. So inwas not expecting much. Room was big amd clean. Outdated, but i inky need a place to sleep for a few hours and shower. Free parking was nice.

Arrived early from airport. No lobby no where to sit. Pool closed. Finally got housekeeper to get an old crate so my husband could sit. I sat on stairs for 2 hours

We didnt have our kids with us so we booked with Tropic lodge. Clean, friendly and non smoking rooms. Alot of dining places in walking distance. Free parking. We enjoyed our stay.

Ok stay for an inexpensive overnight. Room was clean but older fixtures and bathrooms had cracks in tile and worn grout. No ice machine on property. Refrigerator in barely got cold.

Pillows had yellow stains, smell of sewer in the room, no wifi available in my room. The leather- like covering chairs is completely peeled off, the table had broken legs

The room had mold, smelled terrible, roaches, dirty walls, paint chips everywhere, holes in wall

Very good price and worked well for our Disneyland trip as everything else was booked. I was pleasantly surprised at how well this hotel was for the price. I’d like to give a special shoutout to housekeeping for working hard to make sure our room was clean and tidy each day. Quiet neighborhood as well with lots of Uber options.

In the bathroom, you could see the mold and mildew they tried to hide with paint on all of the walls, on the floor, and ceiling. Taking a shower with the fan on and the bathroom door open left the mirror and room windows fogged up. This says the ventilation isn't working properly. We checked out early because we felt we were breathing in mold filled air.

Great proximity to Disneyland and other local theme parks. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Room was clean and very spacious with a microwave and refrigerator. Great value for the price!

It’s a great place to stay for a night. It seems clean. I was surprisingly impressed by how clean even the windows are

The place was not as pictured on the internet. There were holes in the wall, bathroom fixture falling apart. There is a smell from the water. And yes there were cockroaches! Unbelievable !!!!

Very clean. Some traffic noise but not much (esp. if you are on the first floor). Will come back.

Confirmed room was not available,they gave me a lesser quality room blaming Expedia for confirming it without hotel confirming. WiFi was promised and didn’t work.

Check in went smoothly. Once entering the room I was a little surprised to see peeling wallpaper and patch jobs. It was a budget hotel so I accepted it would be a little run down. The first night people above us were stomping around, slamming doors and running around. We went to the front and asked for them to see about getting the above rooms to be a bit quieter. By the time security went by they had settled down. Thin ceilings and walls. You hear everything! 2am, the light in the room popped on. I went to it and realized the switch had been taped down and the tape had worked its way up. I stuck the tape back on and went to sleep. 4am The tape popped off again and woke me up. This was very frustrating and I went to the front desk in the morning and mentioned it. They said they’d have maintenance come by and take a look. This never happened. I had to get creative and balance a water jug that was full of water to hold the switch down the following night so I could sleep through the night. The staff at the front desk was polite and friendly however, the responsiveness to our concerns were lacking. The area is pretty sketchy and dingy, I do not believe the rate justified the room or the area.

Check in was through bullet proof window. Did not provide confidence on safety. Check out at 8:30 the front desk did not respond to multiple rings. Housekeeper told me to leave key card in office. Bed was great. Bathroom was tiny and oddly shaped.

The hotel was OK, but the Wi-Fi did not work. I needed to do work online and had to check out a day early, because the Wi-Fi didn’t work. They did not refund my second night stay. Won’t return.

Staff was super friendly but the room was in need of renovations. The bathroom door could not close because it kept hitting the toilet bowl. The wallpaper was peeling off and behind it was mold. The laminate flooring was dirty. The overall condition of the room was just old.

it was terrible, after a long hot day, and got into the hotel and found out the AC was not cold at all, I waited in the room for an hour to give the AC sometimes to cool off the room, but it just did not work, it's more cooler outside than the room. The room is also not clean and old, I understand it's not like a high-end hotel, but basic cleaning is important. After talking to the front desk about it, he agreed to switch the room for me, I headed to the room, but again the AC wasn't working well, I also found there was some blood stain on the window side. I requested to cancel the booking and refund, but the front desk made me check their third and fourth room. And again it's not clean, hairs on the pillows and bed, there is a stain on chair. I ended up having to contact Expedia to help me cancel it. Took me almost 2 hours to finally get canceled and rebook the hotel elsewhere.

I DIDNT EVENT CHECK IN YET. i came 12.04, and they already closed, and didnt even text me about exact time when they’re closed.

The guy at the reception was very rude, no respect for customers at all.

Frustrated. Didn't reverse deposit charge back asap. Waited more than 10days still. Didn't response back. Was very hard to reach them. Have to contact my Credit Card So if they wanna u to make a deposit, don't give them cash, ccard only. Get ur deposit back immediately after checkout. Stay is mediocre for the price though.

There is absolutely nothing about this property that is not satisfactory. This property has been our lodging preference for this area for several years. Staff is always accommodating and makes every effort to ensure your stay is pleasant. Top-notch check-in personnel. THANKS for providing a relaxing night after extremely busy business days.

It took 30 days just to get my deposit back absolutely unacceptable. Staff want helpful they have different answers to when I'll get my deposit back. It doesn't take 30 days to see if anything been damaged. We were suppose to get a extra large room with two king beds instead got a lumpy full size bed in a small room. Manager claimed website was incorrect

The stay was nice but I never received my deposit back to my account. The office was closed when I checked out so I give my key to the cleaning person like everyone else and I was told it would the deposit would be returned to my card and it never was and been over 4.5 hours ago

The area is pretty decent you have places nearby to go.

The place itself is mid and I don’t really feel safe there. Not their fault, it’s the location.

This is a budget friendly hotel. This is my second stay here and I am very happy. Staff is friendly and present. The location is close to many restaurants, markets, and shops. The rooms are basic, with no carpeting, microwave, and mini-fridge. AC works and showers are hot and no drain problems. Rented 3 rooms and they placed us next to each other. About a 10 minute drive to Disneyland.

It is old but very clean, close to everything, suppermarket, good restaurant, laundry...

I like staff there and convenient to anywhere i go. Well recommended this place to anyone since it's safe and a great place to stay in budget.

Very friendly staff and really safe area with very convenient dining and food shopping/grocery store options right nearby and perfectly safe to walk to even late at night.

Room was clean and area was quiet. Definitely would come back.
