Great ambiance, not your usual box hotel. Staff was very helpful with our late departure. One disappointment was the operator (an older woman) was berating a staff member. She didn't know I was aware of what was happening.

Please keep the rooms warm during winter season. Keeping one heater didn't help at all. Sorry. I don't think we will visit this place again.

This was a lovely boutique heritage renovated hotel, with a lot of charm and character. The staff were so friendly, approachable , accommodating and professional. The breakfast and dinner menus change every day; delicious traditional Punjabi food, that is home cooked with an artisan flare. Along with continental breakfast with fresh; fruit, fruit juices, eggs cooked to order. The dinners were excellent with fresh seasonal punjabi produce and hearty, wholesome punjabi cooking. Amritsar is a busy, bustling city full of energy and vibrancy and this hotel was a lovely escape into a elegant, quieter slower paced time away to rewind, energise and enjoy the lovely landscaped garden and retreat into the spa. Food for the soul, body and mind.
