House Cleaning will start at 10 am sharp. I’ll charge you 1,000 yen per additional hour after 10 AM. ★Take off your shoes before enter the room. ★Most of my apartment buildings and houses are for residential. Even if they’re not, please refrain from making big noise, running or jumping in the room as it disturbs neighbors or lower floor. RESPECTING NEIGHBORS AND OTHERS IN JAPAN IS VERY IMPORTANT! ★Strictly NO smoking in the room or anywhere in the entire building or on the grounds of the property. Smoking related damage [including smell from tobacco smoke] will require cleaning and repair, with relevant fees assessed. ★Strictly NO pets. ★Strictly NO parties. Please keep your voice down especially after 9 PM. ★Strictly NO additional people in the apartment without permission. ★Strictly NO eating or drinking on the bed. ★Strictly NO using stuff like stains. ★When you spill something, be sure to wipe it and don’t leave traces. ★Refer to the guidebook in the apartment for how to separate garbage. The garbage collecting point is for residential use only! When the rubbish bin is full, take the plastic bag out from the rubbish bin, tie it tightly and place it in the corner of the room. My cleaning staff will take care of it after you check out. So please do not take garbage outside the room to the hallway, lobby or the collecting point. Japanese rules related to garbage separation are very strict. When you don't follow those rules, I will get penalties and have to close this apartment. Please leave garbage inside the room. ★If any, and you need free parking, please inform me in advance. 1 car for each group and some of my apartment have “First come, First served” system. However, if you park your car at the wrong spot, your car will be towed at your own expense. So, please pay attention. You are allowed to use parking space until 10 am on your check-out date. ★If any, please return the parking pass when you check out. You’ll be charged 10,000 JPY for damage or loss. ★Use the exhaust fan when cooking. ★Wash tableware and kitchenware you have used. ★Flush toilet paper only. No napkins and diapers. But do not use too much paper or it causes the toilet flood. ★Do not rearrange the furniture/appliances and please keep the property clean. ★Always close the windows and lock the door when you leave the apartment. I will not be liable for any loss or damage to your personal properties. ★I provide either Home Wi-Fi or pocket Wi-Fi in the room. The data of pocket Wi-Fi is limited. If guests who stayed before you used up all data, it would be really slow. ★Always close the windows and check if the door is locked when you leave the apartment. I will not be liable for any loss or damage to your personal properties. ★Turn off all the light when you leave the house or you don’t use. ★Do not take anything home with you. ★A penalty of ¥10,000 and actual expense shall be imposed for the following violation of house rules. 1. If there is any indication that you smoked within the property. 2. If there is any complaint from neighbors, concerned citizens, or even the police about any kind of noise and disturbance. 3. If you go into the different or wrong building, house, apartment or room by not reading my instructions and bother neighbors or others. 4. If you throw away large items such as old suitcases without telling me anything. 5. If I find any irremovable stains after you check out. 6. If I find anything broken, burnt, damaged or missing after you check out. 7. If I find parking violation. ※In some of my apartment, there are Japanese traditional sliding doors called Shoji (障子) or Fusuma (襖) with Japanese traditional paper (和紙) in the house. That paper is very delicate and very easy to be broken, special and costly, so be careful not to damage the Shoji / Fusuma paper. My cleaning staff always checks the whole apartment or house including the Shoji / Fusuma paper to make sure there's no malfunction, damage or loss before you check in. So when I found anything damaged after you check out, you need to compensate for it. ※ ※Unless you report anything wrong when you check in, everything happens during your stay will be your responsibility.※ Kindly treat my property as if it is your own.
