從我駕車入來，接待我們一家的酒店門口職員開始，包括初期接待我們的外籍男職員及一位女職員，及至接待處的一位華裔職員，他們都十分殷勤、有禮貌、細心及熱情！絕對感受到這酒店的管理文化是特級水平，像六星級的酒店水準！我們有五大件行李在車上，兩位職員已第一時間幫忙處理，安排上房！之後外籍職員帶領我們到十四樓接待處，期間順道介紹酒店設施及其位置！之後再由接待處職員接待我們，她是一位能說普通話的華裔職員，她取了我們的護照文件後，先安排我們坐在大堂的梳化等待安排手續，全程都不用我們企著等候，十分細心！到她辦好手續便過來十分詳細地解釋酒店的各項服務及設施等等！再親身帶我們到酒店房間，靜待我們看看有無問題才離開。日本文化已公認是最殷勤、最有禮貌的民族，但此酒店的管理水平，是更上一層樓的！至於酒店設施亦十分高級，高貴而新派！唯一感覺SPA場及健身室比較細，但亦是高級數的！房間的護理用品極多，超出想像！總體來說，酒店管理水平及設施，超六星級數！下次必定再來！

隠れ家的な入り口で最上階に受付がありますお部屋は普通でしたが浴槽とシャワーブースが使いやすくバスアメニティーもよかったです。化粧水、乳液は付いていなかったのはちょっと残念　朝食は部屋でパンケーキが食べれて満足でした。金、土、日はアロハウエアーで接してくれるようですが毎日でもそうだと気分が盛り上がったかな　スタッフの皆さんも明るく気遣いもあり気持ちがよかったです

Wonderful hotel, but as other reviewers said made to feel like a criminal for having a small tattoo at the spa. The irony is that my tattoo is Hawaiian and this is supposed to be a resort honoring Hawaiian culture. I followed instructions and covered it up, but I was only allowed to use the onsen at night (exceptionally) when all guests had left - I wasn’t allowed to use it the day after despite having paid full price for spa use.

We have stayed at many luxury properties, and this is easily one of the best. They have literally thought of everything, it’s hard to describe. As a tiny example, the amenities for taking a bath are two types of bath oils and bubble bath. I know someone would prepare it for you, if you asked. Nothing has been overlooked. The rooms are extremely large and well-designed. We had a beautiful view overlooking the bay and Ferris wheel. The only downside is that it’s a bit of a walk to the train and to the multiple restaurants and shopping malls in Yokohama. But that short walk is definitely worth the trip to this wonderful hotel.

お盆時期という事もあり15:00過ぎに着いたら、チェックインに40分待ちました。これは何とか改善できないでしょうか？朝食のクオリティは高く満足しました。部屋のお風呂が大変広くアメニティーグッズが充実していました。ただお部屋のカーテンに汚れがあって気になりました。

Ultra luxurious. Breakfast at the italian restaurant was the most elegant I've ever had in a hotel. Room is very large by Japanese standards - even by western standards it is a good size. Huge walk in closet and ultra modern bathroom. Wow.

4階に宿泊しました。少しでも高層階にアップグレードしてもらえたらよかったかなぁ、と思いましたがお部屋に入ってみるとホテルを囲むようにある池のようなものが近く窓から目に入るのが癒されて逆にとてもよかったです。またベッド、ベットカバーの生地がとても気持ちよくて熟睡しました。

I have no claims during my stay but the only one thing that I may be able to say is that the remote control system of TV did not work as usual, which means too slow when transferring an order such as an alphabet for searching the title on Youtube, changing from TV to others on home menu. Excellent service from start to end. Yuischi concierge and his team went above and beyond to help me when I lost my passport including calling Ubers, train stations, printing maps with translations and checking in until it was found. I cannot recommend this hotel and service enough. Thank you! Give them all raises!

For those regular travellers to Japan. This is another 5-stars hotel for the locals! The hotel facilities are 5-stars. Bellboys and housekeeping are exceptional but the checkin and checkout processes felt robotics, unwelcome, fake. The fact that both ladies at checkin and checkout satdown behind the table at all times and did not get up said so much about the whole experience. Aloha!

The Kahala in Yokohama was absolutely outstanding in every way! WOW, WOW, WOW. Rooms were immaculate. Restaurants were 5 Star. The hotel personnel could not have been more friendly and accommodating—truly amazing experience. The staff arranged all our travel from the hotel whether it was a ten minute quick trip or a ninety trip to the Narita Airport. We picked this hotel originally because of its convenient proximity to our Celebrity cruise port. If you are cruising with Celebrity out of Yokohama, you don’t even want to consider any other resort/hotel. The value for the price is unmatched. My wife and I have traveled all over the world and the Kahala has risen to the top of the list. This may sound like a fake review, but it is definitely not. Our stay was that good.

Hotel is very elegant and friendly both breakfast options buffet and room service was amazing. Beds and rooms are so comfortable. Staff is very friendly and polite. Enjoyed hearing Hawaiian words from staff and staff was able to speak English as well.
