Alles war wunderbar. Wir hatten dann sogar ein Upgrade, ohne Aufpreis. 24/7 gab es einen Ansprechpartner. Man sollte vorher aber wissen, dass es beim Pool keine Liegen gibt.

Very nice serviced apartment that is complete with a kitchen, washing machine, and basic gym facilities. It is quite close to the central train station and a shopping centre with an ALDI. Parking is a bit expensive however.

Dejligt hotel med en fantastisk beliggenhed lige ved siden af et shopping center med supermarked. Et stop med u-bahn fra hovedbanegården. Vi ankom ved midnatstid og blev lukket ind med et tryk på dørtelefonen. Venligt og serviceminded personale. Fitness og pool ligger i kælderen og fitness rummet er meget mørkt og lukket men fint med nyt udstyr. Alt er rent og pænt. Der ligger caféer og restauranter i området. Gågaden ligger et stop med u-bahn og busser lige udenfor døren. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen.

Ich war mit Freunden während dem Wasen in diesem Apartment Hotel und wir waren begeistert. Die Küche und Waschmaschinen haben wir nicht genutzt, aber es schein eine sehr gut ausgestattet zu sein. Das Frühstück ist sehr schön angerichtet und wir haben nichts vermisst. Schade, dass der Spa-Bereich gerade zu hatte aufgrund von Wartungsarbeiten. Auch um das Gebäude sind gerade viele Bauarbeiten im Gange, nebst Stuttgart 21. Startschwierigkeiten bei einer Neueröffnung sind jetzt keine Seltenheit, daher gibts von mir auch keinen Punktabzug.

Très bel hôtel, propre et moderne. Chambre avec espace cuisinette bien équipée pour 2-3 personnes. La piscine de l’hôtel est parfaite! Le sauna est un plus aussi. Bon moment de détente après une journée de visite. Il y a un centre commercial à deux pas de l’hôtel, ce qui est très pratique. Nous avons bcp aimé notre séjour.

The Adina Apartment Hotel is smack dab in the middle of down town Stuttgart. The hotel is right next to the Milano Mall which has two grocery stores. Theres underground parking thats available, plenty of restaurants, and a nice park close by. They have a nice gym, pool and suana. The staff is super friendly and the roof top bar/restaruant is great.

Excellent location in Stuttgart. Connected to a nice mall with several retail stores, 2 grocery stores, and a large food court with a variety of food choices. The hotel has a dedicated area in the Milaneo parking garage, too. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious too.

Alt var godt. Rigtig go service, fantastisk lejlighed, meget meget rent. Vi nåede desværre ikke at benytte motionsrummet eller bade, men vi var nede og se det og det så meget lækkert og godt ud.

Ich war zu früh da - und habe mich ins Restaurant gesetzt - keiner fragte mich nach Kaffee oder Tee, den ich gerne bezahlt hätte, weil ich ja warten sollte. Ruhiges Zimmer gewünscht, dann Zimmer bekommen, bis 17:30 Handwerker dadrüber am Hämmern und am Bohren, am Fenster ein Außenaufzug für die Bauarbeiter, aktiv und laut, Bettwäsche mit leichten Schmutzflecken, aber ok, keine Bademäntel, trotzdem in die Sauna - keine Badetücher dort, auch keine Bademäntel, wie an der Rezeption versprochen. Nochmals zur Rezeption, Badelatschen wenigstens bekommen und Handtücher, immer noch keine Bademäntel. Dann nach Sauna auf allen Telefonnummern angerufen - niemand geht dran - dann ab ins Rastaurant - Montags geschlossen! Draussen regent es in Strömen - keine Regenschirme da - früher hätte der Mitarbeiter seinen Regenschirm ausgeliehen, aber heutzutage geht so etwas natürlich nicht. Dann herumgelaufen, Essen gefunden. Morgens um 7:00 sanft durch Bohrer geweckt - danke sehr für dieses ruhige Zimmer.

Very modern room but very small. Much smaller than expected. Sauna and pool were very nice but one night they ran out of towels. Had to go back to my room and take one from there. The biggest disappointment: they never vacuumed under the bed :(((

Die Apartments sind sehr klein, mit einem Mini-Schlafzimmer und nur einem schmalen Doppelbett. Leider waren bei Anreise keine Bademäntel mehr verfügbar und somit konnten wir den Spa nicht nutzen.

We booked two connecting rooms at this hotel for five nights, and would definitely stay here again if we return. The rooms were spacious, the kitchens were small but nice for simple breakfasts or dinners, the washer/dryer was perfect for being able to pack lighter as this was part of an 18 day trip. There is shopping (to include two grocery stores) and dining within a five minute walk. The staff was also very friendly.

Personnel dont know any words in english at all, they were for the most part not friendy at all. They just seemes mad to have visitors. Cleaning was done just when they felt like it. I have lived here for a little bit more than 2 months total..

We had to evacuate the building in the middle of the cold night due to malfunctioning fire alarm. Hotel never explained about the incident and did not offer to apologize about the inconvenience.

From the moment we came to “Check In” a rude dark hair receptionist staff didn’t welcome me well. When asked for directions and where to go places never showed any interest of helping. Bad attitude. Even front of my child you spoke rudely never helped. The rest of staff and the cleaning ladies were amazing and brilliant. Communication with Reception can be difficult as they don’t understand English. Room was good. Good location. Good view and close to shops and stations. My room had No AC and Window Doors don’t shut I asked for help many times but nobody has helped me. Night the room was getting cold. At night with heavy winds the window door keeps banging loudly. Cleaning and over filled bins is not pleasant. But House cleaner is very nice and helpful. Sirens going on every day even middle of nights is awful and my poor child cannot sleep with this much noise. I never got breakfast. Made food from scratch. No microwave to warm food. Me and My daughter had insect bites because poor weather and doors been opened. Overall the Hotel apartment, room and location was amazing, but communication was poor.

El trato por parte de las recepcionistas (2 mujeres) deja bastante que desear, bordes y poco comunicativas. El parking es difícil de encontrar puesto que la entrada no está señalizada al inicio. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut. Einen Stern abgezogen, da die Ankunft leider nicht gut war. Das Zimmer sollte 15.00 bezogen werden. Leider war es nach 2 Stunden immer noch nicht fertig.

Hotel is very clean and great amenities. A bit of a walk to get to some of the local sites, but not terrible. There is lots of construction going on around the hotel, so it was a bit tricky to navigate getting in and out at times.

It’s our second stay here. Super convenient location, right next to the Staatsbibliothek U-bahn station which has a direct line to the airport taking about 45 mins. It’s also right next to a large shopping mall. Walking distance to centre of Stuttgart also. Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are really modern, clean and comfy, great to have a kitchenette and washer-dryer esp since we’re staying for a week.

Dejligt hotel med en fantastisk beliggenhed lige ved siden af et shopping center med supermarked. Et stop med u-bahn fra hovedbanegården. Vi ankom ved midnatstid og blev lukket ind med et tryk på dørtelefonen. Venligt og serviceminded personale. Fitness og pool ligger i kælderen og fitness rummet er meget mørkt og lukket men fint med nyt udstyr. Alt er rent og pænt. Der ligger caféer og restauranter i området. Gågaden ligger et stop med u-bahn og busser lige udenfor døren. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen.

The Adina Apartment Hotel is smack dab in the middle of down town Stuttgart. The hotel is right next to the Milano Mall which has two grocery stores. Theres underground parking thats available, plenty of restaurants, and a nice park close by. They have a nice gym, pool and suana. The staff is super friendly and the roof top bar/restaruant is great.

Excellent location in Stuttgart. Connected to a nice mall with several retail stores, 2 grocery stores, and a large food court with a variety of food choices. The hotel has a dedicated area in the Milaneo parking garage, too. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious too.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and we even used the washing/drying machine in the room which worked great. We also had a lovely breakfast downstairs and the young man that waited on us was extremely nice.

Clean and modern. Comfortable room with kitchenette and great bathroom with powerful shower. Wonderful spa with Sauna, Gym, and pool. Nice bar/restaurant. Right by a U-bahn station two stops from the City Centre. A short walk from Stuttgart Hbf. Really excellent place. I'll be back!

Ich war zu früh da - und habe mich ins Restaurant gesetzt - keiner fragte mich nach Kaffee oder Tee, den ich gerne bezahlt hätte, weil ich ja warten sollte. Ruhiges Zimmer gewünscht, dann Zimmer bekommen, bis 17:30 Handwerker dadrüber am Hämmern und am Bohren, am Fenster ein Außenaufzug für die Bauarbeiter, aktiv und laut, Bettwäsche mit leichten Schmutzflecken, aber ok, keine Bademäntel, trotzdem in die Sauna - keine Badetücher dort, auch keine Bademäntel, wie an der Rezeption versprochen. Nochmals zur Rezeption, Badelatschen wenigstens bekommen und Handtücher, immer noch keine Bademäntel. Dann nach Sauna auf allen Telefonnummern angerufen - niemand geht dran - dann ab ins Rastaurant - Montags geschlossen! Draussen regent es in Strömen - keine Regenschirme da - früher hätte der Mitarbeiter seinen Regenschirm ausgeliehen, aber heutzutage geht so etwas natürlich nicht. Dann herumgelaufen, Essen gefunden. Morgens um 7:00 sanft durch Bohrer geweckt - danke sehr für dieses ruhige Zimmer.

Amazing room. I love the kitchenette, washer/dryer, microwave, fridge. All cutlery and pots and pans are available. Clean, and adequately spacious! Also you can cast videos from your phone to the TV screen without having to log in with your streaming account.
