We enjoyed this hotel and its location. We were a bit disappointed with the pool and how cold it was despite the warm weather. The Koz restaurant was great, we had fantastic service and a delicious meal. Overall the staff was very nice and friendly except for one lady who was so cold and really did not seem to want to help or answer any clients and she was unfortunately at front desk. We found out on the last day that we could’ve enjoyed their hotel hotel amenities but we were never told.

Very conveniently located hotel that is a few minutes walk from the "downtown" part of Magog. Clean hotel with spacious rooms. We had a view of the lake which makes it a great place to stay. There is a path on the lakeshore which is 20 seconds walk from the hotel. Parking is not plentiful but there is enough if you park at the hotel restaurant's parking lot. We didn't eat at the restaurant but it looked like a very nice place. Overall I would recommend this hotel especially if you want to explore the town by foot.

Nous ne sommes resté qu’une nuit mais tout était parfait, hôtel tranquille, propre et personnel très aimable. La piscine est moins bien placée, il faut traverser le stationnement. Le restaurant en vaut la peine, c’était pour le souper et c’était délicieux, nourriture incroyable aux saveurs uniques, belle vue et personnel sympathique.

Overall it was a good experience and stay, however the parking was an issue because of the Bistro in the hotel so when we arrived around 7pm there was no parking spots, so end up parking on the grass and at 11pm went back to move to a proper after the Bistro was closed. Another issue, for a boutique hotel and at this price point the mattress was very basic.

À notre arrivée l’accueil a été excellent mais lors de mon départ on m’a totalement ignoré. L’éclairage est insuffisant dans cette chambre. Il y a beaucoup de fil d’araignée tout autour des portes patios de la terrasse ainsi qu’autour des luminaires extérieurs. Je l’avais déjà mentionné l’année dernière et rien n’a été fait. La chambre était très propre et très confortable. La vue sur le lac est magnifique. L’hôtel est très bien situé.

Our day was wonderful. There was only one thing that bothered us when we got into the room is that there was a great amount of dust on the television and the big bureau where the television sits on. Clearly a lack of responsibility. That should not have been there. But the rest of the room was impeccable. The breakfast was delicious and the stock was super courteous in the front reception.

Location and views of the lake are excellent. Excellent restaurant on site with great breakfast (paid) and food. Plenty of dining within walking Rooms are all well done and well equipped. Staff is gracious and helpful. Makes for a wonderful stay. Only minor inconvenience is that bathroom while beautiful does not have any space to keep toiletries.

I have a lake shore room and can walk to the lake from my room. It's pretty nice. The light in the room is a bit dark. Except that, everything is great. It's not far to walk to the downtown. I stayed one night. Pretty good place to stay in the road trip.

4 * is the final rating cause the room wasn't ready at 16:00. The bed wasn't comfortable (both of us who were staying, bad night sleep). D'ont know if all the room have those bed that goes up in the wall, but we didn't like it. All the rest was great, location, food, staff.

This hotel was nearly perfect, the location is perfect, The 2 things we didn’t like is that in Magog there is a train that passes in the middle of the city around 3h00 -3h30 am each night And wakes you up you can hear it nearly at all hotels And the second thing is the lighting in the room not enough

Je devais obligatoirement travailler durant mon séjour mais l'accès internet médiocre je n'ai pas pu me connecter au wifi il se déconnectait toujours. Hotel très bien on voit qu'il a été rénover mais malheureusement aucune insonorisation on s'est fait marcher sur la tête les 2 jours que nous avons séjourné a partir de 7 heures le matin :( .... Avoir sû nous aurions dû demander être a l'étage.

The hotel staff were amazing. We have been to may hotels but I do not think I have seen people going out of their way to help you. We had a problem with our car and needed to check out late and then later and they were very accommodating The walk on the lake seemed super nice (granted we were there in the winter) It is a rather small town but with may restaurants and things to do. Coming from US we were very pleasantly surprised how nice everyone was

Bel hôtel avec très belle vue et confortable, bien situé. Par contre, on nous demande à l'arrivée si on pense avoir besoin d'un "ménage" (notre séjour est de deux nuitées). Nous répondons non, car on nous laisse entendre que ce sera plus cher, mais surtout, nous ne souhaitons pas faire changer les draps, nettoyer le mobilier, douche ou lavabo, ni n'avons besoin de faire passer l'aspirateur. Le lendemain, nous apprenons par hasard que personne ne viendra fournir le café pour le 2e matin, ni remplacer nos coupes de vin et tasses à café sales. Il manque aussi un bac pour la glace, j'en demande un, on me donne un sac de poubelle. Je demande qu'on nous donne du café pour le 2e matin et qu'on remplace nos coupes et nos tasses. Ce qui sera fait, mais personne ne fait le lit mais on remplace nos serviettes (ce que nous n"avons pas demandé, ayant laissé les serviettes accrochées à leur crochet. Avant de quitter, nous informons la réception que tout cela est très bizarre. On ns informe que nous aurions dû "demander un ménage". Étrange que "ménage" suppose renouveler le café et remplacer les tasses sales. Il semble que "sans ménage" veut dire que nous aurions dû faire la vaisselle. Mais avec quoi? Ce n'est pas un condo. Il n'y a pas de chiffon, ni de liquide à vaisselle. La réceptionniste est restée très laconique. De plus, un groupe de fêtard (un jeudi soir), clients de l'hôtel, nous a tenus réveillés entre 2hr du matin et 4hrs. Ils ont festoyé bruyamment sur leur patio. Dommage.

Nice location, beautiful parks nearby, great ice cream shop. Room was modern, nicely decorated, bed was okay for comfort. No tea in the room or available from the front desk. Coffee machine was Nespresso which did not impress. The top room category is very far from the lobby. Sad to say staff was curt and unhelpful. We felt we were an inconvenience any time we approached them. The exception was the pool and bike storage attendant, he was very nice. The restaurant on site has good food but lacks any customer service also. Go uptown to eat, they are far more service oriented and friendly.
