Un lugar super cómodo y bonito, excelente ubicación. Solo en ciertas habitaciones se escucha mucho el ruido de la calle pero ai logras descansar muy bien. La comida esta excelente. En el bar buen servicio y buenas bebidas.

The property is beautiful and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the offer of tequila upon check-in. The only downside at check-in was that our room was on the fourth floor with no elevator, and lugging our luggage up the stairs after a long day of travel was not fun. The woman who showed us to our room offered to help, but I wasn't going to ask HER to lug my luggage... We also wished we could have had a place to enjoy a drink while we awaited our car service, but we were told the restaurant was undergoing a shift change (at 1:00 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon, right during the lunch hour...) and that would be impossible. Otherwise we recommend this hotel!

Una opción realmente comoda, con excelente ubicación en el centro de guanajuato a espaldas del teatro juarez. Hermosa decoración, excelente limpieza y servicio. Nos ayudaron en todo momento a conseguir taxi y opciones de spa. Su restaurante tambien muy rico, prueben su panaderia. Regresariamos!

El ruido llega directo a las habitaciones. Imposible dormir o descansar. Después del cierre del bar los empleados recogen todo oyendo música fuerte sin consideración para los huéspedes Pasamos toda la noche haciendo corajes y quejándonos al igual que otros huéspedes. El Hotel podría ser excelente pero no sabe cuál es su vocación: Es un Hotel boutique de lujo o un antro ruidoso ? Tendría que definirse

The staff were good, efficient and friendly, with one major exception - when we expressed concerns about noise in our room, we were switched to a room they said would be quieter. In reality, that room was 10 times louder, so they agreed to move us back to the original room. The location is very central and close to everything, which made it easy to explore the area without hassle.

Es un hotel hermoso, con gran sevicio. Nos hicieron un up grade a una habitación increible con balcón a la calle. Solo hay un poco de ruido en la noche porque Guanajuato es un lugar con mucha fiesta pero el hotel se encarga de atudarte a descansar con tapones para los oídos. Todo maravilloso.

Es un hotel hermoso, con gran sevicio. Nos hicieron un up grade a una habitación increible con balcón a la calle. Solo hay un poco de ruido en la noche porque Guanajuato es un lugar con mucha fiesta pero el hotel se encarga de atudarte a descansar con tapones para los oídos. Todo maravilloso.

Perfect location in city center. All tourist locations within walking distance. Advise using the free ear plugs they provide if you want to sleep without noise. Beatiful hotel and service. Would definitely book here again whenever we return to GTO.

We also wished we could have had a place to enjoy a drink while we awaited our car service, but we were told the restaurant was undergoing a shift change (at 1:00 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon, right during the lunch hour...) and that would be impossible. Otherwise we recommend this hotel!

Una opción realmente comoda, con excelente ubicación en el centro de guanajuato a espaldas del teatro juarez. Hermosa decoración, excelente limpieza y servicio. Nos ayudaron en todo momento a conseguir taxi y opciones de spa. Su restaurante tambien muy rico, prueben su panaderia. Regresariamos!

Property was lovely. Room was spacious, clean, and beautiful. The staff were helpful, professional, and fantastic. The restaurant was top notch, the food was incredible, presentation beautiful, wait-staff were the best of the best - so kind, helpful, patient, and just the very best!

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado y es bonito, con habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Buen restaurante -sobre todo el desayuno. Pero tiene un bar o antro en el sótano que toca música fuerte hasta la 1 o 2. El ruido llega directo a las habitaciones. Imposible dormir o descansar. Después del cierre del bar los empleados recogen todo oyendo música fuerte sin consideración para los huéspedes Pasamos toda la noche haciendo corajes y quejándonos al igual que otros huéspedes. El Hotel podría ser excelente pero no sabe cuál es su vocación: Es un Hotel boutique de lujo o un antro ruidoso ? Tendría que definirse

El hotel está en excelente ubicación, a un lado de uno de los antros más famosos, el grill, así que esperen mucho ruido. En el mero corazón de Guanajuato, se llega caminando a cualquier parte! La gente en extremo amable pero hay tres pisos a subir por escaleras (muy pesado subir con equipaje). La habitación no estaba tan limpia. La cama súper cómoda ! El restaurante bueno y bonito! No hay estacionamiento, pero hay uno público a la vuelta por si llevan carro, no es muy barato y se llena pronto.

Said there was a shuttle for the airport and upon arriving the driver was arrested, so we were stranded and had to find another way to get to the hotel. We checked in and they said there was a fully stocked bar, nothing. There was also supposed to be a roof terrace and there was not one. I do not recommend this place.

The staff were good, efficient and friendly, with one major exception - when we expressed concerns about noise in our room, we were switched to a room they said would be quieter. In reality, that room was 10 times louder, so they agreed to move us back to the original room. The location is very central and close to everything, which made it easy to explore the area without hassle.
