Beautiful and unique boutique hotel. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and I loved that I could text the front desk any questions I might've had. The parking underground was a bit confusing at first however I was able to figure it out with the guidance of the staff.

Great room, bed was comfortable, close to shopping and restaurants. Staff was friendly. There are no amenities....no gym, no breakfast, no pool, no laundry, no parking...you park in the parking garage across the street that belongs to the shopping center. The view was phenomenal, big picture windows facing west...great sunset views.

The room was very dusty. Shelf in the bathroom and any of the higher shelves had not been dusted in a LONG time. My husband is tall and put his bag, hat and folded dress pants on the shelf over where the hangers are and when he pulled them out they were covered in dust. I put my hand up to swipe and check and I had a thick layer of dust on my finger. We had to try to clean his pants before dinner and couldn't get all the dus stains off. We've stayed here many times and it was great...not this time.

So happy with this hotel. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The sheets, all linens, so clean, white and smelled so good. Nespresso coffee maker for morning coffee. A large variety of complimentary tea. Lots of towels ect. Felt very safe with the card only access for the elevators. Lots of great restaurants and shopping close to the hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for one night, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable — it was bent in the middle and had a terrible odor, as if something had been spilled on it. The entire room felt stuffy with no fresh air, which made the situation even worse. Overall, we had a very unpleasant and uncomfortable night.

The staff at Escad is some of the best I’ve seen yet. The building and design is not so great. Parking is not in the premises. You must park in a local parking garage and walk to the hotel. Or pay for valet parking if you so not wish to leave the site. The rooms are large and well appointed but are definitely not sound proof. There is no closed space to hang your clothes. It becomes part of the verry open concept design. There is no bathroom counter so need to use the sink as a counter to place brushes, hair dryer, makeup etc…. Breakfast was okay. I personally will not stay there again because it does not offer things I was looking for but again, the front lobby staff is by far the best!

The best boutique hotel I’ve stayed in Quebec! Quality amenities were the perfect cherry on top of our 5 night tour of Southeast Canada for the Eclipse. It may be far for those specifically going to Montreal, but for us it was exactly the East area we wanted. Just wish there was an additional blackout curtain. We woke up at sunrise bc we needed to leave very early, but I can see it would be difficult to sleep in.

The room was right above the busy highway, so it was noisy, you felt the traffic. The staff were nice for late Check-out, however the lobby amenities and room service is very sparse. Non existant late at night - no replies. Overall, quite sterile but very clean and with modern design.

Stayed 1 night for business with my wife and everything was perfect. However the shower has a translucent glass wall to the bedroom so you can see the person showering from the bedroom. This was fine as I was with my wife but if you were sharing the room with your kids or a work colleague this could be a little off-putting.

Schönes Oberklasse Hotel im entsprechend höherem Preissegment. Deshalb trotz der schönen Zimmer und Lobby. Wie kann es sein das in einem 4 Personen Zimmer mit 3 Personen Belegung nur 2 Bademäntel, 2 Gläser, 2 Tassen etc... Vorhanden sind? Die Betten stehen so das die Klimaanlage einem regelrecht ins Gesicht bläst, sehr unangenehm.

This hotel is located right next to Dix30 shopping center with lots of amenities, shops, and restaurants. However, having so close to the shopping center making it challenging driving to and from the hotel because of the heavy traffic. What really troubles me is the interior design of the hotel suite. It's an open concept to a point that you can actually see through the wall from the shower to the bed, and wise versa. Not everyone feels comfortable being watched while taking a shower. Because the wall between the shower and the bed is not opaque, ceiling light from the bathroom will get to the bed if someone uses the bathroom at night. I got woken up a few times during my stay. Since the bathroom door is a sliding door, there are gaps on both sides of the door so you can hear everything happening in the bathroom. Not a good idea with such a quiet room. I visit Montreal multiple times a year and this is my first stay in this hotel and it could be my last if there is no improvement with the interior design.

What can I say other than I was impressed from the second I arrived to the second I left. The staff was courteous and a pleasure to interact with. I was in my van, which can be difficult in city environments being 24' long and needing 12' clearance, and when I asked where I could park, the front desk clerk simply advised me I could park it right there at the front entrance and he would make sure it was ok. This was a huge load of stress taken off my shoulders right away. The room was clean, had an amazingly hot water (perfect after escaping 20° weather) rain head shower, and the bed was perfectly soft and cozy with great sheets...I slept like a baby. The breakfast in the morning downstairs was surprisingly good! I am not easy to impress when it comes to breakfast. Just an all around great experience and I would totally recommend to anyone.

Fake charges on our bill at check out, charging for the restaurant and charged to our room. After talking to front desk get charged again for the food, they don’t know what they doing. Asking to wait for remboursement, when mistakes second charged come to my credit card in one minute. Overall bad experience

The staff were uniformly friendly and professional. The hotel is beautifully appointed and had fantastic sound insulation for when quiet was needed. It was fantastic being on the top floor with floor to ceiling windows and a great view, but also great to have effective blackout curtains. Parking was initially confusing, but everything worked out well. I would happily stay here again.

This was a beautiful property with an excellent staff. I do think the room should’ve had bottled water supplied and a mini bar. They offered room service, but I couldn’t find it in the room how to order it or what was even available. Overall, however, I really enjoyed my stay and I would definitely go back.

What a great hotel, I would definitely stay here again. It was clean modern, the room was tastefully done and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good with many choices except for the powdered scrambled eggs. The bar was very nice and made great drinks. The staff was wonderful friendly and helpful first rate. The metro is only about a 10 minute walk and takes you directly into Montreal .

I recently stayed at Escad Hotel Quartier DIX30 with my mother, and it was absolutely perfect for our trip. The location is unbeatable — close to plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. Parking was easy and convenient. We really enjoyed the breakfast — while it was fairly simple, it was such a nice treat to have it served in our room. The friendly lady who brought our breakfast made our mornings extra special, helping us plan our days and giving great recommendations for things to do in the area. Her warm and welcoming attitude really stood out. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding staff. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next visit!
