El jacuzzi increíble el agua caliente , alberca con agua templada

Todo genial, van muchas veces que regreso, quizá lo que mejoraría es que la alberca o jacuzzi la dejaran usar más noche, pues está muy cómodo.

Muy tranquilo, no pudimos entrar al vapor , nos ponía escusas que los técnicos ya se habían ido siento las 3 de la tarde, yo creo que era porque no había gente, el agua de la alberca es climatizada a temperatura ambiente, se percibe fría en invierno y el Yacuzzi exterior es igual temperatura del agua de la llave y el Yacuzzi del cuarto las burbujas no funcionaban, la regadera muy agusto, y no hay servicio de comida después de las 8:00pm, pero es muy tranquilo y limpio, los cuartos son chicos son tipo contenedores por fuera pero por dentro están muy bien

This is a very interesting hotel made with shipping containers. The rooms are spacious, clean and very well stocked with TV and AC. We had an amazing breakfast at the restaurant by the pool. The pool is very large in case you wanna do laps and is climatized. There's a little rooftop where you can see the lake. Parking is secure and the service was amazing. Oh, and by the way, it's super affordable

ME GUSTO ESTE HOTEL DESDE QUE LO VI,ESTA MUY BONITO, LA JARDINERIA, QUERIAMOS PASAR TIEMPO RELAJADOS, LA POOL(FRIA EL AGUA), JACUZZI(FRIO-APAGADO), SPA?, VAPOR(APAGADO) INTERNTET NUNCA FUNCIONO, SI REGRESO A ESTE HOTEL!

Front desk service is great, it was nice n quiet place. Only thing is that restaurant n pool services closes early but it’s great place to enjoy

Baño sucio habitación muy pequeña

Habitacion llena de mosquitos, no hay donde poner la maleta, el jacuzzi no funcionó y el wifi tampoco. Pésima experiencia

Property is Ok with nice pool and the staff are friendly and helpful but the bed comfort was not very good and only two two so so pillows on a queen bed. The biggest drawback though is it is difficult to get a taxi to go out for dinner and no uber service. I would not recommend unless you have a car.

El personal de la recepción no me pareció amable. Dentro de la habitación se escucha todo lo que pasa en las otras, fue muy incomodo.

The wifi was non existent and live tv was hard to see

cualquier ruido se escucha , nos hospedamos por una noche, desde muy temprano empiezan los ruidos, el precio es alto para lo que ofrecen

Muy buen servicio agradable , sin embargo lo arruina el hecho de que el internet que ofrecen es pésimo de hecho diría más bien que no tienen

La recepción y check in todo muy bien, la habitacion es más pequeña de lo que se muestra en las fotos. La relacion calidad precio creo lo hace un poco caro y en el caso específico de nuestra habitacion el AC tardó muuucho en enfríar

Esta mas chico que en las fotos Tiene un solo contacto en los cuartos Las king size son queen No se ve el lago Pero la gente es muy atenta

La cama es muy mala, almohadas flacas y solo 2, el colchon pesimo y las sabanas de papel. La habitacion en general esta reducida de espacio, el baño es muy chico. Papel de baño y ammenitis de muy mala calidad. Mala administracion, tienes que mostrar los depositos porque ellos no tienen registro de que ya lo hiciste. Los salva un poco su alberca y su restaurante, el desayuno es bueno.

La recepcionista pésima atención, Lo malo que permiten pasar bebidas al área de la alberca a pesar de que según está prohibido, Meten a los niños al jacuzzi cuando es de uso exclusivo adultos, me dieron una habitación que no era la que me mostró expidia.

What a lovely hotel. We really enjoyed our time their while our residence was u def construction. Not the greatest internet connection but it all worked out. The breakfast was delicious and the setting by the pool was just beautiful. The staff were very friendly and made sure we were content.

Hotel del Pescador advertises services it does not have- and even worse, the faulty wiring , faulty and/ or faulty internet and minature rooms constructed from moving cartons make it dangerous to even charge any of your devices. At check in I had to change rooms three times in order to get a room where the AC worked, the television worked or the WiFi worked. Finally I thought I had found a room that might be possible to at least have internet only to get a false signal - nothing would load on my iPhone which was fried from the faulty wiring . The hot tubs are just bathtubs, no jets worked and there was a seeer smell from the washroom that permeated the damp, slippery tiles. When I went to the office to tell them of my experiences the next morning the manager who thought I couldn’t understand Spanish called me a very rude word and saying “ these Americans come here and they want everything like their home. Why do they come here?” This hotel puts up a good front, the reception area is very well designed with state of the art hardware. Don’t be fooled. This hotel is dangerously in need of basic safety maintenance. Do not go to this hotel. It is isolated and falsely advertised what you will get. There are many beautiful boutique hotels in Ajijic for much lower prices that are safe and beautiful . Don’t be fooled like my husband and I were by their misleading claims of a luxury spa resort. This is the first time I have submitted a negative review, but others need to know this.

Estuvimos en Ajijic para una boda, fue una excelente idea hospedarnos aquí. Nos registramos antes de la fiesta y dejamos maletas en la habitación. Y llegamos ya muy tarde y muy atentos para abrirnos. Y llegar directamente a descansar . El desayuno muy bueno, caliente, muy bien presentado y variado. Seguiremos regresando. Siempre es muy agradable hospedarse.

Los empleados tienen muy buena actitud. Sin embargo el servicio resulta insuficiente o lento debido a que tienen poco personal. Las almohadas son terribles, y no hay otra opción para escoger. Se promociona como un hotel spa, pero las amenidades y las instalaciones del mismo no corresponden, sin embargo, el precio es como si fuera de lujo!! Las habitaciones que parecen estar construidas en estructuras como vagones de tren no tienen privacidad, se escuchan las pláticas (entre otras cosas) que suceden a lado y las ventanas que dan a áreas comunes no ofrecen privacidad alguna si uno quisiera dejar entrar luz natural abriendo cortinas. Los muebles de la terraza estaban plagados de tijerillas y en el mirador no tienen ni una silla para poder estar cómodos. Nos tuvimos que mantener de pie todo el tiempo.

The stay was fabulous, great area, quiet, very peaceful with surrounding mountains and Lake Chapalapa close by. I will definitely use them again when I am in town visiting family.

El lugar es seguro mantienen muy bien la propiedad excelente la limpieza que es lo principal al otro lado del hotel está un restaurante español que tiene una excelente comida!!

Todo estuvo muy bien sin embargo el restaurante y los alimentos se servían a partir de las 9 de la mañana lo cual nos pareció bastante tarde para poder aprovechar el día en otras actividades. También por la tarde del domingo tratamos de cenar en el restaurante del hotel y se encontraba cerrado desde las 6 p.m porque tuvimos que salir a cenar fuera. A pesar de ello nuestra estancia fue cómoda y con una muy buena ubicación

Me encantó el servicio del personal en el restaurante muy atentos y serviciales. La comida deliciosa. Y el spa lo más, si vienen a este hotel no dejen de hacerse un masaje, recomendadisiimo para desconectar un fin de semana.

Las habitaciones estan muy bien, todo muy limpio a excepción que las puertas no tienen guarda polvo y se meten muchísimos zancudos ,atención en recepción muy amables, la alberca el agua calentita, calidad de los alimentos y precios muy bien, servicio del restaurante muy bueno.(solo tienen servicio de alimentos y bebidas hasta las 3pm ojala ampliaran el horario de servicio. )
