Key system was down upon arriving, but wasn't really an issue and it was fixed the next morning, room service has to be scheduled 24 hours in advance which I think is a bit strange. overall clean quit room

Very nice a upkept facility. Front desk staff was sooo sweet and accommodating. Beds and pillows were comfy. Only this was the pool was waaaay too freezing to enjoy.

Property was new, clean and comfortable. The Peloton was out of service and no one could say when it would be working. The gym was hot and had music that couldn't be quieted. We highly recommend this property. Great breakfast and water fill station. Staff was so nice.

Room and facilities are very nice. Arrived at night and area seemed a little scary. Street has several hotels on it and in the daylight seems just fine. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Bad review because Expedia and home 2 suites wouldn’t refund me. I double booked the same room twice and tried to cancel multiple days in advance and was told it would taken care of and then when we checked in that said the refund wouldn’t go because we waited too long. Also having to ask for room service each day is a joke. We asked everyday and they cleaned our room at 8pm one night.

Rooms were nice and large and clean. Lobby was nice and clean. Wished there was a restaurant and/or a bar but thay was my fault for not seeing it when i made the reservation. Only real complaint is we were supposed to get maid service every other day and didnt get it at all. When husband asked the maid in the hallway for towels and washcloths, she didnt speak english, which is no big deal but was told they didnt have any washcloths. We were there for my daughters wedding so we had several rooms and everyone said the same. No maid service and no washcloths.

The front desk during our stay was amazing. So friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean. We did have an odor coming from our fridge and they offered to immediately send maintenance (we declined).

The beds are hard and lumpy the pillows are bags of cement no hot water in the shower people screaming in the hall at 3am and the desk did nothing having said that I like home2suites have stayed at dozens of them across the country and had a great stay but this hotel is poorly ran this hotel has standards like good sheets and very nice beds but not in Burleson hotel has not been kept up over time everything is worn out

First night was great. Second night we had to complain twice about the music next door, and then listened to the people next door go in and out of their room and the room across the hall several times, slamming doors until well after midnight. Morning 2 we had no hot water and had to take cold showers.

This property was awesome and all of the staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was the most spacious we have ever stayed in and since this was a long stay for 10 days the space was great. So much storage space so you don't have stuff sitting around on the floors and such. I will definitely stay here again next summer as we come out every year to visit family.

The miserable looking staff person at the desk saw me walk up and casually looked up with the most smut voice asking if he could help me...he looked as if he didnt want to be there and i was inconviniencing him. Then when he asked for my card, he asked "what kind of card is this?" To which, i answered that it was a mastercard. My card had a silly sticker on it...and he said i couldnt use it in the most condescending tone. He said since it didnt say my name on it that i could not use the card. I proceeded to peel off the sticker, damaging my card and then handing him a new one. Now, i understand policy but he made me feel like i was a low life trying to get a free nights stay. Why would i steal a credit card for an incidental fee. I was thoroughly disgusted and did not stay the night. I left and did not return.

Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t honor a pre paid reservation from hotel.com. Complete indifference, escalated situation saying not their problem, can’t assist, could care less about customers. Unhelpful, does not work for solution. Was told manager name was twinkle. Not sure if that is true but twinkle was also aggressive and indifferent. I paid 500 for two nights and the would not let me check in. Do not recommend. They need complete management and front desk staff

There was an issue with my rooms being ready. We were transferring rooms from a previous night and I was told rooms would be ready at 8am due to us being in town for a family wedding. I double checked the day before and he said yes they will be ready. Again I checked the night before when I got in town, he said yes. At 8am the next morning I went to check into my rooms and the man at front desk said they were not available. He said it was a busy night and they can’t do early checkin. I explained I had confirmed it and he told me I can pay for a larger room and check in at 1pm. I was beyond upset and he wouldn’t give me anymore info. Also he refused to give me his name or managers name or info so I could contact them about the issue. I will never stay here or any other location. The bride and myself and another guest had no option for a room on wedding day to check into and get ready. Horrible communication and the man at front desk was not helpful or understanding.

We chose this hotel because of its location. The week prior we’d stayed at Fairfield Inn & Suites Dallas Love Field. Our 2021 Chevrolet Silverado High Country was stolen from the hotel (in the front door). The hotel staff was not helpful or comforting at all. However at Home 2 Suites, we felt very safe and the staff was amazing.

It was a bit problematic finding the entrance the first time. There are numerous alternative accommodations in a small area, few of which have thru traffic available. It was worth the effort to find it. Gracious, helpful staff.
