Pro: Professional and friendly staffers. Hot delicious breakfast. Conveniently located with alot of restaurants and shopping options. Rooms,bedding and hallways very clean. Lots of parking. Cons: Nightstand phones didnt have any cords so I had to use my cell to call down to the front desk. Blow dryer didnt work. TV would turn off randomly, and was difficult to turn back on. Walls really thin so you can hear your neighbor breathe.

Everything was nice as far as amenities. Microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker in the room. That’s why I chose this hotel. Safe area. Nicely lit parking lot. Restaurants within walking distance. Both daytime and nighttime front desk staff left something to be desired. Our first impression could have at least involved a “hello” or even a smile. We had to initiate the check-in process. The shower and toilet area were clean but there was a hair stuck to the wall near the sink. Beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. TV had extra options we appreciated. Overall the negatives were not deal breakers so we would stay here again.

Wonderful stay…had the grandkids over for a swim and loved the beautiful lobby for playing Chicken Foot with our group! Staff was friendly and helpful!

Check in was seamless - front desk staff was very accomodating and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Only issue which was not a big deal was the water temp in our shower/sink would keep changing hot - cold. Which made showering interesting - room 402 in case this is a maintenance issue. Perfect location close to everything we were doing for the weekend. We would stay here again.

Room had food still on the floor under bed skirt also found a couple of pills on the floor. Let cleaning crew know I needed towels and when I came back they hadn’t left any so I had to go to service desk to get some.

Very friendly staff! Check-in and Check-out was easy. Room and beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the TV channel choices. The only “issue” was the shower temperature couldn’t be controlled (room 216). It was very hot then cold. It could scald a child and it needs to be fixed. Oh and elevators smelled sooo bad! Maybe mold

We arrived pretty late and check in was smooth. Made it to our room the first thing I do is pull back the covers and check for bugs. I’m glad I did because I found one. I went down stairs told them and even showed them the picture of it. They switched us rooms pretty quick. That room was a lot better. Breakfast was nice, the staff was excellent and the area my family felt safe.

The location was great and central to everything. The low stars is because we killed roaches in our room and the water pressure in the shower was low. The temperature of the water in our shower would go from hot to cold in seconds and would never stay consistent. We took cold showers.

This was our 19th or 20th stay at this particular Fairfield. We visit family often in this area. I’ve left many great reviews. This trip was disappointing. The lobby, elevators and hallways were not as clean as we have experienced in the past. The toilet seat in our bathroom was loose. The light on one side of our vanity was out. We let them know at check-in. Later that evening we returned and I checked the bulb to make sure it was screwed in all the way. So then I popped it out and it was burned out. So I brought it to the front desk and asked again for them to replace it. It was not fixed during our stay. We had to get ready in dim bathroom light. The breakfast and dining areas was wonderful as always. It was clean and the food was well prepared. The staff is always friendly. I will try this location again in the future because there are so many good things to say. However, I see a decline in the maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel. I hope this does not continue.

The hotel was okay but we didn't have internet and no TV service. We were told we would receive 40,000 points for the inconvenience..............the room was spacious, nice bathroom, nice sheets and pillows. Breakfast was very good!

This was a very nice clean hotel. The staff was amazing. My mother has memory issues and got lost. We were staying on the second floor and my mom wound up on the third floor. The maid on our floor seen the panic on my face and asked what was wrong. When I told her my mom was missing she asked what she was wearing and then informed me she was on the 3rd floor. I went up there to find my mom waiting with the maid on the 3rd floor safe and sound. I would stay here again just because of that. The beds were a little hard but I can deal with that since they have such amazing caring staff.

The room was clean. The food was great. The only thing wrong was that the dead bolt lock did not work . I feel this is very important and if it’s broken, you should replace it asap! Other than that I felt safe and it was close to good food and shopping.

Property & room were very clean. Someone always at the desk..yeah. "Breakfast" was horrible!!!! Eggs tasted lile powder, bacon looked more like a thin jerky, potato\'s were bland. Bed was comfortable Had to ask for fresh towels & to have the trash emptied.
