Fitness alanı sporcular için ayrılmıştı. Bu yüzden spor yapamadık. Bu tarz orofesyonel konaklamalar için başka bir spor alanı yapılmalı ki her konaklayan eşit şekilde bu özelliğinizden faydalanabilsin.. çalışanlar gayet iyi ilgili ve saygılılar. Yemekler güzel. Özellikle yemeklerin sunumu için çok özenildiği aşikar. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

Very nice hotel for travel with kids. Lots of activities, private beach, outside and inside pools (they are not advertising it but inside pool is heated!). Be prepared to gain some kgs as you can’t die from starvation in this hotel, you will be able to eat different delicious foods every mealtime. What we were missing this time was vegetarian pasta options. The public area, for example elevators needs little more cleaning.

Man hätte bei der Buchung mitteilen müssen, dass das Hotel renoviert wird. Viel Baulärm, Schmutz. Ansonsten gutes Hotel. Besonders das Restaurant.

The hotel met expectations and in some areas (lake area and villas, aqua park) even exceeded them. The food was OK but much simpler than in Rixos we stayed last year, but it was reflected in a lower price. The pools were not heated and water relatively cold, but no one promised the heating. Otherwise, I liked the hotel, the facilities were excellent, the territory relatively compact, the lake area very beautiful. The hotel is built years ago, but is renovated and very well maintained. Children enjoyed the water park. Also, the hotel is very close to Land of Legends

10-14 Kasım konaklama yaptım. Kış sezonuna geçmeden bir gün önce konaklamam bitti. Hava güzeldi. Aquapark ısıtmalı olduğu için seçtiğim otelde, aquapark yetişkin ve çocuk aquapark ısıtma çalıştı ve gayet memnun kaldık. Alkol ve içecek konusunda yeterince iyiydi. Biralar şişe, dondurmalar paketli , elma kurusu dahi paketliydi. Yemekler orta üstüydü. Özellikle baklava ürünleri gayet iyiydi. Bir adet alacarte ücretsizdi. Gayet memnun kaldık. Bir eleştiri getireceksek, ızgara ürünleri yeterli değildi. Ürünler iyiydi ancak kendiniz alıyordunuz personel azlığından olabilir. Sahilinde yeterli olduğunu düşünüyorum. Eğlence anlamında tarihe göre 2 gece canlı müzik vardı. Özellikle çocuklu aileler için düşünülmeden tercih edilecek bir otel.

Excellent facilities, friendly staff, clean, lots of food options.

The hotel itself was absolutely perfect for a toddler and kids of all ages. However we went in early May and the swimming pools were FREEZING - even the baby pool and splash park. The website states that the pools are heated but on some days they were only heated to 25 degrees C - that would be fine in the height of summer but when air temps were only 26/27 degrees it was just too cold to take a toddler in there. It ruined our time to be honest, we would go back but not until July/August when the pools would be usable. All of the kids were shivering and teeth chattering. Otherwise everything else in the hotel was great, little toddler restaurant really handy although it could do with opening a bit earlier.

Room sevislce average, the bed not clean and old, staff not professional all over, accept the bar staff they were good. the bed in the room was full of biting small bugs, can you imagine, we couldn't sleep at all , we kept complaining to the receptionist, then they sent a notice to the hotels guests that they the hotel wants to spray the rooms !! Cats were all over the hotels, in the restaurants , in the lobby, they jump all over none stop, the night entertainment was poor and boring, most guests they were playing cards because they were bored. The swimming pool was kept always colder than average, at 24 degrees, ansld sure never 28 degrees. And they had about 3 football teams as a guests in the hotel, unfortunately most of them they didn't obey the rools for the hygienic for the sauna and steam room etc. Finally, i felt sorry and upset that it was a waist of my money, especially in comparison to the hotel which we stayed in before this hotel. "Side turkey " even this hotel they it cost more then the previous hotel which we stayed in just before we moved to this hotel,

This is a really great hotel, with fantastic facilities which can be used all year round. Warm enough in February to sit by the outside pool bar for large parts of the day. Great service at the bars and great food in the restaurants. The great thing about this hotel is that the beer served (efes) actually tastes like efes 🍺, which isn’t always the case in some of the all inclusive hotels in Turkey. The beer in this hotel is lively (not flat which is often the case at all inclusive hotels) and not watered down. For this reason alone, the IC HOTELS SANTAI FAMILY RESORT is now our preferred destination for future golf trips to BELEK.

Personeli güler yüzlü ilgiliydi çok memnun kaldık biz oda temizliği de memnuniyet vericiydi fakat karıncalar vardı o yüzden 1 puan kırdım

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen voll und ganz übertroffen. Es war nichts zu bemängeln. Die Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und immer aufmerksam . Das Hotel ist sehr sauber . Wir werden bei nächsten Angelegenheit wieder da hinreisen. Kann nur Empfehlen !

Dringende Renovierung / stinkt /schimmel / schmutzig/ essen schmeckt nicht wenig auswahl definitiv kein 5sterne hotel.

Très très bien! Nous avons séjourné 6 nuits dans une chambre/maison piscine. On y mange super bien. Accès directement par le club house depuis notre piscine. Le kids club est super, le personnel très accueillant. Hôtel grand mais sans être immense, on peut circuler facilement tout y est logique est relié. Les transats sont assez accessibles. Service all inclusive au top! Glaces, cocktails tout est bien! Pleins de chats habitent l’hôtel, j’adore! Une chose a dire au niveau de la propreté des chambres (terrasses et pelouse pas nettoyées) la plage de même. Beaucoup de mégots de cigarettes pas terre. Des morceaux de verres d’une bière à côté dune poubelle vers les villas, un jour sans que ce soient ramassé, dangereux.. On ne voulait plus en partir. Là nous venons d’arriver au IC Green Palace, l’accueil est bien mais l’hôtel a l’air plus blindé, la Clim de notre chambre est à 15* et on a encore chaud!…

As soon as I checked in and enter my room, there were a blanket at my bed with blood stain on it. I called the receptionist more than 8 times and asked for a clean blanket but no one showed up. We slept without blanket the first night, and then on the second day after calling guest relation office they send me the new blanket. There were a bump in front of the restroom in the lobby, which caused my mom to fall down, we had to call ambulance and then take her to hospital to just check her nose and this caused us about Euro 550. The hotel didn't take any responsibilities on this, no sympathy, didn't compensate our hospital expenses since it happened inside the hotel with their bump on the floor. They just accept our late check out so my mom could rest until we go to airport. we were so disappointed! The hotel receptionists and most of the staff couldn't speak English and it made the communication very hard. For a 5star hotel which was fairy expensive too, these were not acceptable. On a positive side, the food were amazing. The nightly entertainment were good and the photographers at the hotel were friendly and took beautiful pictures.

Excellent hotel, very friendly and welcome staff, addresses small and unusual needs and wishes. Everything you need for the unforgetful vacation.

Really great place to stay with kids. We booked the larger villa which was just great.

Great All-Inclusive property. Lots of activities for the kids to keep them busy all through the day. Great selection of food and beverages to keep the adults in a good mood. The dining room staff always served with a smile, the pool bar was always busy but well serviced. The rooms are a bit dated, mattresses should be changed. The bathroom in our room had an open drain which resulted in an awful smell when ever we came back from outside. But hey, who spends time in the room in a property like this one.

Amazing stay but the swim up villas only. We were downgraded for a late checkout and the rooms were not as nice

Overall experience was great, food is amazing, a lot of options , you will never stay hungry. The rooms that have a sea view will suffer from music noise until 23:15,23:30 so forget about sleep early. The service and the team were really nice and professional.

My stay was not so good it iwas very disappointed As the rooms were very bad like 2 star hotel and the the location and the service was very poor. I contacted with the customer service of hotel.com they didn’t help me at all which was quite stressing and upsetting. I want my refund for these three nights booking which I requested before. I have contacted with the hotel customer service desk regarding their service and rooms and for my refund as well but they said for you refund you have to contact with hotel com. So please refund me as soon as thanks it will be much appreciated.

Die Anlage ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen aber lässt sich immernoch sehen. Pools waren fantastisch, die Kinder hatten eine riesige Freude. Das Essen ist für die Masse ausgerichtet aber Okay. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kinderlieb. Die Klimaanlage spinnte sehr häufig, wurde aber vom Personal sofort repariert.

What a great hotel for spending a few days in the winter sunshine of Belek. Superbly located for some of Belek’s many golf courses and right on the beach. This is a very large hotel and I guess will get very busy in Summer, but in the winter it’s fairly quiet and you get looked after. Good rooms, fantastic food and a good selection of drinks at the bar. All inclusive, including the fridge in your room. Our group stayed in Belek to play golf and have stayed in a number of Belek’s all inclusive hotels at this time of year. We all thought that this was the best hotel we have stayed in for our December golf trip. Whilst you can get a hotel at a lesser price, the combination of quality food and comfort offered by this hotel makes it a great choice.

Wonderful hotel with lots of activities for kids. Great location-close to the airport and has private beach. There was alot of food which was tasty and varied. Stayed in star swim up villa which was a lovely setting and spacious for family of four. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

I am deeply disappointed with our recent stay at this so-called 5-star hotel. It’s a shame that a hotel of this caliber resorts to misleading and scamming its guests. I booked a swim-up villa specifically because my 71-year-old father, who has recently undergone surgery and struggles with mobility, needed easy access to the pool. Instead, we were given a room on the first floor of a two-floor apartment block—far from what was advertised as a "villa." The hotel should make it clear to potential guests that these so-called "villas" are actually apartment blocks and that ground-floor accommodation is not guaranteed. When I raised this issue with the reception, they told me there was no guarantee of getting a ground-floor room and that all the villas were fully booked. They advised me to check availability every day, but each day, I was met with the same unhelpful response, all while I noticed other guests checking out of ground-floor rooms. The hotel simply chose not to cooperate. As a result, my father was only able to go down to the pool twice during our entire week-long stay. Our holiday was ruined. To make matters worse, the hotel is full of aggressive traders who constantly harass you to buy their overpriced goods and services especailly the sellers at the fur shop, spa center and the water sports. Instead of a relaxing vacation, we were subjected to constant harassment, with everyone trying to take advantage by selling overpriced services we didn’t need. Awful experience

Overall nice for families with kids. Plenty of activities and food options offered. Reception staff not really helpful and not friendly, same goes for the information desk. Any questions about the property and services will be referred to the self-service via QR Code. That's not five stars service

Goede service! We hadden een enquête ingevuld, en direct werd het punt van aandacht zo snel en goed mogelijk aangepakt. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk, verder diverse zwembaden voor oud en jong. Kortom met een kind ben je op het juiste adres bij IC Santai.
