Room sevislce average, the bed not clean and old, staff not professional all over, accept the bar staff they were good. the bed in the room was full of biting small bugs, can you imagine, we couldn't sleep at all , we kept complaining to the receptionist, then they sent a notice to the hotels guests that they the hotel wants to spray the rooms !! Cats were all over the hotels, in the restaurants , in the lobby, they jump all over none stop, the night entertainment was poor and boring, most guests they were playing cards because they were bored. The swimming pool was kept always colder than average, at 24 degrees, ansld sure never 28 degrees. And they had about 3 football teams as a guests in the hotel, unfortunately most of them they didn't obey the rools for the hygienic for the sauna and steam room etc. Finally, i felt sorry and upset that it was a waist of my money, especially in comparison to the hotel which we stayed in before this hotel. "Side turkey " even this hotel they it cost more then the previous hotel which we stayed in just before we moved to this hotel,

Everything was amazing!
