Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice hotel with a very good cleanness standard and nice spacious rooms. I highly appreciate the room upgrade I got, specially booking it on very short notice. Parking is possible on site on an extra charge, in low season it is not needed, as there's enough space outside on the street. Beds are comfortable, A/C works perfect, rooms / bathrooms are well equipped! Option to use the Sauna on request. The pool is not operational in winter, but been at the hotel in summer and can absolutely recommend it! I will definitely come back!

Eines der besten Hotels in denen ich je war -und das waren sehr viele nach 15 Jahren als Flugbegleiterin :) Das Design des Hotels ist wunderschön! Alles ist neu, hochwertig, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass hier sehr auf Details und auf Atmosphäre geachtet wird. Das schätze ich sehr! Das Zimmer war ein Traum (Prestige). Das Bett bequemer als mein eigenes. Die Klimaanlage macht ein tolles Raumklima und ist dazu sehr leise. Auf dem Balkon kann man gemütlich frühstücken und dabei die ablegenden Boote beobachten. Obwohl neben dem Hotel eine Straße ist und auch der Flughafen Cannes nicht weit, ist es im Zimmer durch die guten Fenster absolut still. Das Bad ist richtig schön und modern mit allem was man braucht und begehbarer Regendusche. Der Service im Hotel ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend! Man hat bei allen Mitarbeitern das Gefühl, dass sie ihre Arbeit sehr gerne machen. Das Essen im Restaurant war wirklich lecker. Natürlich etwas hochpreisig, aber das ist eben die Côte d'Azur. Insgesamt ist Mandelieu-la-Napoule ein richtig schönes Örtchen mit vielen Restaurants und tollen Stränden und der perfekte Ausgangspunkt um die Côte d'Azur zu erkunden. Der Strand ist bequem zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen und die Innenstadt von Mandelieu nach 15 Minuten.

This time, the guy at the reception has ruined it and it's terrible to see that one incompetent staff member can have such a massive impact. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour chez vous. L hôtel était bien située et le voisinage silencieux. Les chambres étaient confortables et propres. La réception à notre arrivé fut aidante pour la réservation de souper dans les restaurants avoisinants. Le seul bémol, le souper au restaurant de l auto fut décevant.

I have already recommended this property to many family and friends. I am an extremely picky traveler and was blown away by the quality of this hotel for the price. L’équipe de l’hôtel fait tout pour que vous passiez un séjour inoubliable ! Et c’est très agréable, ça devient rare de nos jours. De plus, la chambre était magnifique, bien chauffée bien agencée.
