Overpriced convenience. There’s a sign in the lift that tells you most of what you need to know about this hotels ethos. Sunbed? €40 if you’re a hotel guest having already paid €350 a night to stay. Up to €160 if you want the cabins. There’s nothing special about this place other than its ability to extract your hard earned cash.

We had a fantastic vacation here; the staff are excellent. Very attentive, very classy and from the moment you arrive you know that these guys run a tight ship. Very reasonable price for valet parking too (15 Euro)... The massage at the spa was one of the best I've ever had. Can't say enough good things about the spa staff. Minor disappointments; the "fitness room" is essentially a bug empty room with a couple of home gym cardio machines, some mats and a very haphazard Dumbbell rack. I wish they had better gym equipment. Finally, the food at the restaurant is ok, but could be better. We ended up only eating at the hotel restaurant twice during our stay because it was unremarkable but convenient. However there are several great restaurants within walking distance which is one of the reasons we chose here anyway. Overall would definitely come back.

Le personnel est extremement agréable et a l'écoute. Nous avons eu une très belle attention à l'occasion d'une soirée spéciale. Par contre, la piscine et le service de transat payant (40€ minimum) ne sony pas du tout à la hauteur d'un ten établissement, d'autant plus que la plage est tres petite, et non privative à l'hôtel.

All was good except the a la carte type pricing for various services - beach chairs/towels, parking, breakfast. Particularly disappointing was the price of breakfast - €30 per person! We found a Boulanger in walking distance and were able to get what we needed for breakfast for a total of less than €10. Great location and staff. Casino a little disappointing.

We stayed in a superior room with a partial sea view, which was fresh, clean, and very spacious – definitely one of the highlights of our stay. However, the lift lobbies were tired and in need of refurbishment, which gave a poor first impression. Our main frustration was with the pool area. Not only do you have to pay a minimum of €40 per day to use a basic lounger with no cushions, but there’s nowhere else to lie down and relax unless you pay – even if you only want to unwind for a short while. This felt unreasonable, especially given the cost of staying in what’s meant to be a high-quality hotel. In addition, the pool itself is enclosed behind a perspex screen with a small gate, which made it feel oddly off-limits and less inviting. It’s a shame, as the hotel has real potential, but this setup took away from the overall experience and made us spend our time and money elsewhere.

Everything was great for the most part. Just know that the pool chairs outside aren’t free. You would think when staying at a hotel you would get all of the hotels amenities. That is not the case. All of the chairs and beds are extra. The staff were a little rude about it when I sat down. I didn’t assume they were free and waited for someone and after 15 minutes no on said anything. I got comfortable and of course THATS when they come over. English isn’t great so it was a little awkward trying to figure out what was happening. They moved me over to a different chair because the one I sat in was reserved. 3 hours later and that chair was still empty. A little annoying. Besides that the hotel was great.

Déçu de l’hôtel Tout d’abord impossible de consommer quoi que ce soit sur les transats, on nous dit que c’est exceptionnel et qu’il faut obligatoirement consommer à table. Ok sauf que toutes les tables étaient prises donc obligé d’attendre 15 min debout qu’une table se libère Ensuite la chambre était sympa malgres les traces de café, sur la table et énormément de traces sur les murs et portes ainsi que pas mal de toiles d’araignées sur la terrasse Le petit déjeuné n’était pas ouf pour le prix Enfin à notre départ on nous a fait payer une taxe de 5.36e que nous avions déjà réglés lors de notre réservation mais d’après la personne c’est normal

I would stay far away from this hotel. Old dirty & smells bad. I would not even stay here for free. I checked in at 4am and stayed for 10 minutes when down to check out. Bugs in room. They refunded me 3 days but charged me for the first day $450 because I came so late. Went to a much cleaner comfortable hotel. Thanks but no thanks.

Grubby overpriced tourist hotel. Desperately in need of a good clean and general refurbishment. Stayed here many times over the years. Staff are apathetic, one server for 15 tables for lunch, waited over half an hour for a menu so gave up. Not overly busy, just woefully mismanaged. Good beach access but if you want a sun bed be prepared for a many Euro fleecing. Can and should do a whole lot better.

This facility has a mold problem. The shower water spills copiously on the adjacent bathroom carpet, in both rooms we were in. The mold smell in these rooms was unbelievable. Had to sleep with the balcony door wide open to minimize the smell. The management seems oblivious to this very obvious problem. My advice is to stay away. By the way, the everything looks dirty in this hotel, except for the lobby.

1 chambre bruyante sur le parking et la route . Vu golf ? Le golf était après la route et le parking La pire chambre ,j'ai dormi avec des boules quies ,la 2 eme nuit nous avons demandé de changer de chambre qui elle était bien mieux mais 50 euros de plus . La chambre était très spacieuse et superbe ! Le lit très grand et confortable. La vue sur mer était magnifique. La salle de bains très agréable avec de beaux équipements. Nous avons bien diné au restaurant du Pullman. Dommage que le petit déjeuner en chambre n'ait pas été à la hauteur du reste car les pancakes en supplément étaient froid et sans sirop d'érable. Le thé et chocolat également froid ! Nous avons regretté de n'être pas descendus au buffet. Sinon l’hôtel est superbe, très joliment décoré et très classe.

Stedet er flot og især stranden er lækker. Men hotellet opkræver ekstra for alt selvom man har betalt en høj pris for værelset. Især liggestole ved poolen og mad og drikkelse er meget dyre og ikke det værd. Hotellet kan man også godt se mangler en kærlig hånd mange steder. Personalet kan ikke rentegodtgørelsesprogram engelsk og service niveauet lever ikke op til deres standard.
