Great staff, great food, nice pools and great service. Downside was the beach was full of the seaweeds where the resort next to us had a barrier to control it. Also the amount of weddings where they close out the areas from the pools was a bit much. 5 out of the 7 days here there was a wedding.

Great for kids, water slides zip line, lazy river lots of people at time not enough lounge chairs, THERE IS NO BEACH you can not swim in ocean!!! It’s filthy dirty water smells like rotten eggs everyday. Apparently the reefs and close, no waves seagrass and other garbage collects and stays all the shore. So if you want to swim in the ocean it safely wont happen at this resort. Everything is is ok.

Beautiful resort, not too crowded. Staff was nice, breakfast was great. Zipline, Slide, Lazy River ++. My only negative was to many kids/play in Hot Tub and not enough regular outlets in room. Other than that, I'll be back.😊

We generally enjoyed the stay and had a great week. There were a couple of disappointments. We'd stayed at Dreams resorts before and the food and food options were a highlight of our previous stays. That was not the case this trip, the food was good but below our experiences and expectations. The other issue was the number of weddings and how when a wedding was going on it shut down access to the pools and beach. There were multiple weddings most days that often forced all of the non-wedding guests into smaller portions of the pool and pool deck area.

We will be back! We loved it so much!!! It’s a wonderful place for families and singles. We ordered room service often and everyone who works there is polite and helpful (tip them, they’re such hard-working staff). There is a daily nacho bar, hot dogs, hamburgers and fries for lunch by the main pool. There are so many choices including big slides and kid specific slides. They have yoga, volleyball (on the beach and in the pool), Zumba and a variety of entertainment (singers by the pool, bingo etc) everyday. Each night they have amazing performers. The food was good and there was a great variety. My son cried when we had to leave. It’s a truly a beautiful place with great employees. Omar and Antonio are the best waiters :) *the only reason for not giving all 5 stars was there not being enough patio chairs as well as my room had a spackle tool left in the room when we first entered it, my son almost cut his hand (I’m sure it was an honest mistake).

Really enjoyed our stay at Dreams Natura. The resort is perfect if you’re looking for a nice small cozy place. Beach was good if you have kids who love to play in the sand…not the greatest in terms of swimming as the water is quite murky. If you want blue clear water then stay at a different resort. Food was great…minus Dinner Buffet…not many edible options. But you can get at at any other restaurant for dinner without needing reservations. Be prepared to wait though as most are pretty full. Breakfast and Lunch were a HIT! Waterslides were fun! We loved the lazy river…especially since the water was always so warm!

The staff was very kind and accommodating. There was mold in our room, blood on the floor in our hallway for days, there was a wait at every single restaurant at every instance we decided to dine despite being told we do not need reservation. Definitely room for improvement here and we are thankful we just did not get sick from the mold.

With a rate of 5 stars, that couldn’t be farther from reality. We booked “Preferred Club Master Suite Ocean View” for 6 days. The room was spacious but smelled very bad. The couch smelled of mildew and the bedroom smelled like throw up. Our son refused to sit on the couch entire time and only sat on a chair. The bed was lumpy and pillows were hard. We understand it’s an all inclusive resort, but when the food from the pool area and room service is better than everything else, that says a lot. Restaurants weren’t clean and sanitized. The pools were nasty, with cups, food, and trash floating in them. The staff were good. We were trying to be ok with everything that didn't meet our expectations as good as the reviews were. However this was a terrible experience for us. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are looking for 5-star hotel.

Family of 4 with 2 boys 5 & 11 yrs old. Pro: Coco cafe - great coffee, espresso, ice cream Arcade room - my boys loved going here everyday after dinner as they open only at night time. They also provide some junk food for kids to snack on (gummies, popcorn and water) Staff - friendly for the most part. Con: Food - most foods we had at the resort was either just okay or bad. I didn’t have one meal where I was amazed or blown away. Not that many options either. Buffet didn’t have much fruit options. Only had cantaloupe, watermelon and papaya. Drinks - it doesn’t matter what type of a drink you get. They’re all watered down. I mean everything! Hotel - this place is pretty run down in my opinion. The room shower was dirty with mildews and smelled like urine. Bathrooms in common areas seemed cleaner than the ones in the room. This hotel is very small. We got bored of doing the same thing in 3 days and we booked for 6 nights. My kids were dying to leave. The hotel is loud, especially if you’re staying in one of the rooms with ocean view. They pretty much had a wedding at this place every single day. Loud music and shows were done outside area where it was super loud in the rooms. We stayed 6 nights and only received 3 housekeeping service. Beach - we didn’t even get to step our foot into the water. Sooooooo much seaweed!!!! So much! We stayed in room 3800, ocean front master bedroom, and it was huge. It has its own plunge pool, 2 balconies and 4 sliding doors to outside. You get a butler with this room who can make dinner reservations at all restaurants. The beach is nice and the resident crocodile is fun. Security keeps everyone safe from him/her. Food is good with a couple of hits and misses. Service is excellent.

This is a very family oriented/child friendly resort, which is what we wanted. If you are looking for an adults only experience, this isn’t the place for you. Our toddler had a great time in the shallow pool, lazy river, and toddler friendly water slides. We got to relax and enjoy as well. We were very happy with the dinners. Good breakfast buffet. I think the resort should have a couple of additional poolside lunch options like pizza or wings. The Italian restaurant has excellent pizza at dinner that would be a great addition at lunch. All restaurants had excellent dessert options. The coffee shop had really good lattes and ice cream. Breakfast always had delicious pastries. Happy with the food overall, which is not always the case at all inclusive resorts. The furniture in the rooms had a bit of wear and tear which is surprising given the property is only 5 years old. These features make the rooms feel older than they are. Great staff. Rooms are a nice size. It is a bit strange to not have an elevator on the 3rd floor but thankfully we were able to move to a different floor that had an elevator. I traveled with my husband and toddler. I am also 30 weeks pregnant so an elevator was needed. We would likely return for a family trip.

First, every staff member was amazing! They were all very professional and helpful. The pool chair situation is terrible. They would clear huge sections for private events when there were already too few chairs. People would go down before the pool opened and hold a lot of chairs and then not come down for hours. There were signs saying after 30 minutes the towels would be removed but that never happened. The beach was not useable during our stay (no fault of the resort) due to seaweed (which stunk horribly) and alligators. The food was decent but honestly could be better. The wait staff were all great. Ask for Erik! Rooms were clean but could use new furniture. The chairs and couch need to be replaced. You can tell they tried to clean them but they were stained. The evening entertainment was good. The saxophone and violin musicians were spectacular. Overall I would give the resort a B.

Staff could use some hospitality training that work around the pool areas. More specifically the lifeguards. Had a few rude encounters and was surprised that was acceptable. The app that you use to make reservations is glitchy and depending on who you talk with you get different policies. This made some of the trip less smooth than we would have liked. Other than that it was a good family trip.

I wanted to say a big thank you to Darwin Maldanado for acknowledging our checkin issues/mishaps on our first day. Our room was not ready and had missing items and a broken thermostat. Darwin and his team quickly provided us with options that ultimately landed us in a nicer room to make up for it. I can’t stress enough how Darwin really came through for my family and the importance of this trip for our wedding anniversary and my wife’s birthday. Darwin made me look like a hero to my wife and kids. Thank you, thank you Darwin! We will definitely be saving up again and return to Dreams Natura.

The staff was very helpful and professional. Property was clean, inviting and relaxing. Only concern is the sales pitch to join the Hyatt Club once you arrive which was very annoying. On vacation the first thing you want to do is have rest and relaxation and not being pursued and pursuaded to spend money to join a club that you haven’t even gotten the time to explore the property and what it has to offer before considering joining a very expensive Preffered Members Club

The property itself was great but with limited vegetarian options at restaurants we mainly ate at the buffet only. Great option if you enjoy seafood. The gym was good has a smith machine and the staff Mario was helpful and nice. The only downside is the location. Its great to have a private beach with limited people but it was a $100USD roundtrip ride to the outlet mall 20 mins away.

Because of the location of the resort and the time of year, we were not able to get into the ocean. We spent all of our time around the pool each day. Normally when we visit Cancun, we catch the city transit to visit other places. We weren't able to do that due to the location of the property. Fortunately, the resort was nice.

We generally enjoyed the stay and had a great week. There were a couple of disappointments. We'd stayed at Dreams resorts before and the food and food options were a highlight of our previous stays. That was not the case this trip, the food was good but below our experiences and expectations. The other issue was the number of weddings and how when a wedding was going on it shut down access to the pools and beach. There were multiple weddings most days that often forced all of the non-wedding guests into smaller portions of the pool and pool deck area.
We generally enjoyed the stay and had a great week. There were a couple of disappointments. We'd stayed at Dreams resorts before and the food and food options were a highlight of our previous stays. That was not the case this trip, the food was good but below our experiences and expectations. The other issue was the number of weddings and how when a wedding was going on it shut down access to the pools and beach. There were multiple weddings most days that often forced all of the non-wedding guests into smaller portions of the pool and pool deck area.

Spa was very nice and I had a wonderful massage. I know the resort cant control this but the smell of the ocean with the seaweed was horrible. I end up getting used to the smell, but when I would leave the property for excursions and come back, it was just terrible. Thank God, it did not smell in my room. Everything was great about the resort except the food. Nothing special, your basic all inclusive food not much variety . Barely any desserts.

I think the restaurants on the property were really good. The buffet was not so good. It seemed like the only meat options were pork. It was barely any other options. For someone who doesn’t eat pork it wasn’t good. Also, a recommendation for the Preferred club guest, we should be able to pick which brand of liquor that is in our rooms. Overall, very nice resort and kid friendly!

Food was really good, our favorite was the hibachi. Unfortunately, to be seated at the restaurants you pretty much have to have reservations. Room and property could have been a bit cleaner for my liking.

The food was a good variety of items. Desserts were 7-8 main courses were same buffet were very nice. Service was excellent entertainment was very nice as well. Magic shows trapeze and dancing and singing.

Es un hotel muy familiar, que te da el descanso y la diversión para los niños. En mi caso que viaje con mis hijos (7 y 2 años) se la pasaron increíble. Solamente considero importante tener más opciones de actividades fuera del agua para los más pequeños. La comida, el servicio, la limpieza todo estuvo muy bien!!

The staff were super kind and helpful, rooms were very clean, bathrooms were clean and chair turnover by the pool was great. If not in use the staff cleared chairs after 30 monites of not being used. Only downside of the resort were pool bars closed at 6 which isn’t very late, and there were wedding and parties almost every night. Felt like the weddings took away from the rest of the guest who were staying at the resort. The spa is a bit pricey but total worth it especially when there are deals going on. Taxi services are blocked inside the resort so you have to use the resorts transportation which is insanely pricey.
