Rooms were quiet, beautifully designed and comfortable. Acoustics in the pool area are terrible. Breakfast was great, fitness room is great. I would put a small camera in so the front desk can monitor a little for kids. Overall loved it! We will be back next year! And compliments to the staff for handling the power outage well.,

Great hotel. Super clean and brand new. Huge bathrooms, nice pillows and beds. Pool is tiny and the acoustics are brutal if there are kids in there. No hot tub is a bummer

Fantastic. Fairly new property that is super clean and modern. Staff was great. A little disappointed there wasnt a spa or sauna in the pool area but other than that our stay was top notch.

The stay was ok, clean and well maintained building. One issue that I had that didn’t sit well with me is this is a 4 floor hotel and they only have 2 luggage carts for the whole hotel. You can imagine what it was like carrying all your luggage down 4 stories and having to make multiple trips because at this point there was a line of people waiting for the carts to be returned.

The front desk was stellar and the overall appearance of the hotel was new and clean. However my room had a dead fly on the bathroom floor, a leaky fridge, hairs in the tub and a receipt from someone else’s gas station trip right next to the bed. Makes me wonder if it was actually cleaned?? Also the washer did not work the first time I used it so I had to do a second round and used an extra $2.

The entire hotel was spotless. Front desk, cleaning staff and Breakfast Attendant were all friendly and smiling. Very helpful, too. Made for a very enjoyable stay! Highly recommend this property.

Great, updated hotel! Friendly front desk staff. Things I really liked: the room had enough table areas for four people, the ice was bagged and available to take from freezers, great breakfast, the showers were well designed, everything was clean, I could walk across the street to Starbucks, and Target and a grocery store were just across the road.

Perfect hotel for an in and out business trip. Floors were a bit thin, and i could hear the room above me walking around, but the blackout shades and supremely comfortable bed made up for it.

Nice, newer hotel, but with thin walls, and you can hear EVERYTHING! I could hear someone snoring through the walls all night. I could hear a woman talking on her phone in the early morning hours. Also, the chimes on the elevator were very loud and easily heard from the bed, making for a disruptive sleep.

the building is brand spanking new. great amenities. the pool was delightful and breakfast was good. The bed was not comfortable however - felt like there was a hump in the middle and we'd fall off of each end. Otherwise great.

The room is clean. Comfortable bed except for the pillows, it feels like mostly air. It would be nice if it has some weight to it but that’s my preference. Others might like it super soft. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here. They have lots of choices for their breakfast. I like their sausage, bacon and eggs plus they have biscuit with gravy.

The staff was friendly. It was clean. Good breakfast. Modern rooms. My only complaint is thin walls. I could hear person snoring next door. Not good. Overall I would stay here again.

Best place to stay in Grand Rapids!!! The staff is Awesome. Heather, at the front desk, assisted in fixing a booking issue I had recently that saved my family’s entire weekend trip to a Hockey Tournament in the area. She was absolutely Amazing, just a total Pro!!!

it is fairly new, so everything looks and smells new. Breakfast was decent. Waffles, cereal, scrambled eggs, sausage, milk. Very nice.

Room was clean, and comfortable. Hallway was a little loud, but can not be helped by the staff. Breakfast was disappointing. We arrived at 8:15 am, there was no one in the breakfast area, and there was very little food out, and as soon as we got there the whole place filled up, and the food that was out disappeared. The poor lady running the show could not keep up. Ended up having a cheese biscuit. The fruit that was left was rotten.

This was a very impressive hotel. Everything was new and very clean. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast options were many. We also really appreciated how big the rooms were compared to a normal sized room at other hotels. We felt we were staying at a much more expensive hotel then what we had paid for our stay.

We stayed one night, our room was spacious, clean and inviting. The service was wonderful and friendly. The exercise room had a recumbent bike and a regular bike, free weights and a tv. We like the recumbent bikes. Coffee is available all the time, and they have a nice Nescafé machine with your choice from regular coffee, latte’s and espresso. Very nice! Breakfast was great!! Hot breakfast from waffles to cheese omelets, sausage, cereal and oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit and more. The front desk staff were all helpful and friendly.
