This is a fantastic hotel, amidst a very chaotic area. The property itself is well maintained, very clean and the pool is amazing! Staff are so friendly and did everything they could to make our stay really comfortable. I was really happy that my teenage kids’ room had an connecting door so that they could wander in to our room with no worries. Beds were super comfortable and everything worked in the bathroom. My only negative is allowing smoking on the balconies in the rooms. And not only cigarettes; marijuana is now legal in Thailand and although supposed to be done strictly in the “cafes”, guests saw it as their right to smoke cannabis on their balconies around young children. This was the only disappointing thing for our entire trip.

The hotel is located at the slightly quieter North end of town away from Bangla Road and the busy beach front. However easy to walk to the beach if you dont like poolside. The rooms are spacious with large beds, and an internal balcony facing the pool. The sun loungers around the pool are uncomfortable and very cramped in together. Breakfast is buffet style with numerous options (but the same everyday) however there are a-la-carte options included. The staff here are super friendly and helpful

We’ve stayed at a few different properties and Mövenpick Myth would be the best by far. The pool access rooms are big with your own jacuzzi. Breakfast is amazing with a huge variety. They had a free chocolate hour when we stayed. If you are looking for somewhere that has that little bit extra. You need to book in.

After touring round Thailand we booked this for our last 4 nights. Rooms are beautiful with everything provided. Breakfast was plentiful with so much choice. The pool area is lovely. Good location for beach. Would book again.

The room is super clean and spacious. There is no need to clean everyday, but the staff still reminded us so they can change us clean sheets and vacuum. The pool is definitely the highlight of the hotel. Nice pool view from all rooms. The buffet breakfast is such a nice easy option for family with kids, as it is very busy outside of the hotel, great to start the day with a relaxing breakfast.

Il y en a pour vraiment tous les goûts La literie est parfaite et la cafetière Nespresso dans la chambre est un must pour moi Seum bémol, l’odeur de renfermé quand on rentre dans la chambre J'ai compris après la 1ere nuit… la Clim génère beaucoup d’humidité donc le lendemain énormément de condensation dans la chambre… on ne peut même pas se voir dans le miroir Mais avec la chaleur ambiante… en ouvrant la porte du balcon ça se dissipe très vite Propreté irréprochable Un bel hôtel de charme proche de tout sans être dans le tumulte de Patong

A nice property but was a little disappointed in the slap dash approach to house keeping. Water not replaced one day then the next it was no T bags and equal. The room was great but had a smell of damp every time you walked in. The staff were lovely. The noise at the pool late into the night wasn’t good either. There appeared to be no security checking and I heard other guests complaining of the same thing. Overall it was a disappointing stay for what is supposed to be a 5 star resort.

Very nice hotel located near the beach area in Patong. The rooms are well furnished and modern with good views to the swimming pools, amenities are varied and good housekeeping is provided. Buffet breakfast is with many options. Location of the hotel is nearby a street full of restaurants and shops and not far from the beach. Staff are cooperative and welcoming.

Fantastic hotel and service. Only two points to improve: 1. Checkout took 35 minutes which is 30 minutes too long, way too long. 2. There was an issue with towels, seemed there was a consistent shortage of towels in the rooms and had to use same towels for 2 days

It was a great experience staying at the Movenpick Hotel Patong. We booked a family suite for 3 nights from the 8th to the 11th of February. The room was spacious and well-maintained. The toilets were clean and the beds were huge. I really liked the location, it was convenient, and the staff were friendly, polite, and always smiling. I loved this place and would highly recommend it.

I had two bedrooms suite 👌on second floor corner it was very nice and comfortable. I would like to thank all nice staff specially Sofia who was very supportive and nice to me. The only thing is the room door isn't sound proof nor walls and you can hear walkers outside make too much noises talking too loud and if you are an early bird it will be no problem for you. The hotel is very suitable for families and near all stores . Beach is walking 20 mints and bangala road about 30 minutes. The beds mattress is so comfortable and rooms are very clean . مناسب جدا للعائلات وانصح به

The rooms were tired, for example the net curtains were disintegrating, all the wooden furniture was scratched and in need of replacing or painting, the shower scorched you with extremely hot water every minute or so.Given the size of the premises I would have thought the breakfast buffet would be considerably larger. We ordered room service one night, the pasta wasn't good at all and I only had a couple of mouthfuls. On a positive note the complimentary goodies on arrival were a great touch, it was also my birthday and they brought me up a complimentary birthday dessert 🎂

We checked in at 4 PM. Our booking was pool two rooms from me, My husband and our two teens. rooms were nicely decorated and well Kept. the only issue was that the air conditioning was not fully operating because of the humidity coming from the pool side. the pool side during the day is Noisy. very nice breakfast it was awesome. location is brilliant. unfortunately rarely you can make use of the chocolate hour due to the limitation of the offering. unfortunately, some guests are rude enough to fight to finish everything before you can indulge. We checked in at 4 PM. Our booking was pool two rooms from me, My husband and our two teens. rooms were nicely decorated and well Kept. the only issue was that the air conditioning was not fully operating because of the humidity coming from the pool side. the pool side during the day is Noisy. very nice breakfast it was awesome. location is brilliant. unfortunately rarely you can make use of the chocolate hour due to the limitation of the offering. unfortunately, some guests are rude enough to fight to finish everything before you can indulge. Hotel is really nice but overpriced to similar hotels. we might come back.

This is a fantastic hotel, amidst a very chaotic area. The property itself is well maintained, very clean and the pool is amazing! Staff are so friendly and did everything they could to make our stay really comfortable. I was really happy that my teenage kids’ room had an connecting door so that they could wander in to our room with no worries. Beds were super comfortable and everything worked in the bathroom. My only negative is allowing smoking on the balconies in the rooms. And not only cigarettes; marijuana is now legal in Thailand and although supposed to be done strictly in the “cafes”, guests saw it as their right to smoke cannabis on their balconies around young children. This was the only disappointing thing for our entire trip.

Fantastic hotel and service. Only two points to improve: 1. Checkout took 35 minutes which is 30 minutes too long, way too long. 2. There was an issue with towels, seemed there was a consistent shortage of towels in the rooms and had to use same towels for 2 days

Nice hotel in general, but its more like an "all inclusice place for families with kids", not for adults wanting a romantic get-away. We had sent in a request for a room near the pool-bar, but when checked in we were placed at the far end.. .and when asking why, we were told that it was more quite and a lot more privacy.. Well, they could not be more wrong.. All rooms in our area had kids, lots of kids, and they were up closed to 24/7.. .when we asked the guards (at 02 in the morning) to stop then, they only increased the noice.. As, we do as we want to... The following morning we asked for the reception to move the guests, but were told that was not an option... We then decided to just leave the hotel, 4 days early.. and as you will all understand - we will NOT be returning..

Very nice hotel located near the beach area in Patong. The rooms are well furnished and modern with good views to the swimming pools, amenities are varied and good housekeeping is provided. Buffet breakfast is with many options. Location of the hotel is nearby a street full of restaurants and shops and not far from the beach. Staff are cooperative and welcoming.

The hotel is located in the city center where you have many options for dining and relaxation, including massage services. We are Muslims and found numerous halal options around the hotel. However, during checkout, I had to pay extra for a cup that I accidentally broke. These are probably their rules, and we paid without any issues, but it’s unfortunate that they insisted on it. If they hadn’t asked, we would have left more than the amount they requested as a tip. But overall, it was a pleasant experience at this hotel.

We’ve stayed at a few different properties and Mövenpick Myth would be the best by far. The pool access rooms are big with your own jacuzzi. Breakfast is amazing with a huge variety. They had a free chocolate hour when we stayed. If you are looking for somewhere that has that little bit extra. You need to book in.
