Room is very clean & staffs are friendly & helpful. Excellent customer support.

Property was good, since owner and staff of the property is one person there is no service at night time. First day of our stay the wind locked us out the room with keys inside the room so we called so many times for assistance and received no help. We had to sleep in my kids room and my kids has adjust by sleeping on the floor for a night and the next morning, the owner showed no sympathy and pushed it off. No hotel service at all. For changing of towels or need something very rude behavior.

This was the best experience I’ve had with a hotel in my whole life. It was so personable and the owners were so lovely and made me feel safe, cared for and at home. Thank you to Arlene and Guaneng for their hospitality and care. They made my trip to Santorini unforgettable. I will be bringing my loved ones back to experience this beautiful place.

The host was the highlight of this hotel. It is family run and it shows heavily in how well they take care of guest. Breakfast was served to your room everyday (so luxurious!!) and customized to your liking. Our room was small but comfortable. They take fantastic care of the property and pool area, providing towels as needed. Only downside is the hotel is not walking distance from big towns, but our host helped us find the public bus which ended up being so fun and adventurous. The bus went to every destination on the island and we didn’t miss out on anything. We had a WONDERFUL time here. 100% recommend!!!
