But if a funeral parlour feel to the reception lobby. No room AC and our room was outside the noisy ventilation machine on roof so couldn’t leave window open. £10 charge to room service now becoming a joke. Staff friendly enough and view of Errigal amazing but wouldn’t rush back

My family got down for breakfast at 1015 and there was very little left no eggs, hash browns or tamotoes but I noticed that a few people where ordering from the server after the breakfast buffet had finished.maybe I could of asked for the items that where missing from the buffet but I didn’t know if I had that option

Staff were amazing from beginning to end. Our room had plenty of room with two double beds but the rest of my family’s rooms which were doubles were so tiny and cramped!! Breakfast was lovely - lots of options! We had dinner in Fara Ógs on the first night and it was amazing!!! And dinner in the Tapas bar on the second night and it was equally as good. Swimming pool was great! Our bathroom had a bad smell and our TV remote didn’t work. But apart from that, we had a fantastic stay!!! Would definitely recommend!

Four star hotel yet could not connect to wi-fi in the bedrooms. Good wi-fi in reception areas but none in the bedroom. Asked at reception if there was a bar on-site - told at 7.30pm, yes there was but don't know how long it will remain open. Somewhat disappointing for a 4 star hotel. Rooms nice, general hotel area nice but disappointed in the two areas above.
