The hotel was fairly nice. My booking included breakfast but it doesn't start until 6 am which is late for a hotel attached to an airport. Also I specifically booked this hotel to have access to a pool but it was closed for refurbishment. Expedia clearly stated if the pool was closed there was an alternative but there was no alternative,which was unhelpful misleading.

I had to stay at Nanjing due to the connection flight was cancelled by the air line. Booked it for its convenience location which is not need to step out the departure and arrival just walk about estimated 200meters. It was amazing flight campus view and comfy Spacious room. Very quiet hall way and comfy bedding. Nice swimming pool with heated water. Just one day no time to enjoy the other services. Definitely recommend and will stay again next time.

Two items I would give a poor rating. The hot water pressure in the room is extremely low. Took me almost half an hour to take a shower. It's impossible to use the bath tub... Takes ages to fill up and the water becomes cold after that. I gave up... The room service was bad , I asked for some coffee and the staff on the line was unpleasant and seems to give an impression that I was bothering her peace.

I Stayed at this hotel many times. Services from front desk to restaurants as well as lobby staff etc are all excellent every time I was there. Very nice rooms , located at the airport easy to fly the next day. I arrived around 8,30 at night and there was very limited choice in terms of eating a hamburger or a club sandwich!!, that is diappointing for a hotel inside an Airport! Breakfast the next morning was wonderful

The hotel was comfortable and luxurious. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious. The next morning, I enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which was even more abundant and tasty.
