If proximity to the beach is top priority this is a great choice. Unfortunately it’s a bit remote from the town where the food/shops are, and so multiple times a day we were walking 15+ minutes up the hill to dine. Pros: The best A/C we’ve encountered in Italy. You can make the room a comfortable lower 70’s Fahrenheit. Beach right outside your door. Cons: Smallest bathroom (maybe 3’x3’) of any place we stayed in Italy. I’m not that big of a guy and I could barely bend down in the shower to wash my legs.

Location was right on the beach! The unit is clean and nice but I would say works best for 2-3 people tops. Great views. Building is old and dated. Parking is paid and can be challenging on the weekend since it is at a dead end street. Owner responded very quickly to all needs. 3rd floor and elevator stopped working one of the days.
