The complete rental space was very clean. The staff was exceptionally responsive to our needs. The hotel was located in a great location/neighborhood. The final day I noticed a free laundry room. Would we stay there again indeed. It was close to the metro rail and walking distance to the gran via. There is coffee shops with on a block radius and also a convenience store two blocks away.

It’s exactly what you would imagine if you wanted a great apartment in central Madrid. The Palace is a stone’s through away; the Prado about 20 mins walk; and there’s a great private deck for breakfast. The best part: private parking below the building. Overall perfect.

Nur ein Kritikpunkt: bei nachfrage nach einem 2. Reinigungstab für den Geschirrspüler wollte man er -,41 Cent. Wäre okay. Dann plötzlich 1,-€ für einen einzigen Reinigungstab um das Geschirr wieder sauber zu hinterlassen. Bei diesem Mietpreis lächerlich. Wir spülten dann ohne.

I booked a 2 room apartment which was spacious and very clean. Washing machine and dryer is at the end of the corridor on each level. Car park is on site and can be a little tight for larger SUVs. Overall, it gave us the most homely feel in 3 weeks of travelling on the road. Highly recommended.

Very nice clean room but a bit austere /sparsely decorated for the size of the room. That being said there was plenty of room to spread out open up luggage - which is often hard to find in Europe . It was nice to explore a tranquil area of town with small markets and cafes close by. Room was super quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Main attractions are 10-25 minutes walk ( plaza de Espagna is around the corner as is el Museo Cerralba - whereas the Prado is more like 25-30 min walk with lots to see along the way. ). Diego was helpful at the front desk. This is a a well priced property with large apartments . Elevators were modern and efficient. Really liked our stay - Value- 5/5 Cleanliness 5/5. Location 4

Great 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with plenty of room. Very clean, great air conditioning, and before we arrived the property was quick to reply to questions via email. Easy walk to nearby sites and dining. Only negative is for us the dining room chairs were not comfortable.

The location was the only positive thing about this hotel/apartment. When I checked in, I was shocked to find out daily cleaning is not included. I have stayed at several locations throughout Spain and none of them charge extra for daily cleaning, whats more absurd is this Madrid hotel was the most expensive of all. Toilet was not clean, there were lots of stains on the bathroom door, closet doors. Bedding was dirty, and I don’t even want to talk about the filthy living room sofa. I do not recommend staying at this hotel, there are better options.

The rooms are spacious, very clean. Location is great! Walked to the Royal palace, grand villa. The only thing negative is that we were given a room on the first floor and you can hear people walking passes your room window. I would stay here again, but this time, request a room in the highest floor available.

EXCELLENT Place - best accommodations of our trip! Will stay here again! Apartment was so comfortable - we had a two bedroom, two bathroom for my husband and I traveling with our young adult daughter. The apartment is spacious with fully updated bathrooms and a mini kitchen (mini refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle - and even some coffee/tea supplies) as well as plates and kitchenware. PLENTY of outlets for charging our devices, great wifi, water pressure and shower was terrific, lots of hooks for towels - just really comfy. A small dining table and couch with TV. Beds are comfy, linens and pillows are very nice. Laundry facility on each floor really helped us get 2 loads done in the middle of our 3 week trip. Close to the Cathedral and a nice park next door. Plenty of eateries in easy walking distance. Staff was very nice and helpful. Wish every city we visited had the same accommodations. I’m definitely recommending this place to some friends going to Madrid in a few months.

Modern, clean, comfortable apartment. Just as it looks in the photos. Having a human being to talk to on reception at all times of the day is a huge plus. We loved the calm of the local area - very near plaza de España, the royal palace, cathedral and Gran Via. One small request - could the apartment please have a full length mirror installed somewhere so that guests can see what their chosen outfit actually looks like before stepping out?

Apartment was nice and in a great location. It’s a very tight space though. Not much room to unpack bags and few hangers if you’re staying a week or more. Furniture was also a bit run down—one of our dining chairs broke mid stay. Could use a bit refreshing. Laundry is not in unit, but still accessible. Showers were nice. Front desk staff was very helpful.

Location is excellent with plenty of travelling, shopping and eating options on your doorstep. The flat was of a good size and the service was brilliant. Sofa bed was very comfortable. Blackout shutters are the best I've ever seen. The only slight annoyance was the design of the bathroom which could be improved by installing an additional door between the room and the dressing area.

We wanted self catering, 2 beds, 2 baths and air con. 4 friends travelling together. These apartments appealed as they always have a receptionist on, so it felt secure. Apartment exceeded our expectations! Easy 10min walk to the Royal Palace. 20mins walk to Plaza Major. Apartment was clean, quiet and well equipped. Brilliant electric shutters made the bedrooms really dark for sleeping overnight. Helpful staff when we accidentally locked stuff in our safe on the first day! We'd recommend watching sunset from the hill next to the apartment (Temple de Debod). And rooftop drinks at Hotel Riu (5 mins walk). All of the area around the hotel and city center felt very safe and friendly.

Our apartment was wonderful, spacious and clean! The staff was friendly and welcoming, were very helpful and allowed us to check in a little early and leave our car parked for the afternoon after we checked out. It’s an amazing area, great for walking to parks and restaurants, the Palace and Temple are very close. Highly recommend, would definitely again!

Convenient location steps away from Plaza Espana and the Royal Palace. Many restaurant options around. There is a busy street in front of the hotel and I found that the insolation from this noise was insufficient. We reported that the kitchen sont was leaking and it took 48 hours for repairs to occur. We were told upon arrival that our stay did not include daily housekeeping nor body wash and shampooing. As I do not remember this being mentioned at booking, I was quite dissatisfied. I was finally provided complimentary body wash.
