Great location! Small trail located behind hotel that has a little playground for kiddos. Walkable to Texas Music City Grill & Smokehouse, food was amazing. Lovely fire place to relax by! Plus staff was amazing on top of it!

We booked this hotel because it was pet friendly, close to the interstate, and affordable. We weren’t expecting much, but it surpassed all of our expectations. The rooms are nice and roomy with a great layout. The hotel itself is newer and very clean. Plenty of parking for our truck and trailer, lots of pet areas, and the staff was all very friendly. I’d highly recommend.

Really glad I booked this hotel. Everything and every staff person we encountered were wonderful. Breakfast buffet and choices were spectacular. Coffee was pretty good too. Room was quiet, clean, cool, and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. The little cocktail bar was really nice. Bartender made a perfect gin martini. Wouod definitely stay here again if back in town. This stay eas part of our drive back to the east coast from CA.

This was an unbelievable stay. The service was phenomenal. The facility had an inside bar. We were able to get a nightcap. The bartender was great. She served with a smile, even at closing time and last minute order. The facility was immaculate, the breakfast great, the staff so friendly. We will stay here again in the future. Wonder stay!!!

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and never once did room service come and get the trash from our rooms. Nor did they change the sheets or give us new towels. We had the Do Not Disturb sign up but once on the first day. After that we didn’t have it up. When we told the staff how we were dissatisfied they said they were sorry. We used the gym everyday and it wasn’t maintained well. They never refilled the towels or the cups for the water machine. The equipment wasn’t wiped down. The build was clean and seemed nice but we were deeply disappointed with the service.

Love their breakfast options! It feels safe and was very clean. The only bad thing was that there was a bad smell in the lobby and 2nd floor hallway the night we stayed, but it was gone the next morning.

We were only there one night of our road trip, so it was certainly adequate. The bathroom was not very clean — sticky floor, etc. The location was fine for walking a block or 2 for dinner, but otherwise not very convenient to other options. The breakfast was good. Front desk staffer seemed overworked — he was not around when we were checking in and the bartender had to locate him.

I would give it five stars but they must’ve forgotten to clean the toilet before I checked in. There was urine splatter all over the toilet seat. The couch had some stains as well. Other than that it’s a nice hotel.

We Stayed 2 nights, the hotel was very nice and well kept. Everything was very clean, the room was very clean, also. very comfortable beds. The only slight negative, barn doors as bathroom door. They do not lock. not a real big deal but I like a locked door when I shower, lol to many psycho movies.

Breakfast was spot-on with a lot of varieties and everyone was really pleasant. Would definitely stay again next time we pass thru, thank you. Recommend A+++

Everything warranted a five star evaluation --- Except the TV would not work! The explanation was that there was a system problem in the whole facility and not something they could fix that evening, nor was it likely to be solved by a move to a different room.

Hotel was nice, and breakfast was better than most. However, hotel ran out of quarters for washers and dryers, and instead of trying to solve the problem for the handful of us who needed them, they suggested at 10 pm at night that we find a local convenience store. They did the same with 1 dollar bills.

When we arrived they improperly swiped our card for a couple hundred dollars. When I alerted them to it, they changed our payment method to a debit card linked to my Expedia account *without asking me! This started a new cycle of charges to that card while the previous remained as a hold. The card I presented them with on arrival was a travel checking account that was set up to have the exact amount of the hotel stay SPECIFICALLY to navigate the problem of temporary holds. Effectively the hotel tied up about $300 of our cash that was meant for a couple dinners out, which we couldn’t do because we are working people who don’t have extra money to use when this kind of thing happens. And now it’s 8 days later and I still have a hold for $100 on my personal checking that I never authorized the hotel to use. The general manager reached out to me and offered points toward a future stay — are you laughing yet because I am. I’m old enough to remember that if a hotel ruins your trip, they comp you a night, or they upgrade your room. Instead they offered me a vague number of points and asked me to bet on their hotel next time, and spend more money. This is how you lose a customer for life folks- not just the location but the brand itself.

The staff were very polite. Called our room as soon as we arrived to make sure we were satisfied with the room. Very helpful with things to do on the area. I can not say enough about the staff. I have stayed in 5 Starr Resorts and they do not compare to the friendly men and women here.

Terrible room was next two rooms that closed down bar. Slamming doors loud talking till 4am. Reported to front desk five times no help. Finally police showed and arrested some and rest left with small children.

Our only complaint is that this hotel is NOT in Tyler TX! I searched for a hotel in Tyler and this was the second hotel listed. It is 30 minutes from Tyler which was very frustrating after a long day of driving.

It’s in a quaint little town, where there are plenty of things to walk to if you’d like. Everyone has been kind and inviting. The bar area is clean, the breakfast was very good and there was plenty to choose from.

Everything was exceptional at this hotel! Staff friendly and helpful. Room updated, spacious, and clean. Bed very comfortable! Quiet and safe location, convenient/walking distance to several excellent restaurants. Breakfast was tasty and very inviting; was nice to have the option to use real plates and silverware vs only plastic. One of our best stays.
