Room was nice but false advertising. Jacuzzi broke for months no effort to repair. Sauna has huge extra charge they dont tell you about until arrival.

I am writing this review because because I could barely find any information on 88th Avenue Hotel/Apartments other then picture and description posted online. The property is list 4 star hotel, I would say it is equal to Hilton Double Tree Suites. The pictures and description online are accurate. My room looked identical to the photos. Amenities: the property has a indoor pool (4 ft) deep, very nice gym, sauna, rooftop jacuzzi, and paid laundry service. The commercial plaza in front has several restaurants, coffee shop, small grocery store, beauty salon, courtyard bar, night club, martial arts dojo, and music school. I would give the property the highest rating, but there is one issue. If you are a lite sleeper (BEWARE) the sound from the night club is LOUD from (10 pm to 2 am). The music from the live band preforming in the courtyard is EXTREMELY loud (10pm to 1 am). My room was on the 6th floor and I could hear everything clearly. My family could not sleep. The hot water works intermittently. Overall, the property is beautiful and the room was just what I desired. The service was very polite, attentive, and respectful (especially Tatika Marie). I would definitely stay here again.

The reception is at the opposite side from the drop off point. The area is filled with establishments and restaurants. Tere's a grocer shop just outside and there is no issue with transportation both public and otherwise. The staff are incredible, the facilities are great, the room is great and the bed is comfortable. Very comfortable. Only problem I had was that there was no netflix, but that's a personal preference 😂 Indulge yourselves with the amenities this place have to offer like high end restaurants, indoor pool, even a tae kwondo instructor just downstairs. Weird but a cool option.

I love the convience of restaurants right next to you on the ground… 7/11 is walking distance without having to run through traffic …. Loved the location and has a garage to park motorcycle or car…. Each tier room got better and better as I expanded to better room size to accommodate my company…. The penthouse was so nice that you didn’t even want to leave… I love it here

The room is really sparkling clean and well maintained. The bed is so comfy and the environment is not noisy very relaxing! The only cons I want to point out is the swimming pool is not well maintained and clean, it was dirty.

Pretty nice place and has good room amenities. There are quite a few restaurants in the connecting plaza. There's a safe in the room. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen are stocked. The pool is cold and indoor. The hot tub on the rooftop was not working.

This was my first time in Cebu and I choose well. It suited me as it was close to both IT and AYELA Malls .. both were walking distance. The hotel was great with a gym and a jacuzzi on the rooftop which I used regularly. If I was to return to Cebu it would be my first choice

The apartment was well equipped, comfortable, it was clean and the staff were incredibly polite and service minded. It felt safe and secure to be there as a guest. A short distance to eateries and an overpriced grocery store with a lot of Korean goods. I would be more than happy to recommend others to stay here, short distance to Cebu IT-Park as well. In contrast, living at the end towards Crossroads was a bit tiring since at 11 o'clock (PM) in the evening they started welding, angle grinders and other things that were disturbing and sometimes very noisy when we were going to sleep.

Very clean rooms in a great location. The staff and house keeping were great. Walking distance to the malls or a short taxi ride. A handful of good restaurants close to the hotel with different price points ago. Also close to the market if you want to stock up and cook a few meals in the room. It was pretty easy to catch a taxi or grab drive from here. We stayed for seven nights and would definitely stay here again if in Cebu city.

The 2 room suite was nice and very practical for our family of 3. The cleanliness was good for this class of hotel and excellent considering the neighborhood. It is located in a modern courtyard with little shops and 3-4 decent restaurants.

Great stay this time. Only issue were ants around the kitchen sink and stove. They only give you 1 toilet paper at a time. No snacks or drinks in refrigerator. Flies in the washroom shower.

War jetzt mein zweites Mal in diesem Hotel und es war wieder Top. Bis auf ein paar kleinere Dinge ist es sehr sauber und die Zimmer werden jeden Tag sehr gut gereinigt. Das einzige was ich mir noch wünschen würde wären bessere Möglichkeiten im Hotel zu essen glaube ein Restaurant gibt es innerhalb des Hotels nicht dafür kann man vor dem Hotel sehr gut essen und es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt für Getränke und schnelle Speisen. Vom Hotel aus erreicht man die Ayala Mall sehr schnell und ist auch Recht schnell an anderen Orten mit dem Taxi oder anderen Beförderungsmitteln.

①通常のホテルにはあるアメニティーとミニバーが無く、その情報も掲載されていなかった。 ②洗面台の蛇口からはお湯が全く出ない（水のみ） ③朝食は移動して近くのステーキ店で提供される方式でしたが、選択肢が少ないのとおかわりが出来ない＆ドリンクは別料金とビッフェスタイルを想定していたので、乖離が大きすぎた。 また、予約の際にその情報がどこからも読み取れなかった。 ④流し付近に小さい虫が結構飛んでいて、気になった。 ⑤モールまで徒歩圏内でしたが、直近の大通りを渡るのにかなり危険な状態で、立地条件も？？？？？？ ⑥全体的にホテルという感じがしなかった。（残念）

We thought this hotel was okay when we arrived. However, on the first night when we were ready for bed, we opened the bed sheets and it was dirty inside with other peoples hair and stains. We called the reception to change the sheets which they did. They asked me 4 times if we had used the bed yet which I replied every time we had not used the bed yet. The real problem was however, they tried to charge us extra money to change the sheets. When I objected, the staff started saying that I was the problem and they charged us to change the sheets because we should’ve asked as soon as we entered the room at 2pm. The outside of the bed was clean so we didn’t think under the sheets would be dirty. Some of the staff were very rude as well when discussing the situation in Bisaya. They did not realize that I speak Bisaya too and quickly left when I started speaking to them, leaving the poor receptionist to handle the situation alone. I will not be coming back here and will advise my friends and family not to visit this hotel.

Small rooms are very affordable and very nice and have very comfortable beds. Large rooms are very expensive. And they all have a sliding glass door so you can get fresh air.Or if you are a smoker, you can go out there and smoke.Not as smoking myself

The whole unit is spacious, airy, quiet, with good wi-fi coverage and great views of sunrise. It also overlooks the city as our room was located on 8th floor. There are good shops below the unit which was handy for us. Breakfast was great too. Customer service could be better and should be consistent with all staffs. Some staffs had an offish and non caring attitude while others excel on their customer meet and greet. Some facilities require an upgrade due to signs of wear and tear from obvious years of use.

Very clean rooms in a great location. The staff and house keeping were great. Walking distance to the malls or a short taxi ride. A handful of good restaurants close to the hotel with different price points ago. Also close to the market if you want to stock up and cook a few meals in the room. It was pretty easy to catch a taxi or grab drive from here. We stayed for seven nights and would definitely stay here again if in Cebu city.

The staff was very courteous, very professional, friendly and professional. The only drawback was that netflix wws not working. I absolutely loved everything eose, the gym is great, the eateries that support the hotel, the market, and the entire property was fantastic.

I am writing this review because because I could barely find any information on 88th Avenue Hotel/Apartments other then picture and description posted online. The property is list 4 star hotel, I would say it is equal to Hilton Double Tree Suites. The pictures and description online are accurate. My room looked identical to the photos. Amenities: the property has a indoor pool (4 ft) deep, very nice gym, sauna, rooftop jacuzzi, and paid laundry service. The commercial plaza in front has several restaurants, coffee shop, small grocery store, beauty salon, courtyard bar, night club, martial arts dojo, and music school. I would give the property the highest rating, but there is one issue. If you are a lite sleeper (BEWARE) the sound from the night club is LOUD from (10 pm to 2 am). The music from the live band preforming in the courtyard is EXTREMELY loud (10pm to 1 am). My room was on the 6th floor and I could hear everything clearly. My family could not sleep. The reception is at the opposite side from the drop off point. The area is filled with establishments and restaurants. Tere's a grocer shop just outside and there is no issue with transportation both public and otherwise. The staff are incredible, the facilities are great, the room is great and the bed is comfortable. Very comfortable. Only problem I had was that there was no netflix, but that's a personal preference 😂 Indulge yourselves with the amenities this place have to offer like high end restaurants, indoor pool, even a tae kwondo instructor just downstairs. Weird but a cool option.

This is a great place if you don’t want to leave it often. The traffic around if was really bad. The tv, wifi, and fridge didn’t work but the fix them all very quickly once reported. Staff was nice and helpful.

We thought this hotel was okay when we arrived. However, on the first night when we were ready for bed, we opened the bed sheets and it was dirty inside with other peoples hair and stains. We called the reception to change the sheets which they did. They asked me 4 times if we had used the bed yet which I replied every time we had not used the bed yet. The real problem was however, they tried to charge us extra money to change the sheets. When I objected, the staff started saying that I was the problem and they charged us to change the sheets because we should’ve asked as soon as we entered the room at 2pm. The outside of the bed was clean so we didn’t think under the sheets would be dirty. Some of the staff were very rude as well when discussing the situation in Bisaya. They did not realize that I speak Bisaya too and quickly left when I started speaking to them, leaving the poor receptionist to handle the situation alone. I will not be coming back here and will advise my friends and family not to visit this hotel.

Worst place to stay. Electricity going on and off. Water didn't work for 2 days. Toilet didnt flush for 2 days. No running water for 2 days. They said it would be fixed every morning but it didnt. Reception doesnt pick up. Security guards sleep. They seem to not care. After saying ill call police they provided water to flush and drinking water as i said this is humanitiarian rights for water. I said prisons have better care. Stay away.

Probably one of the better stays just outside the periphery of IT PARK (which is just a quick 7 minute walk to the mall). I stayed for 6 days in one of the lower tier suites (after looking at the other ones) and suffice it to say these mini studio apartments served me well for my stay. The hidden amenity is that this Condo is part of a small entertainment enclave. The front courtyard houses several mid-fine dining restaurants along with a world class Napoli Pizza Joint, Coffee spot, Korean Grocery Store and an outdoor bar area complete with live music on some nights. It doesn’t get rowdy but there is sufficient entertainment if you can’t bring yourself to Mango Street again. The staff are quick to smile and at your service. The street is one of the main arteries in the city and you can have your pick of ankas, taxi, bus or grab as your mode of travel right at your door. A little bit of a longer walk to the other bigger AYALA mall though. Hop on a motorcycle taxi to get there, otherwise you’ll be stuck in traffic.

Nice hotel but for me, a lousy location. As a photographer, I like to walk around older interesting parts of the city to get pics. This hotel is on a very busy main street that is nearly impossible to get across. Also difficult for cabs to turn into the parking area. Breakfast included but the Tomntom cafe is usually out of some items so go elswhere if you can find anything. The Ayala mall close by is the most boring in all of Cebu. I checked out early and found a hotel nearer the entertainment district.

War jetzt mein zweites Mal in diesem Hotel und es war wieder Top. Bis auf ein paar kleinere Dinge ist es sehr sauber und die Zimmer werden jeden Tag sehr gut gereinigt. Das einzige was ich mir noch wünschen würde wären bessere Möglichkeiten im Hotel zu essen glaube ein Restaurant gibt es innerhalb des Hotels nicht dafür kann man vor dem Hotel sehr gut essen und es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt für Getränke und schnelle Speisen. Vom Hotel aus erreicht man die Ayala Mall sehr schnell und ist auch Recht schnell an anderen Orten mit dem Taxi oder anderen Beförderungsmitteln.

The hotel is within walking distance to a mall, supermarket, restaurants, clubs, park, etc. It was convenient having a kitchen in the room. Security was onsite which made it feel comforting and the staff were very accommodating to our needs. The rooms were always clean. However, the walls are thin and a laughter or two could be heard. The rooftop offered beautiful daytime/nighttime scenery and a relaxing jacuzzi and bbq area for you to use. Overall, I would stay there again and recommend the place to other travelers.

Area under property is very nice and relaxing. Good restaurants and relaxing entertainment. Very busy road though that is difficult to cross with traffic. Beds are a little too soft for my taste, but that is my opinion.

This was my first time in Cebu and I choose well. It suited me as it was close to both IT and AYELA Malls .. both were walking distance. The hotel was great with a gym and a jacuzzi on the rooftop which I used regularly. If I was to return to Cebu it would be my first choice

War sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft nettes Personal, Zimmer war gemütlich und sauber wie auf den Bildern vor dem Hotel gibt es einige sehr gute Restaurants und auch einen kleinen Supermarkt wo man kleinere Sachen und Getränke kaufen kann.

Pretty nice place and has good room amenities. There are quite a few restaurants in the connecting plaza. There's a safe in the room. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen are stocked. The pool is cold and indoor. The hot tub on the rooftop was not working.

Another great stay and conveniently located. In the heart of downtown Cebu. Hotel itself has many amenities as well as restaurants. Staff was very welcoming and courteous.

2 bedroom Room was spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids.. Beds were super comfortable! But bedrooms had some funky smell (almost like urine)… Shower pressure was quite low and no hot and cold… Staff were very nice and helpful. It’s so close to IT park, and Ayala mall you can walk if you want… But we did take a taxi to Ayala mall few times for $1.5 USD per way.
