Top Lage. Zimmer super, zweckmässig u. mit kleien Extras Zimmerservice gründlich und freundlich. Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit! Frühstücksservice wenig aufmerksam, zT. Kein Englisch. Rainbow Restaurant besser lassen, es gibt viele kleine Restaurants in der Nähe. Pool leider geschlossen, aber auch sehr vorteilhaft fotografiert. Rooftopbar lala. War aber nicht so entscheidend für uns. Fazit: wir kommen gerne wieder.

Very convenient location in a very nice part of Hong Kong. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. I did not eat on site at the hotel at all. I did use the rooftop balcony for cocktails with friends and it was beautiful and service was excellent.

The property was clean and rooms were spacious. The staff were very supportive of early check in and late check out. The place was modern and functional and provided ample water and the nespresso machine was great. The pool looked pretty average but once I went inside I realised it was amazing. Make sure you use it! The view from inside the pool is spectacular. Would have loved a full service hotel with breakfast but what we got is standard Hong Kong...shame it really has increased in proce in last 10 years

We loved the daily tidying up and overall customer service of the staff, especially the free later check-out option. It was really nice to be within walking distance of everything we were wanting to do and still enjoy local eateries along the way. The only feedback we have for improvement is to have a shuttle bus to and from the airport and possibly better pricing for the restaurant across the street in partnership with the hotel. We also did not have access to the pool which we were looking forward to using.

Great hotel with a very modern room that is trendy. Cool artwork in the room, everything is controlled electronically like curtains and all lights.. A small gym, but ok. Disappointed that the pool was closed under renovations. Good location and friendly staff

Scandi chic meets Asia - loved our room, it was very elegant, we’ll appoint and clean. It felt luxurious compared to the hotels we had been staying at in mainland China. The 29th floor rooftop infinity pool was small but enjoyable with just me. Just four loungers and 4 chairs could leave you disappointed but we found two free on our 3 visits. Similarly the bar on the same floor has plenty of space inside bout outside was limited to a wrap around balcony and we sat outside 2 of 3 nights. Bar menu is limited but we had delicious reasonably priced food and drinks on each of our 3 visits.

For a hotel in the IHG group, this location and hotel was very disappointing. Being that it is only about 10 years old, the property was very poorly kept. The issues of mold in our rooms (we had to change our initially issued room at check-in due to the very bad mold issue) led to suffering physically. My mother, my 5yo and I were all suffering from the mold exposure, from sneezing coughing wheezing body aches etc. Also, other guests were repeatedly smoking in this NON-smoking hotel - yet hotel staff were unable to do anything about it since they were "not caught in the act" and therefore unable to prove or push the issue further. Really tragic that guests find loopholes in the law to go about smoking anyways. Housekeeping can easily tell who has been smoking in the rooms, yet that isnt enough? Apparently guilty parties can just claim they didnt, or had smoked outside and returned - causing the scent in their rooms, and thats that. This is an issue of most hotels in Hong Kong, not just this hotel from my experience. Anyway, back to this being IHG and a big reason why we chose it in the first place. IHG hotels have been nothing but wonderful in other locations we have experienced, but based on this experience it will make us think twice before choosing IHG in Hong Kong ever again. Even though HK is a humid city, clean out your filters rugs and curtains or replace them!!! This is really unacceptable, making people sick.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Indigo in Wan Chai. It was close to everything and we had no problems catching a taxi when we went out. Our room was quiet and comfortable and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower had good hot water and pressure. We went to the bar upstairs and enjoyed cocktails. The staff was very professional and helpful. We would stay at this hotel again when we visit HK.

Concierge check in and out was seamless. Rooms were spacious for Hong Kong standards and shower area was fantastic with good water power. The hotel staff was very helpful in helping us find our way to the airport given that there was the Hong Kong Marathon on the day of check out and we couldn’t take a taxi. Pillows could have been firmer though. Really enjoyed our stay here. Location was fantastic as well- easy access to MTR station and chic neighbourhood to be in. Overall will choose this hotel again if I come back to Hong Kong.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The room was spacious and clean, the bed and the pillows were very comfortable and the room had everything you might need. We couldn’t hear anything from the rooms around us. AC was working without any issues. The WiFi was working fine all the time, with the exception of two evenings. The rooftop-pool was also a nice place to chill and it has a pretty view and is clean. You can reach the MTR and the Ding Dings in less than 5 minutes and the Wan Chai market and lots of restaurants are just around the corner. The staff was overall really friendly and we can definitely recommend staying in this hotel! Just don’t forget about the deposit, which is calculated per night (around 300 HKD?).

Wonderful stay for 3 nights before a cruise. Close to the MTR. Beautiful room, one of the most comfortable beds and luxurious rain showers we’ve ever experienced. Very helpful staff. Great location. Great amenities in the room such as an Nespresso machine. The only criticism I have is that they only give you three capsules of coffee a day for two people, and only three creamers. Every day I had to ask for more, and they were very stingy with them.

Hotel indigo Hong Kong is absolutely fantastic with great location in Wan Chai. Room size is spacious. Only my issues are that hotel staff can be more friendly and the IHG reward program can’t be collected if booking via hotels.com. The front staff even told me that if I wanted to earn the reward I should paid something..or meaning that I should book directly through their official website. However, the way that the front deck responded was not nice.

Very convenient location in a very nice part of Hong Kong. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. I did not eat on site at the hotel at all. I did use the rooftop balcony for cocktails with friends and it was beautiful and service was excellent.

체크인하러 카운터에 갔을때 남자직원이 제말은 들은체도 하지 않고 다른 전화를 받고 있는 모습이 불쾌했습니다. 잠시 기다려달라는 말이라도 제게 했다면 좋았을거예요. 체크인할때와 똑같은 직원에게 방 청소는 하지 않고 나중에 새수건만 갖다달라고 했는데 계속 방청소는 안 할거냐고 물어보는 이유를 이해하기 어려웠습니다. 객실은 환기가 불가하여 공기질이 날이 갈수록 탁해지는 느낌이었어요. 화장실은 물 배수가 빠르게 되지 않아서 샤워할때 바닥에 물이 고이다보니 좀 찝찝합니다. 냉장고는 빠르게 시원해지지 않아요. 벨보이는 매우 친절했고, 마주칠때마다 환하게 인사해주셔서 감사했습니다. 그는 저희가 공항으로 갈때 친절한 기사님의 택시를 잡아주셔서 편하게 공항으로 갈수 있었습니다. 하우스키퍼도 매우 친절하게 수간을 갖다주셔서 감사했습니다.

We stay at the Indigo hotel every year, it has everything that suits us so no need to look elsewhere. The bedroom is an excellent size, the bed very comfortable and a good size shower. Very close to bus and tram routes as well as the MTR. All the staff are very professional and helpful.

Always my go to Hong Kong hotel. This time I shared a twin room with my cousin for the Rugby Sevens weekend. Room is very spacious for HK. Floor to ceiling windows offering dramatic city views. Very comfy large twin bed each. Coffee machine, great amenities, free bottled water. Room cleaned daily. Few happy hour drinks in Roof Top Bar very pleasant. Wine selection by the glass could be a little better. But a great Negroni was served. Roof pool fantastic for early morning dip and a great a la carte breakfast with pastries, yoghurts, cereals, dim sum, congee on a small buffet. Good coffee. Really friendly and accommodating staff and nice to arrive somewhere after a few months and be remembered. Cheers Nelson! Finally location, location, location. Perched towards the end of Queens Road East in a historical district that gives a sense of old HK as I remember as a kid. Great F&B options nearby. Markets. Life!!! The reception team is extremely helpful (especially Eric). We were able to check in already at 10am on the day of arrival and keep the room until 2pm on the day of departure. We also received an upgrade for one of the rooms. Breakfast buffet has everything you need - egg dishes are ordered directly and freshly prepared. The location is excellent, in the centre of Wanchai and close to the MTR station. A four-star rating is justified, the price-performance ratio is excellent for HK Island. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Top Lage. Zimmer super, zweckmässig u. mit kleien Extras Zimmerservice gründlich und freundlich. Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit! Frühstücksservice wenig aufmerksam, zT. Kein Englisch. Rainbow Restaurant besser lassen, es gibt viele kleine Restaurants in der Nähe. Pool leider geschlossen, aber auch sehr vorteilhaft fotografiert. Rooftopbar lala. War aber nicht so entscheidend für uns. Fazit: wir kommen gerne wieder.

Best stay during my 20+ visits to HK. Good location near the MTR and the size of the room. Comfy beds, proper pressure on the shower and the rain shower head. However, the breakfast was disappointing after staying in other 5-star hotels in other countries.

Scandi chic meets Asia - loved our room, it was very elegant, we’ll appoint and clean. It felt luxurious compared to the hotels we had been staying at in mainland China. The 29th floor rooftop infinity pool was small but enjoyable with just me. Just four loungers and 4 chairs could leave you disappointed but we found two free on our 3 visits. Similarly the bar on the same floor has plenty of space inside bout outside was limited to a wrap around balcony and we sat outside 2 of 3 nights. Bar menu is limited but we had delicious reasonably priced food and drinks on each of our 3 visits.

Hotel is excellently located only 5mins walk from Wan Chai MTR to ensure you can easily get around HK - Rooms are spacious and pleasant , very clean and kept to a good standard - breakfast we found was excellent , for the westerns hash browns, Eggs , decent bread for toast, baked beans so a good brekkie ! Staff were extremely helpful throughout for answering questions to grabbing taxis from the main road ! Roof top pool we visited just to have a look and would have spent some time up their but for the indifferent weather - certainly a great feature and the recreational area around it was bough for some sun bathing in the right weather ! Did 3 nights at hotel and couldn’t not fault anything other than pushing the cases on the carpets to the room was a bit hard work - but don’t let that put you off great location - great hotel , great staff - great experience
